【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、理容室において顔剃り等に使用される替刃式剃刀の替刃及び替刃式剃刀のホルダに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
この種の替刃式剃刀の替刃(以下、替刃という)は、同替刃を挟着可能なホルダに挟着し、替刃式剃刀を構成する。そして、このような替刃式剃刀で顔剃りを行う場合には、替刃の刃体を皮膚表面に対して所定角度に立たせた状態で刃先を皮膚表面に接触させ、替刃を皮膚表面に沿って移動させている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、替刃式剃刀で顔剃りを行う場合には剃り残し、肌荒れが発生しない事はもちろん、剃り心地の良さも要求される。一般に、安全上、皮膚とホルダと替刃の皮膚表面に対する角度(対皮角度)を大きくして(ホルダを立てて)使用するため、剃り残し、肌荒れ、血吹きの心配もあり、対皮角度を小さくして剃ることが推奨されている。しかし、ホルダ重量と運行荷重が刃先の一点に集中するため、肌荒れ、血吹きが完全に防止できるわけではない。

本発明は、替刃式剃刀の替刃の皮膚に対する角度を安定することができ、剃り心地を良くし、剃り残し、肌荒れのない顔剃りをすることができる替刃式剃刀の替刃を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、請求項1に記載の発明は、替刃式剃刀の替刃において、刃体が保持部材にて保持されるとともに、前記保持部材の一端部から前記刃体の刃先が突出され、前記保持部材の刃先側端部は刃体を挟持し、同保持部材の刃先側端部近傍は刃体の両側面に対して離間し、同保持部材の中間部は刃体の両側面に対して前記刃先側端部近傍より近接し、同保持部材の背側端部近傍は刃体の両側面に対して前記中間部より離間し、前記保持部材における刃体の刃先側端部近傍が、反刃体側へ向け膨出した皮膚押圧部として構成されたことを要旨とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を具体化した第1実施形態を図面に従って説明する。
図1は替刃式剃刀を示す斜視図である。替刃式剃刀1はホルダ2と同ホルダ2に挟持された替刃3とを備えている。ホルダ2は替刃式剃刀のホルダに相当し、替刃3は替刃式剃刀の替刃に相当する。ホルダ2は柄部4と固定挟着部材5と可動挟着板6とを備えている。固定挟着部材5の先端部には固定挟着部7が形成されている。前記固定挟着部7に対向する位置には可動挟着板6が設けられており、両者6,7の協働により替刃3が挟着されている。

図2に示すように、固定挟着部7は、替刃3(図2においては図示しない)が位置決めされつつ載置される刃体挟着部11と、可動挟着板6の後記する支軸32,33が回動自在に支持される支持筒12,13と、バネ装着部14と、バネ装着部14に装着されている板バネ15とを備えている。図2,3に示すように、刃体挟着部11は、固定挟着部7における上下方向中央近傍から下側縁部にかけて形成されおり、その挟着側端部(下部)近傍には、基端側から先端側に延び、かつ湾曲状に突出する突出部11aが形成されている。そして、刃体挟着部11の挟着側端部近傍に突出部11aが形成されることにより、刃体挟着部11の背側端部(上部)は湾曲した凹部11bが形成されている。

前記刃体挟着部11の最上部には、上下方向への替刃3の移動を制限するための係止突条部16が形成されている。なお、固定挟着部7の基端方向(図2においては左側)への替刃3の移動は、可動挟着板6を係止する壁状部17によって制限されている。

そして、軸部37,38が支持筒12,13に挿嵌され、板バネ15の弾性力によって、両者12,37の軸が軸の径方向にずれるのに伴って、被係止部41が支持筒12に係止されている。前記固定挟着部7の反可動挟着板側側面である固定挟着部外側面7a、及び前記可動挟着板6の反固定挟着部側側面である可動挟着板外側面6aにおいて、背側端部近傍から挟着側端部に亘り外側に膨らんだ湾曲面が形成されており、その曲率半径は40mmに設定されている。なお、この曲率半径は30mm〜50mmの範囲において設定可能であるが、より望ましい範囲は35mm〜45mmであり、最も好適な範囲は39mm〜41mmである。

そして、支持筒12,13に挿嵌された軸部37,38を支点として、板バネ15の弾性力によって、可動挟着板6の上側縁部近傍と、固定挟着部7の上側縁部近傍との間が押し広げられる。この結果、替刃3の後述する凹曲部53aは刃体挟着部11の突出部11a及び刃体挟着部31の突出部31aに挟着されている。又、替刃3の後述する背側端部近傍は刃体挟着部11の凹部11b及び刃体挟着部31の凹部31bに係止されている。

図4,5(a),5(b)に示すように、替刃3は刃体52と同刃体52を挟持する保持部材としての背金53にて構成されている。

刃体52は全体が矩形状をなすステンレス製板からなり、図5(a),(b)において刃体52の下端部が刃先54となっている。前記刃体52の背金53に覆われた部分には2つの長孔55a,55bが同刃体52の長手方向において所定間隔を隔てて形成されている。また、前記長孔55a,55bが形成された位置に対応する背金53の両方の側部にはそれぞれ長孔55a,55bと同型状の長孔56a,56bが形成されている。

前記背金53の厚さは3mmに設定されている。これによって、刃体52の強度を大幅に向上させ、剃毛の際に発生する刃先54のビビリ(振動)を少なくできる。この背金53の厚さは、刃体52の厚みに応じて任意に変更することができる。図5(a),(b)に示すように、前記背金53の一方側において、長孔56a,56bの背側開口縁部から刃先側へ向け係止片57a,57bがそれぞれ突出形成されている。

前記凹曲部53aの曲率半径は8mmに設定されており、前記凸曲部53bの曲率半径は2mmに設定されている。なお、前記凹曲部53aの曲率半径は7mm〜10mmの範囲において設定可能であるが、より望ましい範囲は7.5mm〜9mmであり、最も好適な範囲は7.8mm〜8.2mmである。又、前記凸曲部53bの曲率半径は1.5mm〜5mmの範囲において設定可能であるが、より望ましい範囲は2mm〜3mmであり、最も好適な範囲は1.9mm〜2.1mmである。

前記凸曲部53bの外面には接触面積低減部としての凹状をなすディンプル58が長手方向へ向けジグザグ状をなして所定間隔毎に複数個形成されている。図6(a)はジグザグ状に形成されたディンプル58のうち背金53の背側寄りに形成されたディンプル58を示し、図6(b)は刃先側寄りに形成されたディンプル58を示している。前記ディンプル58は曲率半径が8.35mmに設定されており、その深さFは0.05mmに設定されている。又、ディンプル58の直径Hは0.8mmに設定されている。
