Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an X-ray container inspection ship suitable for inspecting various articles loaded and transferred in a container while being mounted on the container.
[0002]
[Related background]
In the case of importing and exporting various kinds of goods, a so-called package (package) in which goods are packed is usually loaded into a container, and this container is used as one transport unit. The inspection of the contents (articles) of the packaged goods (packages) is performed by seeing through the inside using, for example, an X-ray inspection apparatus. Specifically, the inspection is performed by passing the packaged items one by one through the X-ray inspection apparatus and seeing through the inside thereof, and confirming whether or not anything other than the article to be imported / exported is packed.
[0003]
Incidentally, an X-ray inspection apparatus for performing such an inspection includes, for example, a conveyor mechanism that places and transports a package, an X-ray generator that is provided in the transport path and irradiates the package with X-rays, An X-ray detector is provided so as to face the X-ray generator and detects X-rays transmitted through the package (for example, see Patent Document 1). An X-ray inspection vehicle is also proposed in which this type of X-ray inspection apparatus is mounted on a vehicle and the inspection is conducted by going to a desired place (see, for example, Patent Document 2).
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-9-127021 [Patent Document 2]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-12756
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, it takes a lot of labor and time to take out the package loaded in the container and transported by ship from the container and perform X-ray inspection one by one. In addition, it is undeniable that it takes a lot of trouble to load the package after the inspection into the container again and use it for land transportation by truck or the like.
[0006]
Therefore, it is conceivable to provide a large X-ray inspection facility for inspecting the container as it is through X-ray fluoroscopy at a port where a transport ship (cargo ship) enters and exits. However, a large facility cost is required to provide such an X-ray inspection facility at each port where a transport ship (cargo ship) enters and exits. Moreover, when the number of containers handled is small, there arises a problem that the corner X-ray inspection facility cannot be used effectively.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in consideration of such circumstances, and the purpose of the present invention is to go to a port where a transport ship (cargo ship) enters and exits as necessary, and to load various articles loaded in containers and transferred. An object of the present invention is to provide an X-ray container inspection ship suitable for inspection while being mounted on a container.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The X-ray container inspection ship according to the present invention in order to achieve the above-described object is capable of going to a port where containers to be inspected are collected as required,
In particular, a vehicle equipped with a container can be entered, and an inspection room having an internal space of a size that allows the vehicle to be arranged in at least two columns ,
A conveyor mechanism for placing a vehicle that has entered the inspection room and conveying the vehicle along with the container in the front-rear direction at least over the length of the container;
X-rays are irradiated toward a container mounted on a vehicle that is provided at a substantially central portion in the longitudinal direction of the inspection room and is transported by the conveyor mechanism, and the container is moved over the entire length as the vehicle is transported. An X-ray generator for scanning;
An X-ray detector provided opposite to the X-ray generator to detect X-rays transmitted through the container and obtain a transmission image of the container;
And an X-ray shield provided so as to cover the entire inside of the examination room and preventing leakage of X-rays from the examination room.
[0009]
That is, the X-ray container inspection ship according to the present invention includes an inspection room in which a vehicle carrying a container can enter, and is mounted on the vehicle while transporting the vehicle in the inspection room in the front-rear direction by a conveyor mechanism. The container is irradiated with X-rays, and X-rays transmitted through the container are detected, so that X-ray inspection is performed while the container is mounted on a vehicle as it is.
[0010]
According to such an X-ray container inspection ship, the X-ray inspection can be performed while the container is mounted on the vehicle without taking out the package (package) loaded in the container from the container. Inspection efficiency can be made sufficiently high. In addition, the facility only needs to go to the port where the container is collected and inspect the package (luggage) loaded in the container. Compared to the fixed installation of the X-ray inspection facility at the port, the equipment Costs can be kept low enough, and the operating rate of the X-ray container inspection ship can be increased to make effective use thereof.
[0011]
