CCD撮像センサ31において、横方向は水平アドレスx(図における左から順番に画素に付した番号),縦方向は垂直アドレスy(図における上から順番に水平走査線に付した番号)を示すものとする。

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a three-dimensional shape measuring apparatus, and more particularly, an automatic inspection of a product by a three-dimensional shape inspection, a slit light applied to a CAD input device for a shape of a clay model such as a four-wheeled vehicle or a two-wheeled vehicle. The present invention relates to a three-dimensional shape measuring apparatus that performs non-contact measurement of a three-dimensional shape by scanning.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, there are various non-contact three-dimensional measurement methods, and one of them is a slit light projection method. In this slit light projection method, as shown in FIG. 15, a slit-like light is projected onto an object to be measured, photographed with a camera or the like from an angle different from that of the light source, and a three-dimensional position is obtained from the obtained slit image. is there.
[0003]
In this method, the measurement object is irradiated with slit light one by one, imaged for each slit light, the image is input, and then the position of the slit light is extracted from each image and synthesized. Is called.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above conventional example, a plurality of images are recorded for each slit light, and then calculation processing is performed. Therefore, an enormous memory space is required for the operation control unit provided in the operation control unit. It was. Moreover, since the calculation process is performed after all the images are taken, it takes time to perform the process. Furthermore, when extracting the slit light, the slit image on the surface of the measurement object must be sufficiently brighter than the surroundings, and it is easily affected by the difference in the reflectance of the surface of the measurement object and noise such as background light. There was an inconvenience.
[0005]
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
It is an object of the present invention to provide a three-dimensional measuring device that improves the disadvantages of the conventional example, saves memory, and is less susceptible to noise.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the irradiation mechanism that scans the measurement target with slit light, the camera that captures the scanned slit light in multiple steps, and the tertiary of the measurement target from the plurality of captured images In a three-dimensional shape measuring apparatus comprising a calculation means for calculating original image data, a camera is provided with a light receiver in which a plurality of scanning lines composed of innumerable pixels arranged in a uniform interval are arranged in parallel and in a planar shape. In addition, the slit light is imaged from the direction intersecting each scanning line.
[0007]
Then, the calculation means detects and specifies the maximum value of the luminance output from each pixel for each scanning line of the light receiver, and outputs the maximum value of luminance corresponding to the detection of the peak detection unit. A pixel position detection unit for detecting and specifying a position on the scanning line for the pixel, a luminance memory having a luminance recording area corresponding to each pixel of the light receiver, and a luminance and a pixel position detection unit detected by the peak detection unit A comparison unit that compares the recorded luminance with the recording luminance recorded in the recording area of the corresponding pixel of the luminance memory based on the position of the detected pixel, and the luminance memory recording when the detected luminance is larger than the recording luminance A first update unit that updates the luminance to the value of the detected luminance is provided.
[0008]
In the above-described configuration, when the measurement object is scanned with slit light, imaging is performed by dividing one scan into a plurality of times. Simultaneously with the imaging of the slit light, the maximum luminance is detected for each scanning line from the captured image. Here, since the camera is arranged in advance so as to receive the slit light intersecting each scanning line, the slit light received for each scanning line is the intersection of the slit light and the scanning line. There is only one point to do. In the present invention, the position of the pixel for detecting the maximum brightness for each scanning line by the peak detection unit is determined as the light receiving position of the slit light, and the detected brightness from the other pixels is determined as noise.
[0009]
In the peak detection unit, pixels that output the maximum luminance of the scanning line in order are detected and specified. The pixel position detection unit detects and specifies the position on the scanning line for the pixel that has output the maximum luminance specified by the detection of the peak detection unit.
[0010]
On the other hand, in the luminance memory, a luminance set in advance to a value less than the luminance of 0 to normal slit light is recorded. Then, the detected luminance of the pixel received at the maximum luminance is compared with the recorded luminance recorded in the recording area of the luminance memory corresponding to the pixel at the position specified by the pixel position detecting unit. When the value is large, the value of the luminance is updated as the recording luminance.
[0011]
When the update operation is performed for all scanning lines for one imaging screen, the same operation is performed for the next imaging screen. That is, such work is performed every time the slit light is imaged, and the brightness of the sequentially captured slit light is recorded in the luminance memory. That is, the brightness of the slit light is sequentially recorded in the brightness memory for one image while being individually imaged for each slit light whose position is changed by scanning.
[0012]
Then, the distance of each point from the position of the slit light in the luminance memory, the camera, the irradiation position of the slit light, etc. to the imaging surface of the object to be measured is calculated using, for example, a triangulation method to measure the three-dimensional shape. Is done.
[0013]
The invention described in
[0014]
In such a configuration, the maximum value of luminance (hereinafter referred to as “maximum luminance”) and the pixel position for outputting it are detected in the same manner as in the first aspect of the invention. The maximum luminance is recorded in the temporary luminance memory, and the pixel position is recorded in the temporary pixel memory. For example, both of these are simultaneously output when they are recorded in each memory. As a result, the comparison unit and the update unit perform the comparison update of the recording luminance of the luminance memory and measure the three-dimensional shape in the same manner as in the first aspect of the invention.
[0015]
The invention described in
[0016]
In such a configuration, the CCD image sensor outputs luminance in the order in which the pixels are arranged in units of scanning lines in the order in which the plurality of scanning lines are arranged. Then, an output period in which output is performed for one scanning line and a blanking period between the output periods are alternately repeated. The output synchronizer described above outputs the maximum luminance and the pixel position detected corresponding to the repeated output period and blanking period.
[0017]
That is, the maximum brightness in one horizontal line is specified during the output period and the pixel that outputs the maximum brightness is specified, and the brightness and position are output by the output synchronization unit during the blanking period, and the brightness memory is updated. Is done. As a result, when output is performed for all scanning lines of the CCD image sensor, the luminance memory is updated for one captured image. And it processes similarly for every captured image, and the measuring apparatus of a three-dimensional shape is performed.
[0018]
The invention according to
[0019]
In the above configuration, the operation up to the update of the luminance memory is performed in the same manner as in the first, second, or third aspect of the invention, and the update is performed each time the maximum luminance obtained for one scanning line is updated. Simultaneously, the projection angle of the slit light at that time is rewritten in the storage area of the angle-coded memory corresponding to the pixel that has output the maximum luminance by the second updating unit by the output of the comparison unit. At this time, no data is entered in each storage area of the angle coded memory at the start of measurement, and the projection angle of the slit light is written as it is in the storage area where there is no data. If there is write data based on the captured image processed in advance, it is overwritten from there.
[0020]
Such rewriting is performed for each scanning line and for each captured image to measure a three-dimensional shape.
[0021]
The invention according to
[0022]
In the above configuration, the operation up to the update of the luminance memory is performed in the same manner as in the first, second, or third aspect of the invention, and the update is performed each time the maximum luminance obtained for one scanning line is updated. At the same time, the second update unit rewrites the linear displacement amount of the slit light at that time in the storage area of the linear displacement memory corresponding to the pixel that has output the maximum luminance. At this time, no data is entered in each storage area of the linear displacement memory at the start of measurement, and the linear displacement of the slit light remains as it is in the storage area where there is no data. If there is written data by the captured image that has been written and processed earlier, it is overwritten from there.
[0023]
Such rewriting is performed for each scanning line and for each captured image to measure a three-dimensional shape.
[0024]
The present invention intends to achieve the above-described object by the above-described configurations.

In addition, since the calculation means 4 includes the second comparison circuit 6 and the third selection circuit 7, a single slit light image that has already been captured is stored in the

Specifically, the required memory is luminance resolution × 1 (temporary luminance memory 51), the number of pixels on one horizontal scanning line × 1 (temporary position memory 81), the number of pixels of one screen × luminance resolution × 1. Only one sheet (luminance memory 41) and the number of pixels of one screen × angle resolution × 1 sheet (angle coding memory 42) are required, and memory is saved. On the other hand, the conventional method requires at least a memory of light projection resolution × luminance resolution × number of pixels. Here, the light projection resolution is 256 if it is 8 bits, for example.
[0092]
Furthermore, since there is no memory having a large number of screens equal to the number of times of imaging as in the prior art, the processing time can be shortened. In addition, the detection of the maximum luminance in the horizontal scanning line and the detection of the horizontal address are performed almost simultaneously during the output period of one horizontal scanning line of the

In order to explain further effects of the three-dimensional shape measuring apparatus 10 more clearly, a comparative example will be given here and described in comparison with the comparative example.
[0097]
As shown in FIG. 12, the three-dimensional shape measuring apparatus 10A as a comparative example has the same configuration as the three-dimensional shape measuring apparatus 10 except for the calculation unit 4A. For this reason, description of this comparative example is limited to the calculation means 4A.

In this figure, symbol H is a horizontal synchronizing signal, and the interval between two horizontal synchronizing signals H is the output period of one horizontal scanning line. The symbol R in FIG. 13 is the luminance of the slit light, and this is usually detected and processed as the maximum luminance. The brightness due to the multiple reflection F appears adjacent to the slit light R. Since the brightness of the multiple reflection F is slightly lower than that of the slit light R, in the case shown in FIG. 13, the maximum brightness finally shown by the
[0104]
However, when the surface shape of the measuring object S becomes complicated, this multiple reflection F is likely to occur. On the other hand, the slit light R itself may irradiate the depression and may not be detected by the horizontal scanning line. That is, when detecting the maximum luminance in one horizontal scanning line, only the multiple reflection F may be detected and the slit light R may not be detected. In this case, each of the

【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, the peak detection unit of the calculation means processes only one pixel position having the maximum luminance level on each horizontal scanning line as the passage position of the slit light. It is possible to improve measurement accuracy without picking up low luminance noise such as light.
[0119]
In addition, since the calculation means includes a comparison unit and an update unit, another slit image is newly captured from the already captured one slit light image into the luminance memory having a storage capacity for one screen. be able to. That is, the luminance memory can have a recording capacity for one screen, and the captured images of the plurality of slit lights whose positions have been changed can be simultaneously superimposed and recorded on the luminance memory. Thus, it is possible to save memory without requiring a memory having the number of screens equal to the number of times of imaging.
[0120]
Furthermore, since there is no memory having a large number of screens equal to the number of times of imaging as in the prior art, and the slit position is extracted simultaneously with the output of the video signal from the camera, the processing time can be shortened. .
[0121]
Furthermore, in the present invention, a pixel position detection unit is provided, and in order to specify the horizontal address of the pixel that outputs the maximum luminance by the peak detection unit, the maximum luminance is output at any pixel on the light receiving surface. Therefore, it is possible to simplify the subsequent three-dimensional shape measurement process.
[0122]
In particular, the irradiation mechanism is a scanning method by changing the projection angle, and the angle coding memory having a projection angle recording area corresponding to each pixel, and the projection light when the luminance memory is updated to the angle coding memory. When the second update unit for updating the angle is provided, the angle coding memory can be updated in conjunction with the update of the luminance memory. For example, the luminance due to multiple reflection is recorded in the luminance memory. In this case, the angle-coded memory can be updated in accordance with the brightness update by the true slit light, and the influence of multiple reflections can be eliminated, and the three-dimensional shape can be measured more accurately. It is.
[0123]
In the case of a configuration in which a temporary luminance memory is provided in the peak detection unit, a temporary position memory is provided in the pixel position detection unit, and an output synchronization unit is provided, the maximum luminance and its horizontal address are simultaneously set at a predetermined timing. The maximum luminance and the horizontal address can be more precisely synchronized in the subsequent process of updating the luminance memory or the angle coding memory.
[0124]
In particular, when the output synchronization unit is configured to output during the blanking period, the processing of the comparison unit, the first update unit, or the second update unit on the downstream side is performed for one horizontal scanning line. It is possible to speed up measurement by eliminating unnecessary processing.
[0125]
Further, even when the irradiation mechanism is a scanning method using the direct movement of slit light, the above-described effects can be improved.
[0126]
Since this invention is comprised and functions as mentioned above, according to this, the measurement apparatus of the outstanding three-dimensional shape which is not in the past can be provided.
