Claims (8)
- 基板と、
該基板上に形成されているクラッドと、
該クラッドの中に形成されていて光路となるコアと、
光路に沿って所定の間隔を空けて光路を分断するように形成されていて前記コアとは屈折率温度係数が異なる材料が充填されている複数の溝構造と、
光路に沿って形成されている該複数の溝構造の間の位置に形成されているヒータ電極と
を備えることを特徴とする光機能導波路。 - 基板と、
該基板上に形成されているクラッドと、
該クラッドの中に形成されていて光路となるコアと、
光路に沿って所定の間隔を空けて光路を分断するように形成されていて前記コアとは異なる屈折率の材料が充填されており形状がレンズ型である複数の溝構造と、
光路に沿って形成されている該複数の溝構造の間の位置に形成されているヒータ電極と
を備えることを特徴とする光機能導波路。 - 前記複数の溝構造の内の少なくとも1つの端面が光路に垂直な位置から傾いていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の光機能導波路。
- 請求項1記載の光機能導波路を備え光の振幅又は位相を変調することを特徴とする光変調器。
- スラブ導波路中に請求項2記載の光機能導波路を備えることを特徴とするアレイ導波路回折格子。
- 2つのアレイ導波路回折格子が縦列接続されている接続部近傍に請求項2記載の光機能導波路を備えることを特徴とする分散補償回路。
- スペクトル面近傍に配置されている導波路内のミラーと、
該ミラーの近傍に配置されている請求項2記載の光機能導波路と
を備えることを特徴とする分散補償回路。 - 基板と、
該基板上に形成されているクラッドと、
該クラッドの中に形成されていて光路となるコアと、
光路に沿って所定の間隔を空けて光路を分断するように形成されていて前記コアとは異なる屈折率の材料が充填されており形状がくさび型である複数の溝構造と、
光路に沿って形成されている該複数の溝構造の間の位置に形成されているヒータ電極と
を備えることを特徴とする光機能導波路。
