【0027】
(X−a) 2 +(Y−b) 2 =r 2 (式1)
【0031】
Re=R0 (式5)
Ri=R0・Rinf/(R0−Rinf) (式6)
【0032】
X=a (式7)
Y=b−r (式8)
【0033】
Zc=Rc+jXc=a+j(b−r) (式9)

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0015]
First, an example of bioelectrical impedance according to the present invention will be described. FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing the external configuration of one embodiment of the bioelectrical impedance measuring apparatus according to the present invention from the front side, and FIG. 5 shows the external configuration of the bioelectrical impedance measuring apparatus shown in FIG. 4 from the back side. FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing a state in which bioelectrical impedance is measured using the bioelectrical impedance measuring apparatus shown in FIG.

[0024]
Subsequently, the process proceeds to step 13 where the bioelectrical impedance vector trajectory and parameters related thereto are calculated from the bioelectrical impedance measurement value measured in
[0025]
Normally, the bioelectrical impedance is represented by an equivalent circuit with a lumped constant composed of an extracellular fluid resistance Re, an intracellular fluid resistance Ri, and a cell membrane capacitance Cm, as shown in FIG. Because individual cells are represented by circuits with different constants due to differences in shape and properties, the bioelectrical impedance vector trajectory of a living body that is an aggregate is the same as when an equivalent circuit with lumped constants is measured. Is not a semicircle but an arc that follows the Cole-Cole arc rule.
[0026]
Therefore, generally, the bioelectrical impedance draws an arcuate locus as shown in FIG. Here, the X axis represents the resistance component of bioelectrical impedance, and the Y axis represents the reactance component of bioelectrical impedance. Since the reactance component of the bioelectrical impedance is capacitive and takes a negative value, the bioelectrical impedance vector locus is located below the X axis, and the frequency F1 is assumed from the assumption that the bioelectrical impedance vector locus to be obtained is an arc. , F2, ..., FN, the bioelectrical impedance measurement values Z1, Z2, ..., ZN are on the circumference of a certain circle. Here, assuming that the X coordinate of the center of the circle is a, the Y coordinate of the center of the circle is b, and the radius of the circle is r, the equation of the circle that passes through the bioelectrical impedance measurement value is expressed as Equation 1.
[0027]
(X−a) 2 + (Y−b) 2 = r 2 (Formula 1)
a, b, r are obtained by substituting bioelectrical impedance measured values Z1, Z2,..., ZN at frequencies F1, F2,.
[0028]
Moreover, from Formula 1, X is represented as follows.
[0029]
Then, from
[0030]
Furthermore, Re and Ri in the equivalent circuit of FIG. 10 are obtained from
[0031]
Re = R0 (Formula 5)
Ri = R0.Rinf / (R0-Rinf) (Formula 6)
Since the bioelectrical impedance vector Zc at the characteristic frequency Fc is a point where the absolute value of the reactance component, that is, the Y-axis component is maximized, the X-coordinate value as the resistance component and the Y-coordinate value as the reactance component in this case are as follows. It is calculated as follows.
[0032]
X = a (Formula 7)
Y = br (Formula 8)
Here, assuming that Rc is a resistance component of Zc and Xc is a reactance component of Zc, Zc is expressed as follows.
[0033]
Zc = Rc + jXc = a + j (b-r) (Formula 9)
Also, assuming that Z (ω) is a bioelectrical impedance vector at ω and τ and β are constants, a bioelectrical impedance vector at an arbitrary angular frequency ω is expressed as follows from the Cole-Cole arc rule.
[0034]
Further, assuming that τ = 1 / ωc,
[0035]
Here, since ωc = 2πFc, Fc and β are obtained using the previously measured bioelectrical impedance measurement value.
[0036]
Based on the bioelectrical impedance vector trajectory obtained from the bioelectrical impedance measurement value and the parameters R0 and Rinf, Re and Ri, Zc, Rc, Xc, Fc, etc., as described above, the amount of extracellular fluid, intracellular fluid Body component amounts such as volume, body fluid volume (sum of extracellular fluid volume and intracellular fluid volume), body fat mass, lean mass (difference between body weight and body fat mass), etc. From the amount of body component thus obtained, the ratio of intracellular fluid to extracellular fluid, the ratio of extracellular fluid to body fluid and fluid, the dehydration state determined from the body fluid and fluid ratio, the proportion of body fat, and the like are calculated.
[0037]
Then, the process proceeds to step 14 where the measured value and the result calculated from the measured value are displayed on the

[0039]
If the measured person presses the
[0040]
In
[0041]
In step 13, the resistance component value R1 and the reactance component value X1 are obtained from the bioelectrical impedance measurement value Z1 at the frequency of F1, and these values are as shown in the example in the case of F1 = 50 kHz shown in FIG. It is determined whether the resistance component and the reactance component obtained in advance are within the normal value range. If it is not within the range of the normal value, a parameter relating to the bioelectrical impedance vector locus is calculated from the bioelectrical impedance measurement value based on the following.
[0042]
That is, the electrical characteristics of the bioelectric impedance are the same as in the first embodiment. From the assumption that the bioelectrical impedance vector locus is an arc, the bioelectrical impedance measurement value Z1 at the frequency F1 is on the circumference of a certain circle as shown in FIG. Here, the X axis represents the resistance component of bioelectrical impedance, and the Y axis represents the reactance component of bioelectrical impedance.
[0043]
The bioelectrical impedance vector at an arbitrary angular frequency ωF is expressed as
[0044]
Further, assuming that β = 1,
[0045]
And based on the measured value of bioelectrical impedance and phase difference, the resistance value obtained from the measured voltage and the applied alternating current, the amount of body components such as the amount of body water and liquid, the amount of lean body mass, the amount of body fat Is calculated, and the body fat ratio and the like are calculated from the calculated body component amounts.
[0046]
As mentioned above, although one Example of the bioelectrical impedance measuring apparatus which concerns on this invention was described, the Example of this invention is not limited to those Examples.
[0047]
For example, all of the above-described embodiments measure bioelectrical impedance in the forearm, but may be measured in another part of the body such as the lower leg. What is important is that two pairs of electrodes are arranged only in one part of the body so that no joint is interposed in the body part sandwiched between the electrodes, and thereby the body part sandwiched between the electrodes. The change in the appearance of is smaller.
[0048]
Further, in the above-described embodiments, the amount of extracellular fluid, the amount of intracellular fluid, the amount of body fluid (the sum of the amount of extracellular fluid and the amount of intracellular fluid), the amount of body fat, the amount of lean body mass (weight and body fat mass). ), Intracellular fluid volume to extracellular fluid volume ratio, extracellular fluid volume to body water fluid volume ratio, body fat ratio, dehydrated state determined from body water fluid volume ratio, etc. Or blood pressure may be calculated.
[0049]
In the above-described embodiment, the grip portion is formed so as to surround the concave groove. For example, a grip having a shape that can be easily gripped with one hand is provided on the surface opposite to the contact surface of the housing. You may make it project.
[0050]
In the above-described embodiment, the display unit is provided on the surface opposite to the contact surface on which the electrodes are arranged. However, the display unit is not limited to the surface on the opposite side and is different from the contact surface. It may be arranged at an easily viewable position on either surface.
[0051]
In the above-described embodiment, the pair of charging electrodes are provided on the contact surface. However, the contact surfaces are provided on any other surface different from the contact surface so that the contact surface is provided with the pair of contact surfaces. It is preferable to make the measurement current application electrode and the pair of voltage measurement electrodes as small as possible so as not to interfere with close contact with one part of the body.
[0052]
In addition, as in the above-described embodiment, this measuring device is preferably rechargeable from the viewpoint of operability. However, it is a dry cell type or a cord connection type that can be connected to a household power supply via an AC cord. There may be.
[0053]
Furthermore, in the above-described embodiment, the measurement subject himself / herself operates the measuring apparatus, but the measuring apparatus has a palm size that is easy to carry with one hand, and is provided with a grip portion that is easy to hold with one hand. Since it can be measured by applying to one part of the body such as the forearm and lower leg, it is suitable not only for the person to be measured but also for operation by a person other than the person to be measured. Can easily measure the bioelectrical impedance of elderly people, infants, and sick persons who are difficult to measure by themselves.
[0054]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the bioelectrical impedance measuring apparatus according to the present invention, two pairs of electrodes are arranged on one part of the body such as the forearm and the lower leg, and the bioelectrical impedance is measured. Therefore, the body sandwiched between the electrodes There is no joint in the part, and the appearance of the body part sandwiched between the electrodes hardly changes. Further, since the two pairs of electrodes are fixedly arranged on the contact surface, the distance between the electrodes does not vary from person to person to be measured and is always constant and clear. Furthermore, a concave groove is formed between the contact surfaces, and the contact surface is made small so that it exists only at the periphery of the electrode, so that the electrode can be brought into close contact with one part of the body, The contact pressure on the forearm of the electrode can be easily adjusted. Therefore, it is possible to measure the bioelectrical impedance with high measurement accuracy.
[0055]
In addition, the bioelectrical impedance measuring device of the present invention is provided with a grip portion that is almost palm-sized and easy to carry with one hand and is easily gripped with one hand, and is simply placed on one part of the body such as the forearm or lower leg. Measurements can be made simply by applying the device, so there is no need to handle long cables or attach electrodes to the body. Furthermore, since it is rechargeable and can be charged with a household power supply, commercial power supply and battery replacement are unnecessary. Accordingly, it is very easy for the person to be measured to operate and measure and for persons other than the person to be measured to operate and measure.
