【産業上の利用分野】
本発明は加熱調理器のグリルに関し、詳しくは、グリル扉を回動して開口できる加熱調理器のグリルに関する。

【従来の技術】
一般に、加熱調理器であるテーブルコンロにおいては、魚等を焼くグリルを設けている（図６および図７）。
従来より、このグリルを引出す際には、グリル取手２３を指先でつかんでグリル庫１内のグリル皿を引き出し、このグリル皿内の焼網上に載せられていた被調理物を取り出そうとするときに、指先や手首がそのグリル取手２３上の熱くなったグリル扉に触れて火傷したり、あるいは、扉が邪魔になって調理物が取り出しにくいという問題があった。
そこで、例えば、実開昭５６−２３３１１号公報に示されるように、グリル皿の下に引出し自在なグリル受けを重ね、グリル皿の引出しストロークに加えてグリル受けの引出しストロークをプラスし、結果的にグリル皿の引出し長さを大きくするグリルが提案されている（グリル２段引出し型）。
また更に、実開平６−４１６２６号公報に示されるように、グリル扉をグリル取手２３とは別体として、グリル庫１の開口部に回動自在に備え付けたグリル扉回動型のものが提案されている（グリル扉回動型）。
このグリル扉回動型のものは、グリル取手２３を指先でつかんでグリル皿をグリル庫１より出し入れするに伴い、グリル扉がグリル庫開口部の上方向に回動して開くため被調理物をグリル皿の上に載置された焼網の上で返す等の操作がし易く、またこの時、不用意に火傷をする機会が少ないという利点がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、グリル２段引出し型、およびグリル扉回動型のいずれにおいても、それ以前のグリルに比べて被調理物が取り出し易いものの、グリル２段引出し型はグリル扉が邪魔になり、グリル扉回動型ではグリル皿の奥の魚を返すには斜めから覗き込む必要があって、要望を完全に満たすものではなかった。
また、グリル扉回動型におけるグリルの掃除について、引き出して取り外すことのできるグリル皿は掃除が容易であるが、グリル庫内に飛散した魚の油等を拭き取るためには、グリル庫内の奥まで手を入れて掃除をしなければならず、グリル庫内が見にくく掃除がし難いという問題があった。
本発明の加熱調理器のグリルは上記課題を解決し、被調理物の出し入れ及び被調理物を返すことを容易とし、グリル庫内の掃除を容易とすることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決する本発明の請求項１記載の加熱調理器のグリルは、
グリル庫の前面開口に軸支され上下方向に回動して片開き状に開閉するグリル扉と、
グリル庫内をスライドして着脱可能なグリル皿と、
先端が上記グリル扉の支軸と異なる位置の枢支部に枢支され、基端は上記枢支部からグリル庫の側面に沿ってグリルの奥方向に延設されて上記グリル皿に係脱可能に関連させた連結部材と、
上記グリル皿の引き出し方向で、かつ、上記グリル扉を開ける方向となるように上記連結部材へ付勢するバネと、
上記グリル皿を載置して上記グリル皿をスライドさせると共に、上記グリル庫上をスライドし、上記グリル庫から着脱可能に設けられるグリル受けと、
上記グリル庫と上記グリル受け間、上記グリル受けと上記グリル皿間のスライドの始端および終端位置でそれぞれ係止する係止部とを設け、
上記各間のスライドによって、上記グリル皿を二段階に引き出す二段階引出し式の加熱調理器のグリルにおいて、
上記バネ力は、上記グリル受けがスライドの始端または終端位置にあるか否かにかかわらず、上記グリル扉が全開位置に達するまで、上記グリル皿を引き出し方向へ付勢し、かつ、
上記連結部材は、上記各間のスライドの内、一方のスライド完了までに、上記グリル扉を全開にする関係に設けられることを要旨とする。

また、本発明の請求項２記載の加熱調理器のグリルは、請求項１記載の加熱調理器のグリルにおいて、
上記グリル受けの底面から後方壁面に延びる伝達逃し孔と、
上記連結部材には、上記伝達逃し孔に挿通し、上記グリル皿の後壁面に当接する当接部を設けることによって、
上記バネ力は、上記グリル受けがスライドの始端または終端位置にあるか否かにかかわらず、上記グリル扉が全開位置に達するまで、上記グリル皿を引き出し方向へ付勢することを要旨とする。

上記構成を有する本発明の請求項１記載の加熱調理器のグリルは、
グリル受けは、グリル皿を載置してグリル皿をスライドさせると共に、グリル庫上をスライドし、グリル庫からの着脱を可能とする。
また、グリル受けがスライドの始端または終端位置にあるか否かにかかわらず、グリル扉が全開位置に達するまで、バネ力がグリル皿を引き出し方向へ付勢する。
また、連結部材は、各間のスライドの内、一方のスライド完了までに、グリル扉を全開にする。
従って、グリル受けがスライドの始端位置に係止されたままグリル受けからグリル皿が引き出された場合、またはグリル皿とグリル受けとが係止されて、グリル受けと一体的にグリル皿が引き出された場合のいずれであっても、バネ力がグリル皿を引き出し方向へ付勢しているので、弱い力でグリル皿を引き出すことができる。
また、グリル庫とグリル受け間、または、グリル受けとグリル皿間のいずれか一方のスライドだけでグリル扉が全開になるので、グリル扉が邪魔にならず、被調理物の返しや、被調理物の出し入れが容易となる。
更に、グリル受けは、グリル庫から引き出すことができると共に、グリル庫からの脱着ができるので、飛散した魚の油等が付着するグリル内の掃除が容易である。

また、上記構成を有する本発明の請求項２記載の加熱調理器のグリルは、
連結部材の当接部が、グリル受けの底面から後方壁面に延びる伝達逃し孔に挿通してグリル皿の後壁面に当接する。
つまり、バネ力は、連結部材を介して、グリル扉を開ける方向へ働くと共に、連結部材の当接部がグリル受けの伝達逃し孔から臨んでグリル皿を引き出し方向へ移動するように働く。
従って、グリル皿を引き出すと、グリル受けとグリル庫間の係止部が外れてバネ力がグリル皿の引き出し力を助ける。
またこの際に、グリル受けとグリル庫間の係止にかかわらず、グリル皿とグリル受け間の係止部が外れた場合にも、バネ力がグリル皿の引き出し力を助ける。
すなわち、グリル皿を引き出す際にいずれの係止部が外れた場合にも、グリル皿を軽い力で引き出すことができる。

【発明の実施形態】
以上、説明した本発明の構成・作用を一層明らかにするために、以下本発明の加熱調理器のグリルの好適な実施例について説明する。
図６は、テーブルコンロの平面図および図７は、テーブルコンロの正面図である。
テーブルコンロは、トッププレート３１面に２組のバーナ３２ａ、３２ｂが設けられ、それらの周囲に設けられたごとく３３上に調理鍋（図示せず）を載せ、テーブルコンロの前面に設けられるバーナ点火用の操作ボタン３０ａまたは３０ｂを押すことによりそれぞれのバーナ３２ａまたは３２ｂが点火され、ごとく３３上の調理鍋が加熱されるものである。

このバーナ３２ａ、３２ｂ間に、魚等を焼くための調理用グリル３４が設けられる。
調理用グリル３４は、図１〜図５に示すように、奥行きをもったグリル庫１の開口部をこのテーブルコンロの前面中央部に設ける。
このグリル庫１内には、グリル受け１５が進退可能に装着され、更に、このグリル受け１５の内側には、グリル皿２２が進退可能に装着される。
また、このグリル皿２２には、被調理物（図略）を載せる焼網２１が脱着可能に設けられ、このグリル皿２２の前壁面には、グリル皿２２を出し入れするときの取手であるグリル取手２３が設けられる。
そして、グリル取手２３をつかんでグリル庫１より引き出し、あるいは押し込むことにより、グリル皿２２とグリル受け１５とがグリル庫１に出し入れできるように設けている。

グリル庫１内の両内壁面には、グリルバーナ５が設けられ、テーブルコンロの前面に設けられる点火用の操作ボタン３０ｃ（図７）を押すことにより、グリル庫１の側面に設けられるそれぞれのグリルバーナ５ａ、５ｂ、５ｃおよび５ｄ（図５）が点火され、グリル皿２２の焼網２１上に載せられている被調理物がその燃焼熱により、表裏同時に加熱調理されるものである。

尚、グリルバーナ５の燃焼ガス及び被調理物の加熱に伴い発生する煙はグリル庫１内に設けられる排ガス路を介して前記トッププレート３１面の後方部に設けられる排気口３により排出されるようになっている。

一方、このグリル庫１の開口部に設けられるグリル扉１９は耐熱ガラス張りのもので製作され、そのグリル扉１９の左右両側縁には金属板製の耳片１８ａが延設されると共に、この耳片１８ａには掛止溝１８ｂが切欠き形成され、他方、グリル１庫を収納する内壁面には掛止ピン１８ｃが突設され、この掛止ピン１８ｃにそれぞれ掛止溝１８ｂを掛止めすることにより、グリル扉１９は、グリル前部の開口部に回動自在に軸支され、かつ着脱可能に取り付けられる。
また、グリル扉１９の左右の耳片１８ａには、グリル皿２２の出し入れと連動する連結レバー３５を可動自在に連結するピン２０が左右に設けられる。
従って、グリル扉１９は、グリル皿２２をグリル庫１から出し入れする際に、呼応して動く連結レバー３５の動きによって回動されるようになっている。

グリル受け１５は、グリル庫１の左右両壁面に設けられるコの字形のガイドレール４０ａ（図４）上にその曲げ部４０が受止されて進退自在に装着される。
そして、グリル庫１の奥側の左右両壁面には、そのグリル受け１５の進退方向に延びる長溝孔８が設けられる。
また、左右の連結レバー３５の端部には鍔部をもったローラー４ａ、４ｂがこの長溝孔８内の前後に遊挿され、ローラー４ａ、４ｂは、この長溝孔８内を回転して進退動自在に移動できるように設けられる。
そして、ローラー４ａ、４ｂの各々の回転中心の軸７がグリル庫１内を横切り、グリル庫１の両外側に設けた左右の連結レバー３５に連結されている。
この軸７は、グリル受け１５が収納されるとグリル受け１５の下側になるように設けられる。
一方、グリル受け１５には、底面中間位置から後方壁面に向けて平行に延びる２つの長孔３９が設けられる。
また、グリル庫１を挿通する軸７の中央付近には直立する２つの当接部７ａ、７ｂが設けられ、この当接部７ａ、７ｂはグリル受け１５の長孔３９に挿通して、グリル皿２２の奥行壁外面に当接する。
また、連結レバー３５の両外側には、バネ力を受けて連結レバー３５に伝えるバネ取付３６が設けられ、一端をグリル庫１の前側外部に設けたバネ掛部１２に止着した引っ張りバネ１０の他端がバネ取付３６に係止される。
従って、軸７は、常時、グリル皿２２を前進方向へ押出付勢している。

また、図３に示すように、グリル受け１５の開口部寄りの底面には、グリル皿２２の底面に設けるグリル皿段部１６に当接してそのグリル皿２２の前進動（引出し方向）を規制するグリル皿手前係止部１７が設けられ、グリル皿２２はグリル受け１５から最大引出した状態でこのグリル皿手前係止部１７に係止される。
このグリル皿２２をグリル受け１５から取り外す場合には、グリル取手２３をつかんで上に持ち上げ、グリル皿段部１６をグリル皿手前係止部１７から外して取り外す。

また、グリル受け１５の奥寄りの底面にはグリル皿２２の底面のグリル皿段部１６に当接されてそのグリル皿２２の前進動を規制する弾発性あるグリル板バネ１１（図２）が、一端をその外底面に止着された状態で底面の切欠穴より出没可能に設けられており、グリル皿２２をグリル受け１５に収納させた状態では、グリル皿２２のグリル皿段部１６がグリル板バネ１１に係止されて、グリル皿２２が不用意にグリル受け１５より飛び出すことがないように設けられている。

また、グリル受け１５の奥行側底面には、底面の下部に切り起こして形成するグリル受け底凸部１４を設ける。
一方、グリル庫１の開口部寄りの底面には、そのグリル受け１５のグリル受け底凸部１４に係止し、グリル受け１５の前進動を規制するグリル受けストッパー１３が設けられ、グリル受け１５はグリル庫１から最大引出した状態でこのグリル受けストッパー１３に係止される。

また、グリル受け１５の奥壁外面には、グリル受け１５をグリル庫１内に収納した時に、グリル庫１の奥壁内面に設けられる板ばねガイド２と係止し、グリル受け１５の前進動を規制する弾発性ある係止板ばね９が設けられる（図１）。
グリル受け１５はグリル庫１の前面開口部より飛び出さないように、グリル受け１５がグリル庫１内に収納された状態では、係止板ばね９が板ばねガイド２に圧接して係止されている。

引っ張りバネ１０は、常時、グリル皿２２を前進方向へ押出付勢しているが、グリル皿２２およびグリル受け１５がグリル庫１の開口部より飛び出すことがないように、グリル皿２２はグリル受け１５と係止し、また、グリル受け１５はグリル庫１と係止し、係止している限り引っ張りバネ１０の付勢力に打ち勝つように設けられる。

グリル取手２３を指先ではさんでグリル皿２２をグリル庫１より引出すときには、グリル皿２２のグリル皿段部１６とグリル受け１５のグリル板バネ１１とが係止したまま、グリル受け１５の係止板ばね９がグリル庫１の板ばねガイド２より外れ、グリル皿２２がグリル受け１５に収納された状態で、グリル受け１５のグリル受け底凸部１４がグリル庫１のグリル受けストッパー１３に当接する位置まで一体的に引出される（図２）。
この引出しの際には、グリル皿２２の奥行壁外面に当接する軸７の当接部７ａ、７ｂが連結レバー３５への引っ張りバネ１０の付勢力によって長溝孔８内を前進し、グリル皿２２を前進方向へ押し出すので、引き出す力はより小さくて済む。
そして、そのとき連結レバー３５も同時に前進動することによりグリル扉１９は、その連結レバー３５の先端に設けられるピン２０の動きに呼応して固定される掛止ピン１８ｃを支点として図２に示される矢示Ａ方向に回動し、グリル庫１の開口部が開けられる。

更に、グリル取手２３を引出すと、そのグリル皿２２は、係止しているグリル皿２２のグリル皿段部１６がグリル受け１５のグリル板バネ１１を外れ、グリル皿段部１６がグリル受け１５のグリル皿手前係止部１７に当接する位置まで引出される（図３）。

従って、グリル皿２２は、グリル庫１より２段階に引出され、図３に示すように、グリル皿２２の焼網２１上の被調理物は、グリル庫１から完全に引き出される。
しかも、グリル受け１５のスライド途中で、グリル扉１９は全開し、自動的にグリルの前部開口部の上方に収納される。
そして、更にグリル皿２２が引き出されるときには、グリル扉１９はそのまま全開状態を保つ。
従って、１段引いただけでグリル扉１９が全開となるので、調理作業（被調理物の返し、および取り出し）が容易となる。

一方、今度は逆に、グリル取手２３を押込むと、まず、グリル皿２２のみが後方に押込まれ、グリル皿段部１６がグリル受け１５のグリル板バネ１１に係止し、グリル皿２２とグリル受け１５とが一体となる（図２）。この時点で、軸７の当接部７ａ、７ｂがグリル皿２２の背面に当接する。
更に、グリル取手２３を押込むと、グリル皿２２とグリル受け１５とが一緒に押込まれる（図１）。
グリル皿２２が、グリル受け１５と一緒にグリル庫１内へ送入されていくにつれて、そのグリル皿２２の背面に当接される軸７の当接部７ａ、７ｂを介して、連結レバー３５が引っ張りバネ１０の付勢力に抗して後退させられる。
そのために、グリル扉１９は掛止ピン１８ｃを支点として、今度は図２に示した矢示Ｂ方向（矢示Ａ方向とは逆方向）に回動し、グリル皿２２がグリル庫１内に納められると同時にグリル扉１９はグリル庫１の開口部を閉じる。
そして、グリル扉１９が完全に閉じる位置で、グリル受け１５後部の係止板ばね９はグリル庫１の板ばねガイド２に係止され、グリル扉１９は閉じた状態を保持する。

以上のことから、グリルの引出しを２段引出し式としたので、グリル皿２２の引出しストロークが大きくなり、グリル庫１からグリル皿２２全体を引出すことができる。
従って、被調理物の出し入れおよび被調理物の返しが容易になる。
また、グリル皿２２の奥の魚を返すときに、暗い庫内を斜めから覗き込む必要がなく、グリル皿２２を引出して、明るいグリルの外で焼き加減を充分に確認することができる。
更に、焼網２１およびグリル皿２２と共に、グリル受け１５を取り外して掃除することができるために、飛散した魚の油等が付着するグリル内の掃除が容易になる。
また、２段にグリル皿２２を引き出し、１段の引き出しで用が足りる場合には、従来どおりに１段の引き出しで係止するので、用途に応じた引き出しストロークで調理することができ、使い勝手が良くなる。
しかも、グリル扉１９は、グリル皿２２の取り出しに連動する回動式であり、１段の引き出し途中でグリル扉１９が全開となって自動的に邪魔にならない位置へ回動する。
従って、グリル扉１９で不注意な火傷をすることもなく、被調理物の出し入れおよび被調理物を返す際に、グリル扉１９が邪魔になることもない。

以上、本発明の実施例について説明したが、本発明はこうした実施例に何等限定されるものではなく、本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲において、種々なる態様で実施し得ることは勿論である。
例えば、本実施例では、グリル取手２３をつかんでグリル皿２２を引出す際に、まず、グリル皿２２とグリル受け１５とが一緒になってグリル庫１からスライドして引出され、次いで、グリル皿２２がグリル受け１５からスライドして引出される構成として説明したが、最初にグリル皿２２がグリル受け１５からスライドして引出され、次いで、グリル受け１５がグリル庫１からスライドして引出される構成としても良い。
同様に、グリル皿２２を押込む場合にも、まず、グリル庫１へグリル受け１５を収納し、その後、グリル受け１５へグリル皿２２が収納される構成としても良い。
また、本実施例では、焼網２１の上下段にグリルバーナ５ａ、５ｂ、５ｃ、５ｄを設けて（図５）、被調理物を裏返す必要のない両面焼用のグリルバーナの構成として説明したが、被調理物を裏返す必要のある上段のみの片面焼用のグリルバーナを設ける構成であっても良い。あるいは、他のバーナであっても良い。

【発明の効果】
以上詳述したように、本発明の加熱調理器のグリルによれば、グリル皿を一段階引出しただけでグリル扉が全開となるので、被調理物の出し入れおよび被調理物の返しが容易であり、グリル内の掃除が容易である。
また、グリル皿を軽い力で引き出すことができるので、更に使い勝手が向上するという優れた効果を奏する。
また、請求項２記載の加熱調理器のグリルによれば、請求項１による効果に加え、グリル皿を軽い力で引き出すことを簡単な構造で、かつ安価に達成することができる。
