In the present invention, in consideration of the above fact, when recycling the optical scanning device, the operator can disassemble the optical scanning unit components fixed to the housing with a screw etc. safely and in a short time. When the scanning part component is fixed to the housing with an adhesive, it is a problem to be able to remove it without leaving the adhesive in the housing.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the first aspect of the present invention, the optical scanning unit component such as the reflecting mirror is held by the holding member , and the claw member provided on the holding member is fixed to the pin erected from the bottom plate of the housing. Thus, the holding member is fixed to the bottom plate of the housing. Thereby, the optical scanning unit component is positioned in the housing.
[0011]
Here, the outer peripheral part of the pin in the bottom plate is made thin, so that a broken part is formed in the outer peripheral part of the pin . Therefore, when removing the optical scanning unit components from the housing during recycling, a stud is installed at a position corresponding to the pin in a fixed-side press such as a foot press, and the bottom plate is pressed from the back side with this stud. The broken portion is broken, and the pin is separated from the housing together with the holding member. For this reason, the optical scanning device can be safely disassembled in one step without touching the components of the optical scanning unit installed in the housing.
Moreover, the slit which divides the inner peripheral part and pin of the fracture | rupture part in a bottom plate in the diameter direction of a pin is formed in the inner peripheral part and pin of a fracture | rupture part in a bottom plate . For this reason, when the thin rupture part is ruptured, the inner peripheral part of the rupture part and the pin in the bottom plate are disassembled with the slit as a boundary, so that the housing, the holding member, the pin , and the scanning part component are completely separated be able to.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the optical scanning unit components such as the reflecting mirror are held by the holding member, and this holding member is fixed to the bottom plate of the housing by the screw. Thereby, the optical scanning unit component is positioned in the housing.
Here, the outer peripheral part of the fastening part of the screw in the bottom plate is made thin, so that a fracture part is formed in the outer peripheral part of the fastening part.
