本発明は、浴室内を暖房する浴室暖房機に関する。

従来の浴室暖房機としては、例えば特開平11−281249号に記載されたものが知られている。
上記公報に記載された浴室暖房機では、浴室の天井又は天井近傍の壁に取付けられたケーシング内に送風ファンが配設される。そして、送風ファンを運転することで天井近くの空気をケーシング内に取入れ、ケーシング内に取入れた空気を加熱し、浴室内下方に吹出すことにより浴室の暖房を行っていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上述した温度調節を行う機能を有する浴室暖房機においては、浴室内の温度が設定した温度となると、送風ファンの送風量を少なくして運転される。このため、送風ファンの送風量が少なくなると、ケーシングから吹出される空気によっては浴室全体の空気が攪拌されず、浴室内の温度が部分的に低下する。
したがって、温度調節を行う機能を有する浴室暖房機においても、時間の経過により浴室内の温度が部分的に低下するという問題は解決されなかった。

本発明は上述した課題を解決するためになされたものであり、下記に示す種々の態様の浴室暖房機を提供する。

(1)本発明の一つの態様に係る浴室暖房機は、ケーシング内に収容された送風ファンによって、浴室内の空気をケーシング内に取り入れ、ケーシング内に取入れた空気を浴室内に吹出すようにした浴室暖房機において、人によって操作され、暖房運転の開始を指令する運転開始スイッチと、人によって操作され、浴室内の空気を攪拌するよう指令する攪拌スイッチと、ケーシング内に取入れた空気を加熱する手段と、運転開始スイッチと攪拌スイッチの操作に応じて、送風ファン及び加熱手段を制御する制御手段と、を備える。そして、制御手段は、運転開始スイッチが操作されると加熱手段によってケーシング内に取り入れた空気を加熱すると共に送風ファンによって加熱した空気を浴室内に吹出し、攪拌スイッチが操作されると送風ファンを浴室全体の空気を攪拌できる送風量で所定時間だけ運転する

以下、本発明の一実施の形態に係る浴室暖房機について図1乃至図4を用いて説明する。図1は本実施の形態に係る浴室暖房機の概略構成を示し、図2はリモコン装置60を正面から見た図面であり、図3は浴室暖房機の強運転の状態を説明するための図面であり、図4は浴室暖房機の弱運転の状態を説明するための図面である。
図1、図3に示すように、本実施の形態の浴室暖房機10は、浴室80内の天井近くの側壁に取付けられる室内機20と、室内機20に熱媒を供給する外部熱源機40と、室内機20及び外部熱源機40を制御する制御装置50と、浴室暖房機10に運転や停止等の指令を与えるリモコン装置60とで構成される。

運転/停止スイッチ64は、浴室暖房機10の運転の開始と停止を指令するためのスイッチであり、浴室暖房機10が停止しているときに押すと浴室暖房機10が運転を開始し、浴室暖房機10が運転しているときに押すと浴室暖房機10が運転を停止するようになっている。温度設定スイッチ65は、浴室内の温度を設定するためのスイッチであり、温度設定スイッチ65を押すことにより設定温度が変更される。即暖スイッチ66は、浴室内の空気の攪拌を指令するためのスイッチであり、即暖スイッチ66が押されると送風ファン30が所定の時間だけ所定の回転数で運転される。
また、表示部62には、浴室暖房機10の運転状態等が表示され、例えば、運転/停止スイッチ64が押されて浴室暖房機10が暖房運転状態となっている場合には暖房運転状態である旨の表示がされ、同時に、温度設定スイッチ65により設定された温度が表示される。
なお、リモコン装置60は、使用者が便利に操作できるように浴室の入口(例えば脱衣場の壁)等に設置され、有線又は無線により本体ケーシング22内に設置された制御装置50と通信可能に接続されている。

次に、上述した浴室暖房機の動作について説明する。
リモコン装置60の運転/停止スイッチ64が押されると、制御装置50は熱交換器32に熱媒(温水)を供給するよう外部熱源機40を作動させ、同時に、送風ファン30を作動させる。外部熱源機40が作動すると、熱媒供給管34を通って熱媒が熱交換器32に供給され、熱交換器32に供給された熱媒は熱媒排出管36を通って外部熱源機40に戻される。また、送風ファン30が作動すると、本体ケーシング22の吸気口26から浴室内の空気が本体ケーシング22内に吸引される。吸気口26から本体ケーシング22内に吸引された空気はダクト24を通って熱交換器32に供給され、熱交換器32で外部熱源機40から供給された熱媒と熱交換を行って温風となり、吹出し口28から浴室内に吹出される。これにより浴室内の暖房が行われる。

一方、温度センサ70で検出した温度が温度設定スイッチ65で設定した温度となると、送風ファン30は、送風量が少ない状態で運転(以下、弱運転という)される(図4の状態)。浴室暖房機10が弱運転される状態においては、図4に示すように、室内機20から吹出される温風Aは、洗い場95の床面近傍まで流れず、浴室80の上部空間のみを循環する。このため、浴室暖房機10が弱運転の状態となってからある程度の時間が経過すると、浴室80内の温度が不均一となり、浴室床面近傍の温度が低下する。

次に、リモコン装置60の即暖スイッチ66が押されたときの浴室暖房機10の動作について説明する。

なお、即暖スイッチ66が押されることによって送風ファン30が運転される時間は、浴室80の大きさにより決められ、家庭用の浴室であれば10〜20秒程度に設定される。

また、上述した実施の形態の浴室暖房機では、即暖スイッチ66を押すことにより送風ファン30が所定の時間だけ運転されるため、入浴中に送風ファン30が強運転の送風量で運転し続けることがなく、入浴者が室内機20から吹出す送風によって寒いと感じることを防止できる。特に、入浴の直前(脱衣する前)に即暖スイッチ66を押すようにすれば、浴室に入室する時には送風ファン30の送風量が元の状態(弱運転の状態)に戻っており、快適に入浴することができる。また、送風ファン30の送風量が元の状態に戻っているため、送風ファン30の騒音も気にならず快適に入浴することができる。
