【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a behavior monitoring system for monitoring the behavior of a portable terminal holder using a system for confirming the current position of the portable terminal using a GPS (Global Positioning System), a PHS telephone system, or the like. About.
[0002]
[Prior art]
With the increase in nuclear families and double-income families, there is an increasing demand for behavior monitoring systems for monitoring the behavior of children such as elementary school students and guardians such as elderly people with disabilities. This behavior monitoring system allows a person to be monitored to have a portable terminal equipped with a GPS function or a PHS telephone system, receives a position detection signal obtained from the portable terminal, and determines the current position of the person being monitored. (Parents, etc.)
[0003]
However, these behavior monitoring systems currently search for the position of the monitored person in response to an inquiry from the monitoring person, report the search result to the monitoring person, and if necessary, the rescuer etc. Rush to the person's origin. For this reason, the monitor cannot obtain the position information of the monitored person in a timely manner. For example, even if the monitored person is involved in a sudden emergency situation (kidnapping, etc.), it is impossible to know that the monitored person has been involved in the emergency itself unless an inquiry is made.
In addition, the current behavior monitoring system simply informs the position information of the monitored person by a map or an address (such as OX town △ address), and is this the position that the monitored person should be at that time? It does not indicate whether or not.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of this point, and can actively transmit information to the supervisor as to whether or not the person being monitored is in a normal position. The purpose is to provide a behavior monitoring system that can be known in a timely manner.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a behavior monitoring system according to a first invention of the present application is configured to monitor a monitored person terminal configured to be able to move together with the monitored person and to detect the position thereof. A monitor terminal for transmitting and receiving various types of information, a current position detection unit for detecting a current position where the monitored terminal is currently positioned, and a position and time information where the monitored person should be located A warning that transmits warning information to the supervisor terminal when there is a mismatch between a behavior pattern information storage unit that stores the associated behavior pattern information and the current position and the behavior pattern information. A behavior information stored in the behavior pattern information storage unit based on the permission information, a permission information transmission unit that transmits permission information permitting stay at the current position related to the warning information, Characterized by comprising an update unit for updating the.
[0006]
According to the first invention, the current position of the monitored person terminal is detected by the current position detection unit. Then, the behavior pattern information and the current position information are compared by the comparison unit, and when there is a mismatch between the two, warning information is transmitted to the supervisor terminal.
The monitor sees the current position information transmitted together with the warning information, and transmits permission information permitting stay at the position. When the permission information is transmitted, the behavior pattern information stored in the behavior pattern information storage unit is updated based on the permission information. Therefore, when there is a discrepancy between the behavior pattern information and the current position information, the monitor can receive the warning information without particularly making an inquiry, so that the warning information can be received in a timely manner. . Moreover, since the behavior pattern information stored in the behavior pattern information storage unit is updated by transmitting the permission information, it is possible to flexibly cope with a change in the behavior pattern of the monitored person.
In the present invention, the warning unit may be configured to transmit the warning information to the monitored person terminal together. Further, it is preferable that the permission information transmission unit is arranged in the supervisor terminal.
[0007]
In the behavior monitoring system according to the first aspect of the invention, the current position detection unit is configured to be able to detect a current position where the supervisor terminal is currently located, and the detection result of the current position detection unit A distance calculating unit that calculates a distance between the monitored terminal and the monitored terminal, and the warning unit receives warning information when the distance exceeds a predetermined distance. It is possible to configure so that it can be transmitted to the supervisor terminal together with the current position information of the supervisor terminal .
[0008]
In the first invention, the warning unit may be configured to transmit the warning information when it is detected that the monitored person terminal remains at the same position for a predetermined time or more.

As shown in FIG. 2, the action area memory 14 stores an action area map in which the position where the monitored person should be stored is stored together with the time zone. This action area map stores, for example, for each day of the week, at which time and in what position on the day. For example, in Figure 2, on Monday, from 8 am to 8:30 am, I was on the school road from my home to the elementary school, from 8:30 to 15:30, I was at school, and from 16:00 to 16:30 Until then, he was on his way home from elementary school and after 16:30 he was at home. As for Tuesday, it is the same until 15:30, but since there is a cram school from 17:00 to 19:00, position information slightly different from Monday is stored. On Saturdays, school classes are held in the morning or are closed, so information different from Monday to Friday is stored.
[0012]
These position information may be acquired by a supervisor preparing in advance and transmitting it to the
In addition, in order to cope with an event (excursion, etc.) performed at a specific time such as once a year, the behavior of the monitored person may be stored in the action area memory 14 in advance.
In addition, the action area memory 14 stores not only such areas where actions are scheduled, but also prohibited areas where actions are prohibited. In the example of FIG. 2, for example, it is prohibited to go to the game center in front of the station, so it is registered as an “behavior prohibited area” regardless of the day of the week and time. In this example, going to the game center itself is prohibited regardless of the day of the week and time. However, for example, it may be registered as a prohibited area only for a certain period of time, such as prohibiting going to the game center only on certain days of the school (eg Tuesday) or prohibiting only after 6 o'clock.

Next, based on the comparison result, it is determined whether or not the current position indicated by the current position information matches the action area map (S3). For example, when the current time is 8:15 on Monday, it is determined whether or not the current position matches the position of “school route” stored in the action area map. If they match, the process proceeds to S4, and if they do not match, the process proceeds to S6 and the warning information is transmitted to the

In S4, it is determined whether or not the current position matches the prohibited action area. In the example of FIG. 2, it is determined whether the current position does not match the location of the game center. If they match, the process proceeds to S6, and the warning information is transmitted to the
If they do not match, the process proceeds to S5.
In S4, it is possible not to set a prohibited action area. If the prohibited action area is not set, a negative determination (N) is always made in S4, and the process always proceeds to S5 after the execution of S4.

When the permission information is received, the control unit 13 updates the action area map stored in the action area memory 14 based on the permission information and the current position information (S8). As a result, there are fewer opportunities for unnecessary warning signals to be transmitted from the next time, and the convenience of the behavior monitoring system is further enhanced. In addition, it can flexibly cope with the expansion of the action area due to the growth of children.
[0018]
Next, transmission of this permission information will be described based on FIG. When the warning information is sent in S6, as shown in FIG. 4, on the display of the

[Third Embodiment]
Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
In the above embodiment, it is assumed that the monitored person is in a position that the observer cannot reach, and alert information is transmitted when it is detected that the monitored person is in a position different from the content of the action area map. I was trying to do it. In this embodiment, the monitored person (monitored person terminal 5) is the monitoring person (monitoring person) when the monitored person is acting together with the monitoring person and the eyes of the monitoring person reach the monitored person. Warning information is transmitted when a predetermined distance (for example, 100 m or more) is left from the person terminal 30). That is, as shown in FIG. 6, not only the current position of the monitored
[0026]
This third embodiment is effective when, for example, a family goes to an amusement park. For this reason, it is preferable that the monitoring system as in the first embodiment is used on weekdays and the monitoring system as in the present embodiment is used on weekends. .

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the behavior monitoring system of the present invention, whether or not the monitored person is in a normal position can be actively transmitted to the monitoring person, and thus the state of the monitored person is particularly You can know accurately and in a timely manner without making inquiries. Moreover, since the behavior pattern information stored in the behavior pattern information storage unit is updated by transmitting the permission information, it is possible to flexibly cope with a change in the behavior pattern of the monitored person.
