BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to, for example, a technology for sensing a wildlife with a sensor and automatically photographing it, and more specifically, after a predetermined photographing operation, even if the sensor senses, photographing is suppressed for a set time. The present invention relates to an automatic photographing method and apparatus capable of reducing useless photographing by providing a function of automatically extending photographing suppression time in response to sensor detection.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, this type of device used for automatic photography of outdoor creatures, etc. has a camera, a timer, and a sensor. After photographing the object captured by the sensor, if the time set by the timer has not passed, the presence or absence of sensor detection Regardless of this, the shooting operation is not executed to prevent unnecessary continuous shooting.
That is, in the prior art, after one shooting, for example, a shooting stop time is set by a timer such as 1 minute, 3 minutes, 5 minutes, and 10 minutes, and a detection signal from the sensor is received within the set time. Since the camera has a simple configuration that maintains the shooting suppression state even when it is transmitted, there are actual devices, product catalogs, and the like, but there is no patent document relating to the above configuration.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional photographing apparatus has the following disadvantages. In other words, in the prior art, the camera can enter a shooting mode after a set period of time regardless of whether or not there is a sensor reaction. For example, the sensor repeatedly reacts under the influence of sunlight or wind, or the target animal has an effect such as a bait. In many cases, such as when sitting at the camera's shooting position for a long time, many shootings are performed in response to the sensor's detection signal, and film and other shooting media are wasted, hindering efficient biological research. It was.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention relates to an automatic photographing apparatus having a camera, a camera driving circuit, and an infrared sensor for sensing an object to be photographed, wherein the driving circuit operates the camera in response to reception of a sensing signal from the infrared sensor. An operation means, and a control circuit for sequentially extending the photographing suppression state by controlling the operation of the camera operation means in response to a sensing signal from the sensor within a predetermined time. A setting unit; a determination unit that determines whether or not the time of the imaging suppression state set from the signal transmission immediately before the signal has passed in response to the sensing signal from the infrared sensor; and the set time And a reset means for decrementing when the signal is transmitted, and a signal is input to the control circuit in response to each reaction of the infrared sensor, The camera operation means sends a shooting instruction only when the set time elapses while the input time has elapsed since the time when the latest sensor signal was input before the input. It is an object of the present invention to solve the above-described conventional problems by providing an automatic photographing apparatus.

In the automatic photographing apparatus, the drive circuit connected to the sensor via the sensor relay by the break contact NC, the make contact NO, and the common contact COM includes a capacitor having a predetermined capacity, a resistor having a predetermined resistance value, and a plurality of resistors. The time setting means in an imaging suppression state has an amplification circuit by a transistor, a coil, a relay circuit, and a variable resistor, and the signal is set immediately before the signal in response to the detection signal from the sensor by the variable resistor. The determination means for determining whether or not the time of the shooting suppression state set from the signal transmission has elapsed is by a relay circuit, and the reset means for deducting the set time when the signal is transmitted by a resistor, The camera operating means may be configured by a capacitor, an amplifier circuit, and a relay circuit.
[0006]
Further, in the above automatic photographing apparatus, the relay circuit may be constituted by a coil, a break contact NC, a make contact NO, a common contact COM, and the like.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The gist of the present invention is that, in automatic photographing of wildlife, etc., even if detection information is input from the sensor between the transmission of the latest detection information by the sensor and the elapse of a desired time, the camera is operated ignoring this. In other words, the camera can be operated only after the set desired time has elapsed.
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic configuration diagram of an automatic photographing apparatus according to the embodiment. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a camera, 2 denotes an infrared sensor, and 3 denotes camera operation means for instructing the camera 1 to perform a photographing operation by transmitting a detection signal from the

[0010]
The time setting in the photographing suppression state is performed by the time setting means 6. Further, the storage means 7 stores information such as the latest sensing signal transmission time t from the
However, when the detection signal is transmitted, the automatic photographing apparatus is in the shooting suppression state for the set time T, and even if a further detection signal is transmitted after the detection signal is transmitted, the transmission is performed for a set time from the previous signal transmission. If T is not yet elapsed, the camera operating means 3 does not give a shooting instruction to the camera 1, so that shooting by the camera 1 is not executed. Further, the starting point of the set time T in the photographing suppression state by the next detection signal transmission following the detection signal is decremented at the time of the next detection signal, that is, the latest detection signal transmission.
