BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a flue gas desulfurization apparatus that removes sulfurous acid gas in exhaust gas as gypsum, and more particularly to a flue gas desulfurization apparatus in which the performance of the gypsum separator is improved.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a kind of flue gas desulfurization equipment for removing harmful components such as sulfurous acid gas from exhaust gas from boilers, various heating furnaces or incinerators, mainly sulfurous acid gas (SO 2 ) contained in the exhaust gas A wide range of wet-type flue gas desulfurization devices that remove sulfur oxides as gypsum by bringing them into contact with an absorbing solution composed of an aqueous solution in which limestone (CaCO 3 ) is dissolved or suspended, and neutralizing it. It is used.
FIG. 2 shows a main part of a conventional wet flue gas desulfurization apparatus having a jet bubbling reaction tank.
In FIG. 2, reference numeral 1 in the drawing indicates a reaction tank in the flue gas desulfurization apparatus, and the inside of the reaction tank 1 is constituted by a disk-shaped or rectangular plate-shaped lower deck 2 and

In order to remove, for example, sulfurous acid gas contained in the exhaust gas of the boiler by the flue gas desulfurization apparatus having the above-described configuration, first, the exhaust gas is supplied from the inlet duct 5 to the inlet plenum 6 and the lower end jet of each
[0005]
In parallel with this, by oxidizing and neutralizing SO 2 , gypsum is generated in the absorbing liquid 4, which grows into crystals and becomes coarse particles to form gypsum slurry. And when this becomes a predetermined concentration, it is withdrawn from the bottom of the reaction tank 1 and sent to the gypsum separator 16 by the
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the conventional flue gas desulfurization apparatus, the gypsum separator 16 is mainly composed of a centrifuge that separates gypsum slurry by solid-liquid separation by centrifugal force by high-speed rotation.
However, the flue gas desulfurization apparatus using the above centrifugal separator as the gypsum separator 16 has a problem that the centrifugal separator is expensive.
Further, in the above flue gas desulfurization apparatus, if it is attempted to reduce the amount of waste water generated in the system related to the flue gas desulfurization apparatus including the power generation facility provided with the flue gas desulfurization apparatus, the chlorine concentration in the reaction tank increases. Since the chlorine concentration in the gypsum as a product also rises, it is necessary to wash the gypsum in the gypsum separator to lower the chlorine concentration in the gypsum, but the gypsum separator 16 using such a centrifuge is used. In that case, there was also a problem that the above-mentioned gypsum could not be washed.
[0007]
Therefore, it has been conventionally proposed to use a belt-type vacuum dehydrator as shown in FIG. 3 instead of the centrifugal separator as the gypsum separator 16.
This belt-

In addition, in the above flue gas desulfurization apparatus, in recent years, the treatment cost for detoxifying the wastewater sludge separated and generated in the general wastewater treatment in the power generation facility etc. provided with the flue gas desulfurization apparatus has increased, and Because it has become difficult to dispose of this kind of sludge in some locations due to the strengthening of environmental standards, wastewater containing dust and trace components is neutralized in a neutralization tank and concentrated in a concentrator. The slurry is mixed with the gypsum slurry and dehydrated by the belt-
[0010]
The present invention has been made to effectively solve the problems of the above-described conventional flue gas desulfurization apparatus, and in a gypsum separator, filtration is performed over a long period of time without increasing the filter cloth washing water of the belt-type vacuum separator. An object of the present invention is to provide a flue gas desulfurization apparatus capable of maintaining the performance and thus capable of continuously and smoothly treating the gypsum slurry.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The flue gas desulfurization apparatus according to the first aspect of the present invention brings exhaust gas into contact with an absorption liquid containing a circulating Ca component and introduces air into the absorption liquid to generate sulfurous acid gas from the exhaust gas. In the flue gas desulfurization apparatus which removes the gypsum slurry generated as a gypsum slurry, extracts the solid gypsum slurry and recovers it as gypsum by solid-liquid separation in the gypsum separator, the gypsum separator has a breathable belt stretched between drums On the top, an endless filter cloth is supported so as to be able to run freely, and the gypsum slurry supplied from the supply tank on the filter cloth is sucked from a dehydration chamber provided below the belt and held at a negative pressure. A belt-type vacuum dehydrator that separates into filtrate and gypsum and a belt-type vacuum dehydrator disposed below the drum of the belt-type vacuum dehydrator, in which cleaning water is stored, and the lower portion of the filter cloth is placed in the cleaning water. Soaked Those characterized with purified water retention tank, that is disposed at least on the outlet side of the inlet side and the outlet side of the wash water retention tank of the filter cloth comprising a cleaning spray for cleaning the surfaces of the filter cloth It is.
[0012]
The invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that the cleaning spray is provided on the outlet side of the cleaning water retention tank.
The present invention as described in
[0013]
In the flue gas desulfurization apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4 , at least gypsum slurry is supplied from the supply tank onto the filter cloth while moving the filter cloth supported on the belt by rotationally driving the drum. By supplying and removing moisture in the cake on the filter cloth by sucking from below the belt having air permeability, gypsum dehydrated to a desired moisture content is separated and collected from the filter cloth. Then, the filter cloth after the gypsum is collected travels further and is guided into a washing water retention tank disposed below the belt-type vacuum dehydrator, and the traveling water in the washing water retention tank is accompanied with the traveling. The fine particles adhering to the surface are shaken off by the washing water, and the surface is moistened to prevent clogging.
Therefore, according to this flue gas desulfurization apparatus, since a belt-type vacuum dehydrator is first used as a gypsum separator, the equipment cost can be greatly reduced compared to the case of using a centrifugal separator, In parallel with the treatment, the supplied gypsum slurry can be washed. In addition, a washing water retention tank in which the lower part of the filter cloth is immersed is provided below the belt-type vacuum dehydrator, and until the gypsum is collected and travels to the supply side of the gypsum slurry, etc. Since the filter cloth is run in the washing water to prevent drying and accumulation of deposits that may cause clogging, the filter cloth meshes for a long time without increasing the amount of water from the cake washing spray. Clogging can be prevented and desired filtration performance can be maintained, and thus a smooth solid-liquid separation process of the generated gypsum slurry can be performed.
[0014]
At this time , a cleaning spray for cleaning both surfaces of the filter cloth is disposed at least on the outlet side and the outlet side of the cleaning water retention tank of the filter cloth. And / or the adhering matter such as solid matter attached to both sides of the filter cloth can be washed later, and the filter cloth can be further prevented from being clogged. Here, when the cleaning spray is not disposed on both the inlet side and the outlet side of the cleaning water retention tank, the cleaning spray is arranged on the outlet side of the cleaning water retention tank as in the invention described in claim 2. If it is provided, drying between the washing water retention tank and the gypsum slurry supply unit can be more effectively prevented, and it has been transported on the filter cloth in the washing water retention tank. Since deposits such as solids can be washed at the outlet, it is more preferable.
[0015]
Furthermore, in the invention according to
Therefore, the invention according to any one of claims 1 to 3 is the same as the invention according to claim 4 , particularly when the waste slurry containing a large amount of fine particles is mixed with the gypsum slurry and processed. It is possible to effectively prevent clogging of the filter cloth due to the above, and therefore, there is a remarkable effect that a continuous continuous operation of gypsum slurry and drainage slurry can be performed over a long period of time.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the flue gas desulfurization apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4, a belt-type vacuum dehydrator is used as the gypsum separator, and the lower part of the filter cloth is immersed below the gypsum separator. Since the washing water retention tank is provided, it is possible to prevent the filter cloth from being dried up to the supply side of the gypsum slurry. Since clogging can be prevented and desired filtration performance can be maintained, a smooth solid-liquid separation process such as gypsum slurry generated with desulfurization of exhaust gas can be performed.
[0025]
In particular, according to the invention described in claim 1 or 2, the cleaning of deposits of solids or the like attached to both sides of the filter cloth before and after the wash water retention tank can be performed, further according to
Therefore, in the invention according to any one of the first to third aspects, particularly when the waste slurry containing a large amount of fine particles is mixed with the gypsum slurry and treated, as in the invention according to the fourth aspect , The resulting filter cloth can be effectively prevented from being clogged, and therefore, a remarkable effect can be obtained that a good continuous treatment operation of gypsum slurry and drainage slurry can be performed over a long period of time.
