Description

【0001】

[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 is a front view of a handrail T installed on the veranda of the building as viewed from the outdoor side, and FIG. 2 is a longitudinal sectional perspective view of a mounting device 11 for the handrail T. 3A is a longitudinal sectional view of the attachment device 11 for the handrail T, and FIG. 3B is a sectional view taken along line XX of FIG. In this handrail T, handrail columns 2 are erected at regular intervals on a concrete handrail base 1 projecting from the outer edge of the veranda, and upper and lower horizontal frames 3 and 4 are connected to each handrail column 2. In addition, the vertical bars 5 are arranged at regular intervals between the upper and lower horizontal frames 3 and 4. The handrail support column 2 is a rectangular tube material made of an aluminum extrusion mold material.
[0011]
The handrail attachment device 11 includes an iron reinforcement column 6 for fitting the handrail column 2, an iron attachment substrate 7 fixed to the lower end portion of the reinforcement column 6, and a pair of both sides attached to the attachment substrate 7. Rod anchor members 8 and 8, a pair of nuts 10 and 10 which are screwed to the respective rod anchor members 8 from both the upper and lower sides of the mounting substrate 7, and fixedly projecting on the mounting substrate 7. The lower end portion of the handrail 20 is fitted with the skeleton 20 and the cover member 12 covering the lower end mounting portion of the handrail support column 2.
[0012]
The reinforcing column 6 is made of a rectangular pipe material having a rectangular cross section to which the handrail column 2 can be fitted, and its height is 1/3 to 1/4 of the height of the handrail column 2, for example, 30 cm. Degree. The mounting board 7 is a thick iron plate formed in a rectangular shape as shown in FIG. 3B, and a strength bone 20 is fixedly projected at the center of the upper surface of the mounting board 7, and the strength bone 20 Reinforcing struts 6 are fitted and fixed to the base. The strength bone 20 is made of a thick iron plate piece that can be fitted to the reinforcement support 6. By providing this strength frame 20, the strength of attachment of the reinforcement support 6 to the attachment substrate 7 is increased. Even if a considerably large lateral load is applied, there is no possibility that the reinforcing support 6 will break from the base portion.
[0013]
When the reinforcing strut 6 is fixedly projected on the mounting substrate 7, a strength frame 20 is fitted to the lower end portion of the reinforcing strut 6, and the lower end portion of the strength support 20 protrudes slightly from the lower end of the reinforcing strut 6. In this state, the lower end surface of the strength frame 20 is brought into contact with the center portion on the mounting substrate 7, and the lower end peripheral portion of the strength frame 20 is welded to the mounting substrate 7 in this state, and at the same time, the lower end portion of the reinforcing column 6 is By welding to the bone 20 and the mounting board 7, and thus, the reinforcing column 6, the force frame 20 and the mounting board 7 can be effectively combined together by a simple operation. In addition, the welding part in this case is shown by W1 in FIG.2 and FIG.3.
[0014]
Each bar-shaped anchor member 8 is made of a bolt material (screw rod), and is inserted into bolt insertion holes 7a and 7a provided at both indoor and outdoor ends of the mounting board 7, respectively, and both upper and lower sides of the mounting board 7 are sandwiched. The mounting board 7 and each bar-shaped anchor member 8 are integrally coupled by tightening a pair of nuts 10 and 10 screwed to the respective bar-shaped anchor members 8 to sandwich the mounting board 7.
[0015]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the cover member 12 is made of metal or synthetic resin including a peripheral wall portion 12a and an upper wall portion 12b, and a handrail support column insertion opening 12o is formed in the upper wall portion 12b. Is formed.
[0016]
4A is a longitudinal cross-sectional view of the attachment device 11 ′ that does not include the heel 20, and FIG. 4B is a cross-sectional view taken along line XX of FIG. The mounting device 11 'shown here is different only in that it does not include the skeleton 20, and the mounting device 11 shown in FIGS. A description thereof will be omitted.
[0017]
Next, a method for attaching the handrail T by the handrail attaching device 11 will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0018]
First, as shown in FIG. 5, anchor holes 13, 13 into which the bar-shaped anchor members 8, 8 of the mounting device 11 are fitted are drilled in the vertical direction at the handrail support installation location of the concrete handrail base 1. Then, each anchor hole 13 is filled with a melted synthetic resin 15 made of a thermoplastic resin such as an epoxy resin.
[0019]
Then, as shown in FIG. 5, the attachment device 11 is brought above the anchor holes 13, 13 formed in the handrail support 1 on the handrail base 1. The rod-shaped anchor members 8 and 8 which are held by the pair of nuts 10 and hang down are inserted and fitted into the anchor holes 13 and 13 so as to be in a state as shown in FIG. At this time, it is preferable that a slight gap is formed between the lower nut 10 of each pair of nuts 10 and 10 screwed to each rod-like anchor member 8 and the upper surface 1 a of the handrail base 1. .
[0020]
At this time, the molten resin 15 spreads over the entire gap between each anchor hole 13 and the rod-shaped anchor member 8 inserted and fitted therein, and the molten resin 15 is cured, so that each rod-shaped anchor member 8 is used for each anchor. It is fixed in the hole 13. Since this molten resin is cured in about 5 to 10 minutes after filling in the summer and in 1 to 3 hours in the winter, the resin is not cured after the rod-shaped anchor member 8 is inserted into the anchor hole 13. In the meantime, the bar-shaped anchor members 8 are moved to the vertical posture appropriately using the gaps between the bolt insertion holes 7a of the mounting substrate 7 and the anchor holes 13.
[0021]
If the synthetic resin 15 in each anchor hole 13 is cured and each bar anchor member 8 is fixed to the anchor hole 13, it is screwed to each bar anchor member 8 from both the upper and lower sides with the mounting substrate 7 in between. The pair of nuts 10 and 10 are tightened to sandwich the mounting substrate 7, and the mounting substrate 7 and the pair of rod-shaped anchor members 8 and 8 on both sides are integrally coupled, whereby the reinforcing column 6 is attached to the handrail base. 1 and the reinforcing column 6 can be held in a vertical position.
[0022]
At this time, if the reinforcing column 6 is inclined toward the indoor side or the outdoor side, the pair of nuts 10 and 10 are loosened, and the reinforcing column 6 is After adjusting the level of the mounting board 7 so as to be in a vertical posture, the pair of nuts 10 and 10 are tightened, and the mounting board 7 and the pair of rod-shaped anchor members 8 and 8 are integrally coupled as described above. The reinforcing column 6 is held in the vertical position.
[0023]
Further, when the top surface of the concrete handrail base 1 forms a draining slope, the adjustment substrate 7 and the handrail are adjusted with the adjustment substrate 7 being level-adjusted so that the reinforcing column 6 is in a vertical posture. By inserting an appropriate spacer in the gap between the upper surface of the base 1, that is, the inclined surface, and tightening the nut 10 in this state, the reinforcing column 6 can be held in the vertical posture as described above.
[0024]
If the reinforcing column 6 of each mounting device 11 is held in the vertical posture as described above, the handrail column 2 is fitted to the reinforcing column 6 of each mounting device 11 as shown in FIGS. The lower end required portion of the handrail support column 2 is fixed to the reinforcing support column 6 with the screws 18, and thereby the handrail support column 2 is erected on the handrail base 1.
[0025]
At this time, as shown in FIG. 7, the cover member 12 is fitted in advance to the handrail support column 2, and the handrail support column 2 is fitted and fixed to the reinforcing support column 6. If the cover member 12 is lowered to the lower end portion of the sliding column 2, the lower end portion of the handrail column 2, the mounting substrate 7, the upper end projecting portion of the rod-shaped anchor member 8, and the nut 10 are covered with the cover member 12. The appearance and appearance of this product are improved, and rainwater is not directly applied to them.
[0026]
When the handrail support 2 is erected at a predetermined position on the concrete handrail base 1 as described above, the upper and lower horizontal frames 3 and 4 are connected to the handrail support 2 and the upper and lower horizontal frames 3 and 4 are connected. The handrail T as shown in FIG. 1 is installed by arrange | positioning the vertical cross 5 in the space | interval at intervals.
[0027]
FIG. 8A is a partial cross-sectional side view showing a mounting device 21 according to another embodiment, and FIG. 8B is a plan view thereof. The attachment device 21 is almost the same as the attachment device 11 shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, but is different from the attachment device 11 in that two rod-like anchor members 8 are attached to the indoor side end portion of the attachment substrate 7. That is, one bolt insertion hole 7a is provided at the outdoor end of the mounting substrate 7, two bolt insertion holes 7a, 7a are provided at the indoor end, and bolts are respectively inserted into these bolt insertion holes 7a, 7a. The rod-shaped anchor member 8 made of a material is inserted, and a pair of nuts 10 and 10 are screwed into the rod-shaped anchor members 8 from both the upper and lower sides of the mounting substrate 7.
[0028]
By attaching the two rod-like anchor members 8 to the indoor side end of the mounting substrate 7 in this way, the mounting strength of the mounting substrate 7 to the handrail base 1 is higher than the outdoor side end of the mounting substrate 7 on the indoor side end. Therefore, even if a lateral load in the outdoor direction is frequently applied due to a person or object leaning against the handrail from the indoor side, it can sufficiently withstand the lateral load. Further, since the mounting substrate 7 is supported on the handrail base 1 at three points, the mounting state of the mounting substrate 7 is stabilized. Note that three or more rod-like anchor members 8 may be attached to the indoor side of the attachment substrate 7.
[0029]
FIG. 9A is a partial sectional side view showing a mounting device 31 according to still another embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 9B is a plan view thereof. The attachment device 31 has an upper end portion of a bar-shaped anchor member 9 made of a reinforcing bar fixed to the center portion of the attachment substrate 7 in the indoor / outdoor direction by welding, and screw holes 22, 22, the adjustment bolts 19 are screwed through the screw holes 22 and 22, respectively, and are made of an iron plate placed on the upper surface of the handrail base 1 below the mounting substrate 7. The floor plate 23 is inserted into the rod-shaped anchor member 8, and the lower end of each adjustment bolt 19 is brought into contact with the upper surface of the floor plate 23. The floor plate 23 allows the rod-shaped anchor member 8 to be inserted through the insertion hole 23a. About another structure, it is the same as that of the said attachment apparatus 11. FIG.
[0030]
When using this attachment device 31, similarly to the attachment device 11, the anchor hole 13 formed in the handrail base 1 is filled with the molten resin 15, and the attachment device 31 is placed above the anchor hole 13. The rod-shaped anchor member 9 hanging down from the central portion of the mounting board 7 is inserted and fitted into the anchor hole 13, and the floor plate 23 under the mounting board 7 is placed on the upper surface of the handrail base 1. To do. A packing 24 interposed between the mounting substrate 7 and the floor plate 23 may be inserted through the rod-shaped anchor member 9.
[0031]
If the synthetic resin 15 in the anchor hole 13 is cured and the rod-shaped anchor member 8 is fixed to the anchor hole 13, each adjustment bolt 19 is tightened, and the lower end of the bolt 19 is attached to the floor plate 23. The attachment substrate 7 is supported on the upper surface of the handrail base 1 via the adjustment bolts 19 and the floor plate 23 by being pressed against the upper surface. At this time, if the reinforcing column 6 is inclined toward the indoor side or the outdoor side, the reinforcing column 6 is brought into a vertical posture while screwing or loosening both the adjusting bolts 19 and 19 or one of them. By adjusting the level of the mounting substrate 7 in such a manner, the reinforcing column 6 can be held in the vertical position.
[0032]
In this attachment device 31, the reinforcing column 6 is fixed to the anchor hole 13 by the resin 15 with the rod-shaped anchor member 8 integrally fixed to the attachment substrate 7, fixed to the handrail base 1, and adjusted on both sides. Since at least one of the bolts 19, 19 is pressed against the upper surface of the floor plate 23, even one bar-shaped anchor member 8 is erected in a stable state on the handrail base 1, and both adjusting bolts 19, 19 are appropriately attached. By rotating, the level of the mounting substrate 7 can be adjusted, and the upright posture of the reinforcing column 6 can be corrected.
[0033]
The floor plate 23 and the packing 24 can be omitted. However, when using the bottom plate 23 that is under the mounting substrate 7 and placed on the top surface of the handrail base 1, the lower end of the adjustment bolt 19 is brought into contact with the top surface of the bottom plate 23. The level adjustment of the mounting substrate 7 by the adjusting bolt 19 can be performed accurately and effectively.
[0034]
The handrail attachment devices 11, 11 ', 21, and 31 described above each have a small number of parts, and the anchor members 8 and 9 are rod-shaped members made of bolts or reinforcing bars. 6 and the mounting substrate 7 are extremely simple structural members. Therefore, if the anchor hand holes 13 are drilled in the concrete handrail base 1 in use, the mounting work can be easily and easily performed. The construction cost can be reduced, and the rod-shaped anchor members 8 and 9 are fixed in the anchor hole 13 by the molten synthetic resin 15 filled in the anchor hole 13, so that the anchor members 8 and 9 are attached to the handrail base. It can be fixed to the base 1 quickly and firmly.
[0035]
In addition, in the attachment apparatus 11 shown in FIG. 9, although the rod-shaped anchor member 9 which consists of reinforcing bars is used as the rod-shaped anchor member fixed to the center part of a mounting board, the rod-shaped anchor member 8 which consists of nut materials is used. Also good.
[0036]
