Description
【0001】

【0113】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a transceiver having a transmission filter and a reception filter having different center frequencies.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, a high frequency radio such as a mobile phone uses different frequencies for transmission and reception. Even in this case, a duplexer is necessary because one antenna is used for transmission and reception. The duplexer mainly includes a transmission filter and a reception filter.
[0003]
The transmission filter is configured to pass through the transmission band and obtain attenuation in the reception band so that the signal in the reception band at the power amplifier does not leak outside, and the reception filter passes through the reception band and from the power amplifier. The transmission signal is attenuated in the transmission band so as not to saturate the low noise amplifier for reception.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in recent cellular phones, since the interval between the reception band and the transmission band on the frequency axis is narrow, sufficient transmission / reception separation, that is, attenuation in the reception band in the transmission filter and transmission in the reception filter In order to realize the attenuation in the band, it has become necessary to increase the number of stages of the transmission filter and the reception filter, or increase the resonator constituting the filter to increase the Q.
[0005]
Any of these methods may increase the size and complexity of the duplexer, and may increase the manufacturing cost of the transceiver.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and can achieve sufficient transmission / reception separation with a simple configuration, reducing the size of the transmitter / receiver itself, simplifying the structure, and reducing the manufacturing cost. An object of the present invention is to provide a transceiver that can be realized.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The transceiver according to the present invention includes a transmission unit having a transmission filter and a transmission antenna connected to the transmission filter, and a reception unit having a reception filter and a reception antenna connected to the reception filter.OneIntegrally formed in the dielectric substrateThe transmission filter and the transmission antenna in the transmission unit are formed on the dielectric substrate in a region separated from each other in a plane, and the reception filter and the reception antenna in the reception unit are on the dielectric substrate on a plane. Are formed in regions separated from each other, a gap is formed between the transmission unit and the reception unit, a shield electrode is formed at least on the inner peripheral surface of the gap, and the transmission filter and the reception filter are: Formed at positions facing each other with the gap in between. It is characterized by that.
In this case, the first inner layer ground electrode formed on the transmission filter in the dielectric substrate is connected to the shield electrode formed on the inner wall of the gap, and in the dielectric substrate, The second inner layer ground electrode formed on the reception filter may be connected to the shield electrode formed on the inner wall of the gap.
[0008]
That is, a transmission antenna and a reception antenna are provided separately, and a transmission unit including a transmission antenna and a transmission filter and a reception unit including a reception antenna and a reception filter are integrally provided on the dielectric substrate.
[0009]
Thereby, an isolation of 10 dB or more can be obtained between the transmission band and the reception band. By securing this isolation, the attenuation characteristic required for each filter becomes gradual, and the transmission filter and the reception filter can be reduced in size. As a result, sufficient transmission / reception separation can be realized with a simple configuration, and the transceiver itself can be miniaturized, the structure can be simplified, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
Since the shield electrode is formed between the transmission unit and the reception unit, the shielding property between the transmission filter and the reception filter can be enhanced.
In addition, when forming the dielectric substrate by laminating dielectric sheets, it is difficult to insert a shield electrode in a direction perpendicular to the dielectric sheet, but a gap is formed between the filters. Then, by forming the shield electrode at least on the inner peripheral surface of the gap, the shield electrode can be easily formed between the filters.
[0011]
in frontIn the above configuration, a transmission antenna may be formed directly above the transmission filter via a dielectric layer, and a reception antenna may be formed directly above the reception filter via a dielectric layer. In this case, it is possible to effectively reduce the size of the transceiver itself.
[0014]
Next, a transceiver according to the present invention includes a transmission unit having a transmission filter and a transmission antenna connected to the transmission filter;A first receiving unit having a first receiving filter and a first receiving antenna connected to the first receiving filter; a second receiving unit having a second receiving filter and a second receiving antenna connected to the second receiving filter; With the receiverOneIntegrally formed in the dielectric substrateThe transmission filter and the transmission antenna in the transmission unit are formed in a region separated from each other on the dielectric substrate in a plane, and the first reception filter and the first reception antenna in the first reception unit are: The second receiving filter and the second receiving antenna in the second receiving unit are separated from each other in a plane on the dielectric substrate.
