【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a deodorizing apparatus that deodorizes a gas by removing odor components in the gas.
[0002]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
For example, in a refrigerator, in order to reduce various odors attributed to food in a refrigerator and prevent odors from being transferred to other foods, it has been conventionally performed to arrange various deodorizing apparatuses in the refrigerator. As one of such deodorizing apparatuses, the present applicant has previously applied for a deodorizing apparatus having a novel configuration in which the oxidative decomposition action of ozone and the photocatalytic action by ultraviolet rays are combined (Japanese Patent Application No. 2000-181518). The deodorizing device is a discharge means for generating ozone and ultraviolet rays by high voltage discharge, a photocatalyst module for decomposing odor components and harmful substances by photocatalytic action caused by irradiation of the ultraviolet rays, and applying a high voltage to the discharge means. And a step-up transformer.
[0003]
In this case, the discharge means is composed of a pair of electrodes arranged in parallel. A pair of secondary terminals of the step-up transformer is connected to each of the electrodes, so that a high voltage is applied between the electrodes via the step-up transformer.
[0004]
By the way, it is considered that the secondary terminal and the electrode of the step-up transformer are both made of stainless steel (SUS) in order to prevent corrosion due to ozone. Since parts made of SUS cannot be soldered, a method of connecting by tightening with screws is generally employed. However, the connection of parts by screws is troublesome, and there is a drawback that the screws may be loosened, resulting in poor connection.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide secondary means for a step-up transformer, which includes discharge means for generating ozone and ultraviolet rays when a high voltage is applied via the step-up transformer. It is in providing the deodorizing apparatus which can connect a side terminal and the electrode of a discharge means easily and reliably.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The deodorizing apparatus according to claim 1 of the present invention includes a step-up transformer having a rod-like secondary side terminal, and a strip-like terminal portion electrically connected to the secondary side terminal, and ozone and ultraviolet rays are emitted by high voltage discharge. Discharging means for generating, a pair of supporting means for supporting the terminal portion so as to sandwich the terminal portion from both sides, and decomposing odor components and harmful substances contained in the cold air by the photocatalytic action caused by irradiation with the ultraviolet rays. A photocatalyst module, and a groove portion extending in a longitudinal direction of the terminal portion is provided in a portion facing the terminal portion of one of the pair of supporting means, and the secondary terminal is supported on the other side. It is characterized in that the terminal portion is inserted between the means and the terminal portion so as to be pushed into the groove portion and connected to the terminal portion.
[0007]
According to the said structure, the said terminal part is elastically deformed and pushed into the said groove part according to a secondary side terminal being inserted between the other support means and a terminal part. As a result, the secondary terminal is supported between the terminal portion and the other support means in a state of being strongly pressed against the other support means by the restoring force of the terminal portion.
[0008]
In this case, the pair of support means is configured to be fitted, and the engagement means that is engaged when the pair of support means is fitted, and the engagement means provided in the vicinity of the engagement means. A notch for loosening the engagement of the step-up transformer, and when the secondary terminal is inserted between the terminal portion and the other support means in the step-up transformer, the step-up transformer is engaged with the notch and the pair of step-up transformers It is also a good structure to provide an engaging claw portion that is fixed to the support means (invention of claim 2).
[0009]
According to the above configuration, when the secondary terminal is inserted between the terminal portion and the other supporting means, the step-up transformer is fixed to the supporting means. For this reason, it can prevent as much as possible that a secondary side terminal slips out between between a terminal part and the other support means, and a secondary side terminal and a terminal part become poor connection. Further, in the above configuration, the notch for loosening the engagement of the engaging means is used as the engaged portion of the engaging claw portion, so that it is not necessary to provide the engaged portion specially.
[0010]
Further, the pair of support means is configured to be fitted, and when the secondary terminal is inserted between the terminal portion and the other support means in the step-up transformer, the pair of support means is covered. It is also a good configuration to provide a wall portion that holds the fitted state (invention of claim 3).
[0011]
According to the above configuration, after the secondary terminal is inserted between the terminal portion and the other support means, the pair of support means is disengaged, and the secondary terminal and the terminal portion are poorly connected. This can be prevented as much as possible.
[0012]
