Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sheet that is used by being mounted on a mattress of a bed, and particularly relates to a sheet that is optimal for a bedridden elderly person, a sick person, an infant or the like who needs care (hereinafter referred to as “care recipient”).
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a sheet used for the care recipient as described above, it is common to form the sheet from a fabric having a high waterproof property in order to prevent the mattress and bed from getting wet due to incontinence.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Needless to say, care recipients could not make their own beds, and the caregivers did the bed making. In elderly care facilities and hospitals, it is necessary to make a large number of beds in a short time, and it is desirable to have a type that can easily be fitted with sheets.
[0004]
Therefore, as a sheet type, a sheet in which side edges that should hold the front, back, left, and right side walls of the mattress are arranged on the front, back, left and right of the top surface of the sheet to be superposed on the mattress is used as a so-called box sheet or fit sheet. It was.
[0005]
By the way, since this type of sheet is made of a fabric having a high waterproof property as described above, it has no breathability or has a very large ventilation resistance. Therefore, when the sheet S is mounted on the mattress M, as shown in FIG. 4, the side edge portion of the sheet first holds the side wall portion of the mattress, so that air is interposed between the upper surface portion of the sheet and the upper surface of the mattress. However, the phenomenon that the upper surface of the sheet swells with respect to the mattress tends to occur. Therefore, in order to eliminate this swollen state when making a bed, it is necessary to press the upper surface of the raised sheet against the mattress with both hands. It was.
[0006]
In addition, even after removing the above-mentioned bulge, the sheet upper surface portion and the mattress, which are constituted by a fabric that is highly waterproof due to the body temperature of the care recipient, are structured so that the side edge portion of the sheet holds the side wall portion of the mattress. There was a problem that stuffiness was likely to occur between the two, causing discomfort to care recipients.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention was created for the purpose of solving the above-described problems of the prior art, and the side edges that should hold the front, rear, left and right side walls of the mattress are front and back of the upper surface of the sheet to be superposed on the mattress. In the sheets arranged on the left and right, a part of the upper surface of the sheet is made of a fabric having a high waterproof property, and the remaining portion and side edges of the upper surface are made of a knit fabric having a high air permeability. To do.
[0008]
Further, here, in a sheet in which side edges that should hold the front, rear, left and right side walls of the mattress are arranged on the front, back, left and right of the upper surface of the sheet to be superposed on the mattress, a part of the upper surface of the sheet and the left and right continuous The sheet according to the second invention is characterized in that a part of the side edge portion of the sheet is made of a fabric having a high waterproof property, and the upper surface portion and the remaining portion of the side edge portion are made of a knitted fabric having a high air permeability. As disclosed.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a view showing a specific embodiment of the sheet of the present invention. The sheet of the present invention has a known structure in which side edges 2 that should hold the front, rear, left and right side walls of the mattress are arranged on the front, back, left and right of the sheet upper surface 1 to be superposed on the mattress. Here, the rubber string 3 is built in the end portion of the side edge portion 2 so that the mattress is fastened by the end of the side edge portion so as to stabilize after the sheets are mounted.
[0010]
Reference numeral 4 in the figure denotes a waterproof fabric portion on the sheet upper surface portion 1. Here, the place where the lower part from the shoulder part of the nurse and the upper part from the foot part is composed of the waterproof fabric part, but at least the waterproof fabric part is near the nurse's buttocks and the liquid that has flowed out. As long as the reachable range can be covered, it may be shorter or longer as in the different embodiment shown in FIG. In this example, the waterproof fabric portion is exemplified by a polyester fabric or cotton fabric knit fabric or a pile fabric (sheet surface side) lined with a material such as vinyl or polyurethane, but it is waterproof. Of course, the fabric is not limited to these.
[0011]
The remaining portions 1A and 1B and the side edges 2 of the upper surface portion 1 other than the above-described waterproof fabric portion 4 of the sheet are made of a knitted fabric that is rich in air permeability. Examples of knitted fabrics include knitted and knitted tetron / cotton mixed fibers, polyester / cotton mixed fibers, tetron fibers, polyester fibers, rayon fibers, cotton fibers, etc. Of course, it is not limited.
[0012]
In addition, you may give antistatic property and antibacterial property by impregnating the above-mentioned dough, for example with an antistatic agent or an antibacterial agent.
[0013]
FIG. 3 is a view showing a specific embodiment of the sheet of the second invention. The sheet of the present invention has a known structure in which side edges 12 that should hold the front, rear, left and right side walls of the mattress are arranged on the front, back, left and right of the sheet upper surface portion 11 to be superposed on the mattress. In addition, here, the rubber string 13 is built in the end of the side edge portion 12, so that the mattress is fastened by the end of the side edge portion so as to stabilize after the sheets are mounted.
[0014]
Reference numeral 14 in the figure denotes a waterproof fabric portion. The waterproof fabric portion 14 is disposed on a part of the sheet upper surface part 11 and on a part of the left and right side edge parts 12 and 12 that are continuous with the sheet upper surface part 11. Here, in the sheet upper surface portion 11, the place where the lower part from the shoulder part and the upper part of the nurse are positioned and the left and right side edges 12, 12 are constituted by the waterproof fabric part. May be shorter or longer as long as it can cover the vicinity of the buttocks of the nurse requiring care and the range where the flowing liquid reaches. In this example, the waterproof fabric portion is exemplified by a polyester fabric or cotton fabric knit fabric or a pile fabric (sheet surface side) lined with a material such as vinyl or polyurethane, but it is waterproof. Of course, the fabric is not limited to these.
[0015]
The remaining portions 11A and 11B of the upper surface portion 11 other than the above-described waterproof fabric portion 14 of the sheet and the remaining portions of the side edge portions 12 are made of a knitted fabric with high air permeability. Examples of knitted fabrics include knitted and knitted tetron / cotton mixed fibers, polyester / cotton mixed fibers, tetron fibers, polyester fibers, rayon fibers, cotton fibers, etc. Of course, it is not limited.
[0016]
It is to be noted that, as in the case of the above-described invention, the above fabric may be given antistatic property or antibacterial property by impregnating it with, for example, an antistatic agent or an antibacterial agent.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
According to the sheet of the present invention having the above-described configuration, the waterproof fabric portion is disposed only on a part of the upper surface portion of the sheet, so that air that tends to accumulate between the upper surface portion of the sheet and the upper surface of the mattress during bed making The sheet is quickly discharged from the remaining portion of the sheet upper surface portion made of a knitted fabric rich in breathability, and the sheet upper surface portion is prevented from being swollen with respect to the mattress like a conventional sheet. As a result, it is no longer necessary to press the upper surface of the sheet that has been lifted when making the bed into the mattress with both hands. Optimal sheets are realized when a large number of beds must be made in a short time, such as in a hospital.
[0018]
Similarly, since the waterproof fabric portion is disposed only on a part of the upper surface portion of the sheet, the air between the upper surface portion of the sheet and the mattress removes the remaining portion of the upper surface portion of the sheet made of a knitted fabric with high air permeability. Accordingly, the generation of stuffiness between the upper surface of the sheet and the mattress due to the body temperature of the care recipient as in the prior art is eliminated, and a comfortable sheet for the care recipient is realized.
