Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an operation device attached to an operation panel of an electronic device or the like, and in particular, an operation knob is coaxially attached to an attachment hole formed in the operation panel, so that there is no gap between the operation knob and the operation panel. The present invention relates to an operating device that prevents a uniform clearance from occurring.
[0002]
[Prior art]
5A and 5B show an operation panel of a conventional electronic device, in which FIG. 5A is a sectional view showing a separated state, FIG. 5B is a sectional view showing an assembled state, and FIG. It is a front view which shows a state.
Reference numeral 1 shown in FIG. 5 indicates an operation panel of an electronic device such as a radio, a television, a tape player, or a CD, MD, or DVD player. The operation panel 1 is made of, for example, a thermosetting resin. Reference numerals 1a and 1b denote mounting holes, and the distance between the centers is set to a predetermined interval dimension L by a mold when the operation panel 1 is formed.
On the back surface (Y2 side) of the operation panel 1, support columns 3, 3, a support member 4, a rotation operation component 6, a light guide member 8, and the like are provided.
[0003]
The support columns 3 and 3 are integrally projected from the back surface of the operation panel 1 in the Y2 direction with a predetermined distance L1. Further, step portions 3a and 3a having a convex section are formed at the tips of the columns 3 and 3, and screw holes 3b and 3b are respectively threaded on the end surfaces of the tips in the Y1 direction. In addition, the length (height) dimension of the step in the Y-axis direction of the step part 3 a is formed slightly shorter than the plate thickness dimension of the support member 4.
The support member 4 has mounting holes 4a and 4a having substantially the same inner diameter as the stepped portions 3a and 3a, and holding holes 4b and 4b for mounting the rotation operation component 6, respectively. A space L2 is set between the mounting holes 4a and 4a. The distance between the holding holes 4b and 4b is set to the same distance as the distance L between the mounting holes 1a and 1b. The spacing dimension L1 between the support columns 3 and 3 and the spacing dimension L2 between the mounting holes 4a and 4a are designed to be the same spacing dimension (L1 = L2).
[0004]
As shown in FIG. 5B, the mounting holes 4a and 4a of the support member 4 are inserted into the tips of the columns 3 and 3, respectively, so that the mounting holes 4a and 4a are formed in the step portions 3a and 3a of the columns 3 and 3, respectively. Can be fitted. In this state, the screws 5 and 5 are screwed into the screw holes 3b and 3b, so that the support member 4 is fixed to the tips of the columns 3 and 3.
A rotary resistor 6 such as a variable resistor or a variable capacitor or a variable coil is mounted on the support member 4. The rotation operation component 6 includes a main body 6a, a screw portion 6b, and an operation shaft 6c. A screw groove is threaded on the outer peripheral surface of the screw portion 6b, and a nut 7 can be screwed into the screw groove. In FIG. 5 (B), the screwing portion 6b of the rotation operation component 6 is inserted into the holding hole 4b of the support member 4, and the nut 7 is fastened to the screwing portion 6b so that the rotation operation component 6 is fixed.
[0005]
A light guide member 8 is interposed between the back surface of the operation panel 1 and the support member 4. The light guide member 8 is formed of a transparent resin such as acrylic, and the insertion holes 8a and 8a for inserting the operation shaft 6c of the rotary operation component 6 and the receiving portions 8b into which the operation knobs 2 and 2 are inserted, 8b, ring-shaped ribs 8c, 8c, and the like. As shown in FIG. 5B, the light guide members 8 and 8 are mounted on the back surface of the operation panel 1 with the ribs 8c and 8c fitted to the edges of the mounting holes 1a and 1b.
When the support member 4 on which the rotational operation components 6 and 6 are mounted is mounted on the support columns 3 and 3, the operation shafts 6c and 6c of the rotation operation components 6 and 6 are inserted into the insertion holes 8a and 8a, and the mounting hole 1a. , 1b (ribs 8c, 8c), the operation shafts 6c, 6c are exposed to the outside of the operation panel 1. By attaching the operation knobs 2 and 2 to the tips of the operation shafts 6c and 6c, the rotation operation parts 6 and 6 can be manually rotated and adjusted, for example, volume adjustment and sound quality adjustment such as treble and bass. become able to.
[0006]
When the operation knobs 2 and 2 are attached, the outer peripheral surfaces of the base ends of the operation knobs 2 and 2 face the inner peripheral surfaces of the ribs 8c and 8c. Then, when an illuminating member such as an LED or a lamp provided on the support member 4 emits light, the light transmitted through the light guide member 8 is emitted from the ribs 8c and 8c to the outside of the operation panel 1, and the operation is performed. The area around knobs 2 and 2 is brightly illuminated.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In this type of operation device, a plurality of mounting holes 1 a and 1 b are formed in the operation panel 1, and a plurality of rotary operation components 6 and 6 are fixed to a support member 4 fixed inside the operation panel 1. Therefore, the tolerance of the distance L between the mounting holes 1a and 1b of the operation panel 1, the attachment position tolerance of the support member 4 with respect to the operation panel 1, and the tolerance of the distance L between the holding holes 4b and 4b of the support member 4 are accumulated. The shaft core is likely to be displaced between the mounting holes 1a and 1b and the rotary shafts 6c and 6c of the rotary operation components 6 and 6 attached to the support member 4.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide a clearance between the mounting holes 1 a and 1 b of the operation panel 1 and the outer peripheral surface of the operation knob 2. However, if the clearance is not formed with a sufficient gap size, the operation knob 2 cannot be mounted on the operation panel 1 when the accumulated tolerance becomes large, or the outer peripheral portion of the operation knob 2 is the operation panel 1 or the like. In some cases, the rotational load increases.
[0008]
In the case where the clearance is formed at a location hidden on the back side of the operation knob 2, even when the clearance is extremely large, there is no sense of incongruity when the operation panel 1 is viewed from the front. . However, as shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, the rib 8c of the light guide member 8 is fitted into the mounting holes 1a and 1b of the operation panel 1, and the outer peripheral surface of the operation knob 2 faces the inside of the rib 8c. In the structure in which the clearance C is formed between the inner peripheral surface of the rib 8c and the outer peripheral surface of the operation knob 2, when the clearance is excessive, the operation knob 2 is viewed when the operation panel 1 is viewed from the front. The appearance of the outer peripheral portion of this will be impaired. Further, if the clearance C around each operation knob 2 is non-uniform, the outer periphery of the operation knob 2 cannot be uniformly illuminated by the ribs 8c, and the operation panel 1 is viewed from the front. I feel uncomfortable.
[0009]
Therefore, conventionally, as shown in FIG. 6, the support member 4 is positioned in the X direction with respect to the operation panel 1 by making one attachment hole 4 a of the support member 4 into a long hole 4 a ′ extending in the X-axis direction. The distance L between the mounting holes 1a and 1b of the operation panel 1 and the position adjustment of the rotary operation components 6 and 6 fixed to the support member 4 are possible.
However, in this structure, the relative position between the operation panel 1 and the support member 4 can be adjusted. However, the distance L between the mounting holes 1a and 1b and the rotary operation component 6 fixed to the support member 4 can be adjusted. It is difficult to ensure that the distance between the centers of the control knob 6 and the center 6 is uniform, and the clearance C between the outer peripheral surface of the operation knob 2 and the inner peripheral surface of the rib 8c of the light guide member 8 is set uniformly over the entire periphery. It is still difficult to do.
[0010]
The present invention is for solving the above-described conventional problems, and enables the relative position between the mounting portion formed on the operation panel and the rotary operation component fixed to the inside of the operation panel to be adjusted. On the other hand, an object of the present invention is to provide an operating device in which an operating knob can always be mounted with an optimal clearance.
[0011]
Further, according to the present invention, when a clearance is formed between the outer peripheral surface of the operation knob and the operation panel, or between the outer peripheral surface of the operation knob and the light guide member, the clearance of the outer periphery of the operation knob can be made constant over the entire periphery. An object of the present invention is to provide an operating device.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention relates to an operation panel, an operation knob rotatably inserted in a mounting hole formed in the operation panel, a rotary operation component provided inside the operation panel, and an inner side of the operation panel in in the rotary operating component operating device and the support member is provided for supporting a
The rotation operation component and a movable member to which the rotation operation component is fixed are attached to the support member with a movement margin in a direction orthogonal to the axis of the rotation operation component, The shaft and the operation knob are fixed,
A part of the movable member is hooked on the support member, and the rotation operation component and the movable member are prevented from rotating with respect to the support member .
[0013]
For example, a sleeve is inserted into an insertion hole formed in the support member with a margin of movement in a direction perpendicular to the axis, and the rotation operation component and the movable member are fixed to the sleeve.
[0014]
In the present invention, the rotary operation component is attached to the support member provided inside the operation panel with a movement margin. This movement allowance is preferably in all directions orthogonal to the axis of the rotary operation component. By providing this allowance for movement, even if there is a tolerance of misalignment between the support hole and the mounting hole where the operation knob is mounted on the operation panel, the rotation operation component and the operation panel can be fitted. The rotational operation component follows the position. Therefore, even if the operation knob does not have an excessive clearance with respect to the operation panel, the operation knob attached to the operation panel and the shaft of the rotary operation component can be reliably connected. Further, since a part of the movable member is hooked on the support member to prevent rotation, the rotation operation component and the movable member are not freely rotated by the rotation of the operation knob.
[0015]
In the above, it is preferable that at least a part of the movable member is elastically pressed by the support member to prevent the rotary operation component and the movable member from shaking in the axial direction with respect to the support member.
[0016]
In this case, the movable member may be elastically pressed against the support member by a leaf spring or a coil spring separate from the movable member, or the movable member may be formed of a leaf spring or the like so that the movable member has its own spring force. It may be repressed by the support member. By adopting this elastic structure, it is possible to prevent the rotary operation component and the movable member from rattling in the axial direction with respect to the support member, and to prevent the occurrence of rattle noise.
[0017]
Furthermore, a light guide member for transmitting illumination light is provided inside the operation panel, and the operation knob or the shaft is rotatably inserted into a reference hole formed in the light guide member. Is preferred.
[0018]
That is, according to the present invention, the operation knob and the axis of the rotary operation component can be connected to each other even if the axis of the operation knob or the rotary operation component has a minimum clearance with respect to the reference hole and has almost no margin in the direction perpendicular to the axis. Can be linked. In this case, the reference hole may be formed in the operation panel, may be formed in the light guide member, or may be formed in components other than the operation panel and the light guide member.
[0019]
Further, the light guide member is formed with a rib that appears on the outer periphery of the operation knob, and the operation knob or the shaft is inserted into the reference hole so as to be freely rotatable. A substantially uniform clearance can be formed around the entire circumference.
[0020]
In this case, since the operation knob is rotatably supported with reference to the reference hole, if both the rib and the reference hole are formed in the light guide member, the outer surface of the operation knob and the light guide appearing on the operation panel are formed. The dimension with the rib of the member can be made uniform over the entire circumference.
[0021]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the operating device of the present invention, and is a partial cross-sectional view showing a separated state of each member, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which each member of FIG. The front view which shows a member and a movable member, FIG. 4 is a fragmentary sectional view which shows other embodiment. The operating device shown in FIG. 1 is provided in a vehicle-mounted acoustic device or a navigation system.
A mounting hole 11a is formed in the operation panel 11 of the electronic device. On the back surface (Y2 side in the drawing) of the operation panel 11, a support column 13, a light guide member 18, a rotation operation component 16, an adjustment mechanism A, and the like are provided. The adjustment mechanism A includes a support member 14, a movable member 19, a sleeve 20, and the like.
[0022]
The operation panel 11 is formed of, for example, ABS resin. At this time, the mounting hole 11 a and the support column 13 are formed integrally with the operation panel 11. A stepped portion 13a having a convex cross-sectional shape is formed at the tip of the support column 13, and screw holes 13b and 13b are formed on the end surface. The support member 14 is formed of, for example, a metal plate, and has mounting holes 14a and 14a, through holes 14b, and through square holes 14c.
An attachment hole 14 a of the support member 14 is extrapolated to the step portion 13 a of the support column 13, and the support member 14 is fixed to the support column 13 by screws 15 and 15.
[0023]
A movable member 19 is provided on the Y2 side of the support member 14 in the drawing. The movable member 19 is formed by punching a thin metal plate as shown in FIG. 3, and has elasticity and can function as a leaf spring. The movable member 19 is provided with a latching portion at one end (X1 side) of the main body 19A. A bent portion 19B that exhibits elasticity is integrally bent at the latching portion, and is inserted into a through-angle hole 14c that functions as a detent portion formed in the support member 14.
Further, the main body 19A adjacent to the bent portion 19B is pressure-molded with a convex portion 19b protruding to the Y1 side in the drawing. The convex portion 19b is formed by punching, for example, and its height α1 is extremely small.
[0024]
A fixing hole 19 a is formed in the body 19 </ b> A of the movable member 19 at a position overlapping the through hole 14 b of the support member 14. An inner diameter W3 of the fixing hole 19a is formed smaller than an inner diameter W2 of the through hole 14b (W2> W3), and a rotation operation component 16 described later is inserted into the fixing hole 19a.
A light guide member 18 is provided between the back surface of the operation panel 11 and the support member 14. On the Y1 side of the light guide member 18, a ring-shaped rib 18c having an outer diameter substantially the same as the inner diameter of the mounting hole 11a is provided. The inside of the rib 18c of the light guide member 18 is a receiving portion 18b to which the operation knob 12 is attached. A reference hole 18a is formed in the center of the receiving portion 18b. In the assembled state shown in FIG. 2, the rotary operation component 16 and the operation knob 12 are attached with reference to the reference hole 18a.
[0025]
As shown in FIG. 2, the rib 18c formed on the light guide member 18 is fitted into the mounting hole 11a of the operation panel 11 from the Y2 side in the drawing, whereby the light receiving member 18 is received in the mounting hole 11a. The part 18b, the rib 18c, and the reference hole 18a appear. The light guide member 18 is formed of, for example, a transparent resin such as acrylic, and light from a light emitting member (not shown) such as a lamp or LED provided inside the operation panel 11 is guided by the light guide member 18. By passing through the inside, the rib 18c around the operation knob 12 is brightly illuminated.
[0026]
As shown in FIG. 1, the rotation operation component 16 has an operation shaft 16c protruding from a main body 16a, and a screw portion 16b is provided around the operation shaft 16c. A thread groove is threaded on the outer peripheral surface of the threaded portion 16b, and a nut 17 can be screwed onto the threaded groove. The rotation operation component 16 is inserted into the fixing hole 19 a of the movable member 19 and the through hole 14 b of the support member 14 and is screwed by the nut 17. However, a sleeve 20 as shown in FIG. 1 is interposed before the nut 17 is tightened. The sleeve 20 includes a cylindrical portion 20a and a flange portion 20b continuous with the cylindrical portion 20a.
[0027]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the outer diameter W1 of the cylindrical portion 20a of the sleeve 20 is formed to be smaller than the inner diameter W2 of the through hole 14b of the support member 14 (W1 <W2). Further, the length (the height in the Y-axis direction) h of the cylindrical portion 20a is longer than the thickness t1 of the support member 14 (h> t1), and is formed between the support member 14 and the movable member 19. A slight gap α2 is formed. With the sleeve 20 inserted into the through hole 14 b of the support member 14, the threaded portion 16 b of the rotation operation component 16 is inserted into the sleeve 20, and the bottom surface 20 c is in contact with the movable member 19. As shown in FIG. 2, the nut 17 is fastened to the screw portion 16 b, and the rotary operation component 16, the sleeve 20, and the nut 17 are fixed with the movable member 19 interposed therebetween.
In this state, the rotation operation parts 16 and is surely fixed to the movable member 19, it is against the supporting member 14 in a state that is not constrained.
[0028]
Further, the bent portion 19B of the movable member 19 is inserted into the through-angle hole 14c described above, but the difference in the width dimension in the Z direction between the through-angle hole 14c and the bent portion 19B in FIG. 3 is slight. is there. However, in the movable member 19, the part away from the bent part 19B has a rotation margin as shown by a broken line in FIG. 3 with the bent part 19B as a fulcrum. Further, the movable member 19 is movable in the X1-X2 direction with respect to the support member 14. Therefore, the rotary operation component 16 fixed to the movable member 19 can freely move in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the operation shaft 16c within the range of the difference between the diameter W1 of the sleeve 20 and the inner diameter W2 of the through hole 14b. I can move.
Further, the movable member 19 functions as a leaf spring, the tip portion of the bent portion 19B is elastically pressed by the support member 14, and the convex portion 19b is elastically pressed by the support member 14. The left end in the figure of the movable member 19 is urged counterclockwise with the convex portion 19b as a fulcrum, and the flange portion 20b of the sleeve 20 is pressed against the support member 14. Therefore, rattling noise or the like can be dealt with because the rotation operation component 16 is prevented from rattling in the axial direction.
[0029]
For example, as shown in FIG. 4, the bent portion 19B is supported by making the height α1 of the convex portion 19b sufficiently larger than the gap α2 between the support member 14 and the movable member 19 (α1> α2). Even if the member 14 is not repressed, the rattling of the rotary operation component 16 can be suppressed. In other words, the end of the movable member 19 on the X2 side to which the rotational operation component 16 is attached is pressed in the Y2 direction by the convex portion 19b pressing the back surface of the support member 14, so that the rotational operation component 16 is supported by the support member. It is possible to prevent the occurrence of rattling when pressed by 14. Therefore, the bent portion 19B is not necessarily provided so as to extend in the X1 direction from the through-angle hole 14c.
Further, since the elastic force of the movable member 19 against the support member 14 is weak due to the elasticity of the movable member 19 itself, it does not hinder the movable member 19 from moving in the direction orthogonal to the operation shaft 16c.
[0030]
As shown in FIG. 2, the operation shaft 16 c of the rotary operation component 16 is inserted into the reference hole 18 a of the light guide member 18 and exposed in the mounting hole 11 a (rib 18 c) of the operation panel 11. The operation knob 12 is mounted from the front surface (Y1 side) of the operation panel 11. At this time, the shaft portion 12a of the operation knob 12 is rotatably inserted into the reference hole 18a of the light guide member 18, and the rotation operation component 16 is operated in the fitting hole 12c formed in the end surface of the shaft portion 12a. The shaft 16c is fitted. In this state, the outer peripheral surface 12 b at the base end of the operation knob 12 faces the inner surface of the rib 18 c of the light guide member 18.
In FIG. 2, the clearance between the outer peripheral surface 12b of the shaft portion 12a of the operation knob 12 and the reference hole 18a is indicated by S2, and the clearance between the outer peripheral surface 12b at the base end of the operation knob 12 and the inner peripheral surface of the rib 18c is set. This is indicated by S1. In FIG. 2, S1 and S2 are shown with the same dimensions, but in actuality, S2 is sufficiently smaller than S1, and the shaft portion 12a is rotatably held with reference to the reference hole 18a. Therefore, the clearance S1 between the base outer peripheral surface 12b of the operation knob 12 and the inner surface of the rib 18c can be made uniform on the outer periphery of the operation knob 12.
[0031]
Further, as described above, when the shaft portion 12 a of the operation knob 12 is inserted into the reference hole 18 a of the light guide member 18, the rotation operation component 16 supported by the support member 14 and the movable member 19 support the support member 14. Is movable. Therefore, the operation shaft 16c of the rotary operation component 16 follows the operation knob 12 and is fitted into the fitting hole 12c. Therefore, even if there is an error in the attachment position of the support member 14 with respect to the operation panel 11, the operation knob 12 attached with reference to the reference hole 18a and the rotary operation component 16 can be reliably connected. When the operation knob 12 is rotated, the latching portion of the movable member 19 is latched in the through-angle hole 14 c of the support member 14, so that the movable member 19 and the rotation manipulation component 16 can freely move together with the manipulation knob 12. There will be no rotation.
[0032]
In the above description, only one operating device is shown on the operation panel 11, but it is natural that the present invention can be applied to a case where a plurality of operating devices are provided. In this case, a plurality of mounting holes 11 a are formed in the operation panel 11, and a plurality of rotational operation components 16 and a movable member 19 are attached to the support member 14. At this time, a pair of movable members 19 are hooked in one through-angle hole 14c, and the operation device is installed in a smaller space by attaching the rotary operation component 16 to the opposite end of each movable member 19. can do.
[0033]
The operation knob 12 is supported so that it can always rotate in an optimum state with respect to the operation panel 11. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, when the rib 18 c of the light guide member 18 appears on the outer periphery of the operation knob 12, the operation knob 12 is mounted around the operation knob 12 by using the reference hole 18 a as a reference. The ribs 18c of the light guide member 18 are evenly positioned, and the outer periphery of the operation knob 12 can be illuminated uniformly.
Further, in the illustrated embodiment, the shaft portion 12a of the operation knob 12 is rotatably held with a minimum gap with respect to the reference hole 18a of the light guide member 18, but the rotation operation component 16 The operation shaft 16 c may be rotatably held with a minimum clearance in the reference hole 18 a of the light guide member 18.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention described in detail above, it is possible to correct the positional deviation between the operation knob attached to the operation panel and the rotary operation component. Therefore, the operation knob is always held in the optimum state (minimum clearance) on the operation panel, and the operation knob and the shaft of the rotary operation component are securely connected. Therefore, in the case of a structure in which the light guide member appears on the outer periphery of the operation knob, the operation knob and the light guide member can be arranged concentrically, and the outer periphery of the operation knob can be illuminated uniformly. Further, when the movable member is configured to be elastically pressed by the support member, it is possible to prevent rattling between the rotary operation component and the movable member.
