Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a seismic sensing device, and more particularly to a seismic sensing device capable of accurately detecting an earthquake with a seismic device employed in a gas meter.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a seismic device, the fluctuation state of the on-time and off-time of the signal from the seismoscope is monitored, and if the average value of the fluctuation amount is greater than or equal to the specified value, the vibration is caused by an earthquake, If there is any, it is known that the vibration is caused by an impact (see Japanese Patent No. 2699403).
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, there are many malfunctions in the seismic device. That is, the seismic sensor has a structure in which the internal hard ball vibrates to turn the switch on and off. For this reason, the vibration state of the hard sphere is different in the initial, middle, and final stages of vibration due to impact, and the initial and final outputs are irregular. Therefore, if the average value including such irregular output is calculated, it is easy to misclassify that it is an earthquake despite the vibration due to the impact.
[0004]
The seismic device has a complicated algorithm. In other words, the processing of the microcomputer for calculating the average value of the on-time and off-time fluctuation amounts of the signal from the seismoscope is complicated. For this reason, a high-performance and expensive microcomputer is required. In particular, if it is attempted to eliminate the adverse effects caused by the irregular output at the initial and final stages of the vibration, the processing becomes more complicated and a more expensive microcomputer is required.
[0005]
Furthermore, the seismic device is generally installed in a gas meter attached to a parallel pipe. If the distance from the fixed part of the pipe to the gas meter is long (for example, 150 cm or more), the gas meter has an impact force. When it acts, the period of the output signal from the seismoscope becomes longer. For this reason, the output state of the on / off signal is not stable, and it may be erroneously determined that the vibration is caused by an earthquake. In particular, depending on the direction in which the impact force is applied, the operating state of the hard sphere may not be stable, and is easily misidentified.
[0006]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a seismic sensing device that can accurately, easily and inexpensively determine whether or not the detected vibration is caused by an earthquake.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a means for solving the above problems, the present invention provides:
A seismometer that outputs an on / off signal by vibration,
In a seismic sensing device comprising a discriminating means for discriminating whether or not the vibration is caused by an earthquake based on an on / off signal output from the seismic sensor,
The discrimination means includes
A timing unit that sequentially measures the period of the on / off signal output from the seismic sensor;
A counting unit that counts the number of times that the time sequentially counted by the time measuring unit is equal to or greater than a set time;
A second counter that counts the number of ON signals that are ON times that are equal to or greater than a second set ON time, with an OFF time that is equal to or greater than a second set OFF time among outputs from the seismic sensor; ,
Consisting of
A discriminating unit that discriminates that the vibration is caused by an earthquake only when the count value in the counting unit is less than the set number of times and the count value in the second counting unit is equal to or more than the second set number of times. This is a configuration.
[0008]
With this configuration, even when an on / off signal is output at an irregular cycle caused by an impact, counting the number of times that the cycle exceeds the set time allows the on / off of the irregular cycle due to the earthquake. It can be detected separately from the off signal. Therefore, it is possible to accurately determine whether the vibration is caused by an earthquake or an impact.
[0009]
The discriminating means may further include a discriminating time determination unit that starts discriminating processing when an ON signal is input from the seismic sensor, and stops the discriminating processing when an OFF signal is input for a predetermined time or more. . Further, the discrimination process may be performed for a certain time from the start of the discrimination process by inputting an ON signal from the seismoscope.
[0011]
The discriminating unit further includes a third counting unit that counts the number of times that the period sequentially counted by the timing unit is equal to or longer than a third set time, and the discriminating unit It may be determined that the vibration is caused by an earthquake only when the count value is less than the set number of times and the count value at the third counter is equal to or greater than the third set number of times.
[0012]
As described above, since not only the count value in the counting unit but also the count value in the second or third counting unit is considered, it is possible to more accurately determine whether the vibration is caused by an earthquake. Is possible.
[0013]
It is preferable that the seismoscope is composed of two or more types that operate according to the difference in vibration level because it is possible to detect the difference in the intensity of the earthquake.
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a block diagram of the seismic device according to the present embodiment. This seismic device is based on two types of seismic devices 2a and 2b provided in the
[0015]
Both the seismographs 2a and 2b have a conventionally well-known structure in which a hard ball accommodated in a casing is moved by vibration, and a switch is turned on and off via a lid provided above the same. On the other hand, the seismic sensor 2a outputs an on / off signal when acceleration based on vibration caused by a large earthquake with a considerably high risk of gas leakage or the like acts on the hard ball. The remaining seismic device 2b outputs an on / off signal when an acceleration smaller than that of the seismic device 2a acts on the hard ball.

[0022]
The first set time T1, the second set on time T2 ON , the second set off time T2 OF F , the first set number of times K1, and the second set number of times K2 are appropriately determined based on an earthquake and an impact in advance through experiments or the like. Find a distinguishable value.
[0023]
Next, the operation (vibration discrimination processing) of the seismic device having the above-described configuration will be described with reference to the flowchart of FIG.
If there is an ON signal input from the seismographs 2a and 2b (step S1), the
[0024]
Then, the counting unit determines whether or not the cycle t of the on / off signal is equal to or longer than the set time T1 (step S3), and counts the number N1 only when it is equal to or longer than the first set time T1 (step S3). S4).
[0025]
Then, the
[0026]
The processes from Steps S1 to S6 are repeated until the OFF signal output from the seismic device 2a or 2b expires after a predetermined time, that is, until the vibration drops below a certain level (Step S7).
[0027]
Next, it is determined whether or not the number of times N1 at which the period t is equal to or greater than the set time T1 is equal to or greater than the first set number of times K1 (step S8). If the number of times N1 is equal to or greater than the first set number of times K1, it is determined that the vibration is caused by an impact (step S11). On the other hand, if the number N1 is less than the first set number K1, it is determined whether or not the number N2 counted in step S6 is equal to or greater than the second set number K2 (step S9). If the number of times N2 is greater than or equal to the second set number of times K2, it is determined that the event is an earthquake (step S10). However, if the number of times N2 is less than the second set number of times K2, it is determined that the vibration is due to an impact even if the number of times N1 is less than the first set number of times K1 (step S11).
[0028]
Thus, according to the vibration determination processing according to the embodiment, whether the number N1 of the period t of the first set time T1 or more is first set number K1 above, the ON time T ON second set Since it is only necessary to determine whether or not the number of times N2 exceeding the ON time T2 ON is equal to or greater than the second set number of times K2, the algorithm is simplified, and the performance of the
[0029]
Thereafter, if it is determined for each output from each of the seismic devices 2a and 2b whether it is due to an earthquake or an impact, a final determination is made according to the following table (step S12).
[0030]
[Table 1]
[0031]
According to this, it is determined whether or not it is based on an earthquake by a seismic device 2a that operates at a smaller acceleration, and the intensity of the earthquake is determined by a seismic device 2b that operates at a higher acceleration. As a result, it is possible to make a more accurate discrimination than when only one seismoscope is provided. It is also possible to detect the seismic intensity scale by providing a seismic device with different sensitivity.
[0032]
In the above-described embodiment, it is determined whether or not it is caused by an earthquake based on the counting results of the
[0033]
According to this, even if there is a vibration due to an impact in which the vibration state of the hard sphere is different in the initial, middle and final stages, even if the output at the initial and final stages is irregular, it is appropriate that the vibration is generated by the impact. Can be determined.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, if the number of times that the cycle of the on / off signal is equal to or greater than the set time is equal to or greater than the set number, it is determined that the vibration is caused by an earthquake. Therefore, it is possible to make an accurate determination without requiring any processing, and the apparatus itself can be configured to save power and be inexpensive.
