BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a system having a relay function for radio equipment for radio telephones of a specific low power radio station, for example, and more particularly to a radio communication system capable of reliably providing call settings.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Radio equipment for radio telephones of specified low-power radio stations is defined as follows according to the Radio Law and related ministerial ordinances and notifications.
[0003]
Regarding the function for restricting the accumulated communication time, “the communication time is automatically limited to 3 minutes and no further communication is made unless 2 seconds have passed after the end of the communication” (Posted by the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications in 1989) 49) and the carrier sense, “When receiving radio waves from other radio stations exceeding the following values, the same frequency as the radio waves emitted by the radio stations (duplex mode and half duplex) In the case of the system, it is said that “the radio wave of the transmission frequency corresponding to the reception frequency) is not emitted” (Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications No. 49 in 1989). In addition, it is allowed to emit radio waves for setting the communication path before entering a call.
[0004]
The half-duplex communication method is a communication method that is a simplex method at one end of a communication path and a duplex method at the other end. A system having a repeater also falls under the half-duplex system.
[0005]
In the case of a system in which a repeater is present, the radio wave from the slave unit is converted to a different frequency and transmitted by the repeater. For example, when the

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been proposed to solve the problems of the conventional wireless communication system, and the object of the present invention is to perform transmission even when a communication path is already set between the slave units. The radio communication system according to the present invention is such that the transmission operation of the slave unit is improved, and the reception operation of the relay unit and the slave unit is operated in the same manner as before without any change. Hereinafter, the operation of the radio communication system according to the present invention will be described with reference to the flowchart of FIG. 1 showing the operation of the

[0035]
In the case of (1), (2) and (3) above, each slave unit is monitored whether or not it has received the radio wave of frequency F2 from the repeater in step S5 and step S23, and cannot be received. In some cases, means for emitting a warning sound instructing that relaying is not being performed can be provided. As a result, even when the slave unit is moving, it is possible to know whether the relay unit is within the callable area or has gone outside.
[0036]
In the above description, one repeater is provided. However, a plurality of repeaters may be provided if necessary.
[0037]
【The invention's effect】
In general, a half-duplex relay system operates only one of the transmitting unit and receiving unit of the slave unit, so that the circuit is simple, the cost of the slave unit is low, and the power capacity is small. However, since the receiving operation cannot be performed during transmission, there is a drawback that it is unclear whether the transmitted call is being relayed.
[0038]
In contrast, as described above, according to the present invention, a procedure for setting a speech path is performed every time transmission of each slave unit is started. Even if the third handset enters the callable area of the repeater during the specified period, the third handset starts a call until the call integration time of the third handset elapses. There is an extraordinary effect of being able to make a call. In addition, even when the slave unit moves, the present invention monitors whether there is no response from the repeater at the start of transmission, thereby determining whether the slave unit is within the callable area of the repeater. There is also an effect that the user can be notified.
