【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、家具または通路等の左右に取り付けられた両開き扉の引き手の技術に係わり、更に詳しくは、両開き扉のめし合わせ部に該めし合わせ部のほぼ全域を覆う垂直の引き手とその引き手を引く操作に連動して作動するラッチ機構とを備え、高さ方向の任意の位置に手を掛けて操作でき且つ左右いずれの手でも容易に操作可能な引き手の構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来の両開き扉を備えた収納庫の引き手は、左右の各扉のめし合わせ部近傍に左扉には左手で操作する引き手と右扉には右手で操作する引き手をそれぞれ設けている。このような収納庫では、片手が不自由な人が利き手と反対側の扉の開閉操作する場合、手のひらを左右反対側に向けて引き手に手を掛ける必要がある。また、両開き扉を備えた収納庫を上段に積み重ねて設置した場合で低い身長の人がこの収納庫の扉を開閉操作する場合、困難を伴う場合がある。

一方、例えば、横長の引き出し式収納庫の上段に両開き扉を備えた収納庫を積み重ねる場合で、該引き出し式収納庫の引き出しの引き手が、本願出願人が開発した、引き出しの前板中央に引き出しの上下端部近傍に亘る垂直の引き手を設けるとともに、この各引き出しの引き手が垂直に一直線に連なり且つ左右いずれからも手を掛けて引き出しを片手で引き出すことができる形態とした収納庫である場合に、この下段収納庫の引き手と上段収納庫の引き手が異なる形態となり、外観的にアンバランスで違和感が感じられる。そのような場合には、上段の両開き式扉を備えた収納庫の引き手を、下段収納庫の引き手にとともに中央に垂直の一直線に連なる形態にすると統一された意匠的美観が創出される。この場合、引き手には引き手を引く操作に連動して扉上下に設けたラッチ機構の係合が解除される機能を備える必要がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前述の状況に鑑み本発明が解決しようとするところは、家具または通路等に設ける両開き扉の引き手を、扉のめし合わせ部のほぼ全体を覆って意匠的美観が創出される垂直の引き手とするとともに、人の身長や扉の高さに応じ適宜の高さに手を掛けて操作でき、左右いずれの手でも容易に開閉操作が行え、且つ引き手に手を掛ける位置に無関係に上下にラッチ機構を確実に連動操作する、全く新しい形態の引き手機構を提供することにある。本発明が解決しようとする他の課題は、上記の引き手とラッチ機構とを備えた側の扉の引き手が他方の扉の開放を規制する構造にして簡単に組み立てられ且つ製作コストを低減させること、更に他の課題は、上記垂直の引き手が、手を掛ける位置に無関係に扉上下のラッチ機構が互いに同期作動する引き手機構を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前述の課題解決のため、本発明の両開き扉の引き手機構は、枠体に左右側端を回動可能に支持された両開き扉の、一方の扉のめし合わせ部寄りの上下端近傍にそれぞれ中間部を回転可能に支持された水平の1対の引き手レバーと、前記めし合わせ部の前方に位置し且つ扉前面との間に隙間を隔てて前記上下引き手レバーの先端同士を連結する垂直の引き手と、該引き手が取り付けられた扉の内部または裏面側に設けられて扉開操作時の前記引き手レバーの回動に連動して前記扉と前記枠体とのロック状態が解除されるラッチ機構と、該ラッチ機構をラッチ爪係合方向に付勢する付勢手段とを備え、前記両開き扉の前面の引き手が位置する部分を、上下端近傍に亘ってそれぞれ後方傾斜させて後退部を形成し、引き手の後端側の一部が前記後退部に没する形態にして引き手を取り付けた構成とする。

なお、上記の引き手は、上下端部を除く中間部を、水平断面が前端を底辺とする略2等辺三角形になるように形成するとともに、該引き手の上下端を引き手レバーの先端にそれぞれ固着すると都合がよい。

更に、前記ラッチ機構を、引き手レバーの支点近傍の扉内部または裏面側に回転可能に支持された垂直の軸と、該軸の両端近傍に固定されて先端部が前記引き手レバーの後端部に当接する1対の従動レバーと、前記軸の両端に固定された1対のラッチ爪と、扉を支持する前記枠体の上下の前端部にそれぞれ形成された前記ラッチ爪が係合する1対のラッチ受け部と、前記軸の中間部に設けられ一端を扉に他端を軸にそれぞれ係止した付勢バネとで構成され、該付勢バネにより前記ラッチ爪を前記ラッチ受け部に対し係合方向に付勢して構成すると好都合である。これらにより、引き手に手を掛ける高さ方向の位置に無関係に、扉上下のラッチ機構が互いに確実に同期作動する様になり、且つ、上下ラッチ機構の付勢力が上下均等に作用して作動を安定させることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
つぎに本発明の実施の形態を添付図面に基づき詳細に説明するが、本発明は、添付図面に示された形態に限定されず特許請求の範囲に記載の要件を満たす実施形態の全てを含むものである。添付図は両開き扉を備えた収納庫の引き手機構を例示しているが、収納庫に限らず両開き扉を備えた家具や建物の通路や出入口の壁や扉枠に取り付けた両開き扉の引き手機構も本発明の技術範囲に含む。図1は、本発明に係る両開き扉の引き手機構を備えた両開き扉付きの収納庫の全体斜視図を示す。図2〜図5は、本発明に係る両開き扉の引き手機構の実施例の上端側を示す部分図で、図2は側面から見た状態で図3のB−B矢線に沿う断面、また図3は上方から見た状態で図2のA−A矢線に沿う断面、図4は正面から見た状態で図2の左方から見た図、図5は各構成部材を展開した斜視図をそれぞれ示している。そして図6には、図1に示す収納庫、およびその扉に備えた引き手と同形態の引き手を備えた引き出し式収納庫を、上下に積み重ねた際の外観を参考に示す。

図において、両開き扉付き収納庫(以下、「収納庫」という)1は、直方体の収納庫1の筐体1aの左右框部1bの前端部に蝶番部材(図示しない)でそれぞれ回動可能に取り付けられた両開き扉2,2aを有する。本発明に係る引き手機構5においては、扉の引き手6は、該収納庫1の扉2,2aのめし合わせ部2dを上下端に亘るほぼ全体を覆うようにしていずれか片方の扉、例えば図1における右側の扉2に設ける。

引き手機構5は、収納庫1の片方の扉2のめし合わせ部2d寄りの上下端近傍に、それぞれ中間部をピン11で回転可能に支持された水平の1対の引き手レバー8,8と、めし合わせ部2dの前方に位置し且つ扉2の前面との間に隙間を隔てて引き手レバー8,8の先端同士を連結する垂直の引き手6とを有するとともに、扉2の裏面側には、引き手6の回動に連動するラッチ機構と、該ラッチ機構をラッチ係合方向に付勢する付勢手段とを備えた構成からなる。なお、引き手レバー8,8は、扉2の裏面のめし合わせ部近傍の上下端に取り付けた1対の引き手支持部材10,10に対し、引き手レバー8の中間部に設けた貫通孔8aを支点として限定的に前後回動可能にピン11,11で支持する。

前記ラッチ機構は、上記の引き手6および引き手レバー8,8と、引き手レバー8の回動支点のピン11近傍の扉中心寄りに取り付けた軸支持部材16,16で両端を回転可能に支持された垂直の軸15と、軸15の両端近傍に固定されて先端部が引き手レバー8,8の後端部にそれぞれ当接する1対の従動レバー18,18と、軸15の両端に固定され且つ軸支持部材16から扉2を支持する筐体1aの框部材1b側に突出するラッチ爪26を有するラッチ具25、25と、筐体1aの框部1bの上下の前端部に設けられてラッチ具25先端のラッチ爪26がそれぞれ係合する1対のラッチ受け具27,27とによって構成される。

一方、前記ラッチ機構の付勢手段即ち、ラッチ具25先端のラッチ爪26をラッチ受け具27の端部に向けて係合方向に付勢する付勢手段は、例えば、軸15の中間部に扉2で支持されたバネ支持枠21と、バネ支持枠21に収納され一端をバネ支持枠21に他端を軸15にそれぞれ係止して軸15を回転付勢するように取り付けた付勢バネ20とによって構成される。

引き手6は、垂直棒状の中間部材6aと、中間部材6aの両端それぞれに引き手レバー8を取り付けた後中間部材6aの両端に装着する端部部材7,7とで構成する。なお、中間部材6aは、水平断面形状が前端6bを底辺として後端面6b,6bを左右の片とする略2等辺三角形になるように形成する。

更に、引き手6上下の端部部材7,7の後端には、前記ラッチ機構が扉2を筐体1aにロックした状態において、両側の扉2,2aの上下端部の前面にそれぞれ当接する当接端面7aを有する。当接端面7aは、図示とは異なるが、両側の扉2,2aの後退部4,4の底面4b,4bに当接するように形成してもよい。

扉2,2aはそれぞれほぼ対称構造である。扉2,2aの各表板2bは、図5に示すように、矩形の板部材のめし合わせ部2d側に前述の後退部4を形成するとともに該板部材の左右端縁部を裏側に折り曲げてコ字状の折り曲げ部を形成する一方、上下端縁部は裏側にコ字状に折り曲げ且つその端縁を更に筐体1a側に向けて水平に折り曲げ更にその端縁を表側に向けコ字状に曲げ、これらの折り曲げ部で剛性を有する構造に成形する。そしてこの表板2bの裏面側でめし合わせ部2d寄りに重ね合わせる裏板2cは、図3、図5に示すように、矩形の板部材の各端縁部を表板2b側に直角折りして表板2bのめし合わせ部2dと互いの端部同士が重なるように形成する。裏板2cと表板2bとを重ね合わせた際に両部材が形成する内部空間の幅方向中間部に挿入して補強するスペーサ3は、縦長矩形の板部材の両側端を表板側に直角織りしてされにその端縁を外側に直角折りした部材である。扉2,2aは、これらの各部材2b,2c,3を図3,図5に示すように重ね合わせて一体化して形成する。

なお、この扉2,2aのめし合わせ部2d側の上下コーナー部には、それぞれ引き手支持部材10,10aを装着するための切欠、および、めし合わせ部2d端部からやや扉2の中心側に離隔し且つ筐体1aの上下の框部1bに対峙する箇所には、軸支持部材16を装着し且つラッチ具25の先端を筐体1b側に突出させるための切欠をそれぞれ設ける。

筐体1aの上下の框部1b前端の前記軸支持部材16を装着する切欠と対峙する箇所には、図2、図3に示すようにラッチ具挿入口1cを開口形成する。該ラッチ具挿入口1cにはラッチ受け具27を装着固定する。ラッチ受け具27は、中央に貫通孔を備えた枠体で、外周がラッチ具挿入口1cの内縁に嵌合する形状を有するとともに、周囲にラッチ具挿入口1cの裏面に当接する係止爪を設け、この係止爪で框部1bに係止固定可能な構造である。

つぎに引き手機構5の各構成部材の更に詳細な構造を以下に説明する。まず、軸支持部材16および引き手支持部材10,10aについては、詳細な説明は省くが、図5に示すように扉2,2aの表板2bの前記切欠部からそれぞれ押し込んで装着し、スペーサ3と裏板2cとで支持できる様に支持用の溝および段状の支持部を有する形状に成形してある。

つぎに、垂直の軸15は、水平断面が角形であり、中間部には付勢バネ20の一端を係止するための係止孔(図示しない)と、上下端近傍には軸15の端部から挿入される従動レバー18の支持固定部(図示しない)と、両端部にはラッチ具25の支持固定部と、軸支持部材16の軸受孔17に回転可能に支持するための支持部とをそれぞれ有する。従動レバー18は、先端視コ字状の溝形部材の一端に軸15が上下に貫通し相対的回転を規制するための角形挿通孔を備えた部材である。バネ支持枠21は、軸15が挿通する挿通孔を有する枠体で、側面に係止部22を突設しその係止部22上下面には係止爪22aを設けている。バネ支持枠21は、スペーサ3の側面に形成した係止穴23に挿入して係止爪22aで係止保持することができる。付勢バネ20はコイル状のバネで、バネ支持枠21の内部に収容保持され、その一端を軸15に他端をバネ支持枠21にそれぞれ係止する。ラッチ具25は、基端に軸15が上下に貫通し相対的回転を規制するための角形挿通孔を備えるとともに、先端には側方に向けて鉤状に突出するラッチ爪26を有する部材である。軸支持部材16は、外側が扉2の表板2bの上下端部の折り曲げ部支持される支持部と、後方側面に開口する内部空間と、軸15の端部を支持する軸受孔17とを備えている。

上記の各部材を扉2に組み込んで取り付ける手順は、まず始めに、軸15に付勢バネ20とバネ支持部21を装着し、つぎに従動レバー18を装着して固定支持する。そして軸支持部材16の内部空間に前記の開口からラッチ具25の後端を挿入し、ラッチ具25の軸装着部を軸受孔17に一致させ、軸15の端部を軸支持部材16の軸受孔17に向けて挿入し、ラッチ具25を軸15の端部に装着固定する。そして付勢バネ20、バネ支持部21、従動レバー18、ラッチ具25,軸支持部材16を取り付けた軸15のアッセンブリーの軸支持部材16,16を扉2の前記切欠部に装着する。

引き手レバー8は、水平の板状部材で、先端部にネジ孔が貫通形成された部材である。この引き手レバー8のネジ孔部に引き手6の中間部材6aの端部を突き合わせ、ネジ9,9で固定する。引き手6の中間部材6aの下端側も同様に引き手レバー8にネジ9,9で固定する。そして上下の引き手の中間部材6aの上下端のレバー8,8に引き手の端部部材7,7を装着固定し、引き手6を組み立てる。そしてこの組み立てられた引き手6の引き手レバー8部を、引き手支持部材10に挿入し、引き手レバー8の貫通孔8aにピン11を装着して引き手支持部材10に対し限定的に相対的回動ができるように支持する。そして引き手支持部材10と引き手6とを組み合わせた状態で扉の表板2bのめし合わせ部側上下コーナーの切欠部に引き手支持部材10,10を装着する。

そして最後に、扉2の表板2bの裏面から、前述の軸支持部材16をスペーサ3で押さえ、バネ支持枠21の係止部22を係止穴23に挿入して係止爪22aで係止し、更に裏板2cを重ね合わせて扉2を一体的に組み立てる。なお、左側の扉2aは引き手6を設けないので、軸15と軸支持部材16などは装着せず、引き手支持部材10と対称で引き手レバー8の支持部を有しない形態の引き手支持部材10aを装着し、前記と同様にスペーサ3を重ね合わせ、更に裏板2cを重ね合わせて一体化して扉2aを組み立てる。

つぎに、上記構成からなる引き手機構5の作用を説明する。扉2,2aが閉じた状態では引き手機構5のラッチ具25のラッチ爪がラッチ受け具27に係合して扉2の開放を規制するとともに、引き手6の上下端の端部部材7,7後端の当接端面7a,7aが扉2,2aの上下端部前面(または図示とは異なるが扉2,2aの後退部4,4の底面4b,4bに当接する構造でもよい)に当接している。そのため扉2aは、扉2の引き手6に連動作動するラッチ機構で開放が規制されている。この状態で引き手6の中間部材6aの適宜の箇所を左右いずれかの手で手前に引くと、引き手レバー8,8が前方回動し、引き手レバー8,8の後端に当接している従動レバー18が後方に押されて回動し軸15が上端視時計回りに回転する。これにより、ラッチ具25が右方に回動してラッチ爪26とラッチ受け具27との係合が解除され、扉2は前方に開放される。そうすると左方の扉2aも開放可能となる。

上下のラッチ具25,25が1本の軸15の両端に固定され、互いに同じ角度連動回動するため、引き手6は上下いずれの位置に手を掛けて引いても上下のラッチ具25,25とラッチ受け具27,27との係合ロックは同期解除される。また、引き手6の後端面6c,6cは、扉2,2aの後退部4,4の傾斜側面4a,4aおよび底面4b,4bとの間にそれぞれ適宜の隙間を隔てて位置しているので、左右いずれの側からでも、或いは左右いずれの手を用いても支障無く手を掛けて引く事が可能である。

つぎに、図示は省略するが、前述の実施例とは異なる形態の実施例について以下に説明する。まず、引き手6については、中間部材6aを水平断面が2等辺三角形の形状にせず適宜の形状としてもよい。また扉2,2aは、引き手の位置に後退部4,4を設けずフラットな前面にしてもよい。その場合、引き手の中間部材の位置する両扉の前面と引き手の中間部材との間に適宜の隙間が生じるようにする。ただし前述の説明のように両扉に後退部を設け、その後退部に引き手中間部材の後端側の一部が没する様にすると、引き手の扉前方への出っ張りが少なく邪魔にならず且つ意匠的にも美観が創出されて都合がよい。

ラッチ機構は、前述のように軸15に付勢バネ20を設ける方式とは異なり、従動レバーとラッチ具を上下個別に支持してそれぞれに付勢バネを設けてもよいし、或いは、ラッチ具の後端を延長してその後端に引き手レバーの後端を直接当接させてラッチ具を回動させる形態にしてもよい。但し前述のような実施形態にすると、組立が簡単に行え且つ引き手に手を掛ける位置に無関係にラッチ機構を上下同期的に作動させることができ、作動が安定し、より好ましい形態であるといえる。

つぎに、図6には、図1に示す両開き扉付き収納庫1、および、その扉2に備えた引き手機構5の引き手6と同様の形の引き手32を、横長3段型引き出し式収納庫30の各引き出し31の中央に垂直一直線に並ぶように取り付けた引き出し式収納庫30を、上下に積み重ねた状態でその外観を示す。本発明に係る両開き扉用の引き手機構の引き手6と同様の形の引き手32を図6に示すような形態で引き出し式収納庫30の引き出しの中央に垂直に設け、こpの収納庫30を収納庫1と組み合わせて上下に積み重ねると、上下の収納庫の引き手が中央で垂直一直線に並んで上下の引き手のデザインが調和し、新しい意匠的美観を創出することができて都合がよい。

【発明の効果】
以上にしてなる請求項1に係る発明の両開き扉の引き手機構は、両開き扉の一方の扉のめし合わせ部寄りの上下端近傍にそれぞれ中間部を回転可能に水平支持された1対の引き手レバーを設け、扉のめし合わせ部前方に扉前面との間に隙間を隔てるようにして前記上下引き手レバーの先端同士を連結する垂直の引き手を設け、該引き手で扉開操作をする時の引き手レバーの回動に連動して扉とを取り付けた枠体とのロック状態が解除されるラッチ機構を設け、該ラッチ機構をラッチ爪係合方向に付勢する付勢手段を有する構成としたので、人の身長に応じ引き手の適宜の高さに手を掛けて操作できるとともに、左右いずれの方向からでも引き手に手を掛けて開閉操作が行える。そして扉のめし合わせ部のほぼ全体が引き手で覆われるので新しい意匠的美観が創出されるなどの作用効果がある。また、両開き扉の前面の引き手が位置する部分を上下端近傍に亘って後方傾斜させて後退部を形成し、引き手の後端側の一部が前記後退部に没する形態で引き手を取り付けたので、引き手の扉前面からの突出量を少なくして、邪魔にならず且つ意匠的にも美的が創出されるといった作用効果がある。
