Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a work glove suitable for various works in fisheries and agriculture.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, for example, a work glove disclosed in Patent Document 1 is known as a work glove in which a resin coating material is attached to the surface of a fiber knitted glove (hereinafter referred to as a “hand”) to reinforce the hand. . The work gloves disclosed in this Patent Document 1 have the same thickness throughout the hand, and the thickness of the film formed by the resin coating material attached to the surface of the hand is also throughout. Since it is the same throughout, there is no problem in workability when the overall thickness is thin, but when the overall thickness is thick, when performing work such as bending a finger to the palm side and grasping an object, it is hard to stretch on the back side Therefore, there was a problem that it was difficult to work.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-6-49702 [0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to solve such problems and to provide a work glove that can be easily used to bend a finger toward the palm and grip an object, and is easy to use without fatigue. To do.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve this problem, the present invention provides a working glove in which a film is formed by adhering and drying a resin raw material liquid on a surface of a fiber original hand, and the fiber original hand is made of knitted knitting or the like. The knitted fabric is cut and sewn into a glove shape, and the thickness and knitting density of the knitted fabric that forms the upper part are thinner than the thickness and knitting density of the knitted fabric that forms the palm. It is made by reducing the thickness and increasing the knitting density, and is made by attaching a coating material such as natural rubber, synthetic rubber or synthetic resin to the surface of the fiber hand, and adheres to the surface of the knitted fabric constituting the upper part. The gist of the invention is that the thickness of the coated film is made thinner than the thickness of the coated film attached to the surface of the knitted fabric constituting the palm portion.
[0006]
With this configuration, the palm side can be made thick enough to withstand intense work, and the back side is made thin so that it can be bent easily when working with the fingers bent to the palm side. Therefore, it is possible to provide a work glove that is easy to use and does not get tired even if it is worked for a long time.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
First, the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 will be described. 1 is by sewing the periphery of two knitted fabrics 2 and 3 having different knitting density and thickness cut into a hand mold. It is a fiber hand made. Both the knitted fabrics 2 and 3 are made by knitting knitting using cotton yarn, yarn made of synthetic fiber, or a mixed yarn thereof. In the knitted fabric 2 constituting the upper part and the knitted fabric 3 constituting the palm part, the thickness of the thread used for the knitted fabric 2 constituting the upper part is made thinner than the knitted fabric 3 constituting the palm part. Thus, the thickness of the knitted fabric 2 is made thinner than that of the knitted fabric 3 and the knitting density is increased. The fiber hand 1 made by sewing the knitted fabrics 2, 3 around and turning them over is put on a hand mold, and a coating material such as natural rubber, synthetic rubber or synthetic resin is attached to the surface and dried. Thus, the coatings 4 and 5 are formed.
[0008]
Specifically, the yarn of the knitted fabric 2 constituting the upper part is 100% cotton, the thickness of the yarn is cotton count 60, the knitting density is horizontal 45 / inch, vertical 40 / inch, and the palm part is The yarn of the knitted fabric 3 to be formed is also 100% cotton, the yarn thickness is cotton count 20, the knitting density is horizontal 32 / inch and vertical 30 / inch. Further, the thickness of the coating 4 attached to the surface of the knitted fabric 2 constituting the upper portion is set to 155 μm, and the thickness of the coating 5 attached to the surface of the knitted fabric 3 constituting the palm portion is set to 186 μm. The thickness of the coating 4 adhered to the surface of the knitted fabric 2 constituting the knitted fabric is made thinner than the thickness of the coating 5 adhered to the surface of the knitted fabric 3 constituting the palm portion.
[0009]
By making the knitting density of the knitted fabric 2 constituting the upper part larger than the knitting density of the knitted fabric 3 constituting the palm as described above, that is, by making the stitches small and dense, When covering a hand mold and dipping in the coating material solution and pulling it up to dry the coating material on the surface of the knitted fabrics 2 and 3 to form a coating, or the coating material solution is applied to the knitted fabrics 2 and 3 When the film is formed by pouring and then dripping excess coating material liquid and then drying to form a film, the surface with thin threads, small stitches and high knitting density is almost flat and uneven. The coating material liquid is less likely to enter the knitting fabric 2 with respect to the small knitted fabric 2, the amount of the coating material solution attached to the surface of the knitted fabric 2 is reduced, and the thickness of the coating 4 is reduced. On the other hand, the surface of the knitted fabric 3 having a larger knitting density and smaller knitting density than that of the knitted fabric 2 is rough and uneven, and a coating material liquid is applied to the surface of the knitted fabric 3. The coating material liquid adheres to the surface of the knitted fabric 3 more than the knitted fabric 2 and the thickness of the coating 5 increases.
[0010]
As described above, in the working gloves in the present embodiment, the thickness of the portion constituting the palm portion is increased so as to have a strength that can withstand the work, and the thickness of the portion constituting the upper portion does not hinder movement. Thus, it is characterized by a thin point.
[0011]
Next, the second embodiment shown in FIGS. 5 to 7 will be described. In the first embodiment, the fiber knitting 1 is cut into a hand mold, and two knitting densities and thicknesses are different. In the second embodiment, the knitted fabric 2 constituting the upper portion includes four finger cover portions excluding the thumb cover portion. The thumb covering portion 6 is entirely formed of a knitted fabric having the same thickness as the knitted fabric 3 constituting the palm portion. The textile hand 1 of the second embodiment is also turned over after sewing as in the first embodiment. The procedure for forming the coatings 4 and 5 on the surface of the textile hand 1 is as follows. Is the same as in the first embodiment, and the coating material liquid enters the knitting fabric 2 on the knitted fabric 2 in which a thin yarn is used, the stitch is small and the knitting density is large, and the surface is almost flat. The amount of the coating material liquid attached to the surface of the knitted fabric 2 is reduced, and the thickness of the coating 4 is reduced. On the other hand, a thicker yarn than the knitted fabric 2 is used, the stitches are large, the amount of the coating material liquid adhering to the surface of the knitted fabric 3 having a smaller knitting density than the knitted fabric 2 is larger than that of the knitted fabric 2, The thickness of 5 becomes thicker.
[0012]
Although the two embodiments have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and the thickness and knitting density of the yarn to be used may be changed as appropriate according to the type of gloves. Can do. The thicknesses of the coatings 4 and 5 can be changed as appropriate depending on the viscosity of the coating material solution and the resin concentration.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the work glove of the present invention can be thickened to have a strength capable of withstanding intense work on the palm side, and when working with the fingers bent on the palm side on the back side. Therefore, it is possible to provide a work glove that can be made thin so as to be easily bent, is easy to use, and does not get tired even after working for a long time.
