Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a gel cosmetic, and more particularly relates to a gel cosmetic that is light in spread, does not feel sticky during application, has excellent refreshing after application, and has a long lasting makeup.
[0002]
[Background Art and Problems to be Solved by the Invention]
Silicone oil is blended in various cosmetics and quasi-drugs including makeup cosmetics and hair cosmetics because it has a light and refreshing feel. In particular, gel cosmetics are used in liquid foundations, sunscreen gels, moisture creams, hair gels, antiperspirant creams and the like. Examples of gel compositions containing silicone oil include gel compositions containing 2 to 30 parts by weight of dextrin fatty acid ester in 100 parts by weight of silicone oil (Japanese Patent Publication No. 3-6179), and organohydrogenpolysiloxane cross-linking polymerization. A gel composition comprising a product and a low-viscosity silicone oil, and a cosmetic containing the same (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 63-152308) have been proposed.
However, these conventional silicone oil-containing gel cosmetics have a problem of poor stability over time and separation of the silicone oil.
In order to solve such problems, a gel composition comprising a silicone oil and one or more polyoxyalkylene-modified organopolysiloxanes, an organic-modified montmorillonite clay mineral, and water (Japanese Patent Publication No. 4-19269) Publication). However, this gel composition has a problem that it is not refreshing after application to the skin or lacks makeup. In recent years, a gel composition in which a specific polyether-modified silicone is blended with silicone oil has been proposed (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-311076). This gel composition has good stability over time, but has not yet been satisfactory in terms of stickiness during application and longevity of makeup.

In view of the above circumstances, the present inventors have conducted intensive studies to obtain a silicone oil-containing gel-like cosmetic that is light in spread, does not feel sticky during application, is refreshed after application, and has excellent makeup. As a result, it has been found that this problem can be solved by blending a specific silicone compound and a specific hydrophobic powder, and the present invention has been completed. The applicant of the present application has previously developed a gel-like cosmetic containing silicone oil, polyether-modified silicone, and hydrophobized powder (Japanese Patent Application No. 6-32833). It is a further improvement.
[0004]
That is, the present invention comprises (A) one or more silicone oils,
(B) one or more of polyether-modified silicones represented by the following general formula (1);
(C) water and
(D) A gel cosmetic comprising at least one hydrophobic powder selected from silicone resin powder and silicone rubber powder .
[0005]
[Chemical formula 2]
[0006]
[Wherein, A represents a methyl group, a phenyl group, and a general formula: —C 3 H 6 O (C 2 H 4 O) a (C 3 H 6 O) bR ′ (wherein R ′ represents a hydrogen atom, an acyl group) And a group selected from the group consisting of alkyl groups having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, a is an integer of 5 to 50, and b is an integer of 5 to 50). R is a methyl group or a phenyl group, m is an integer of 50 to 1000, and n is an integer of 1 to 40. However, at least one in the molecule has a polyoxyalkylene group. ]
[0007]
The silicone oil used in the present invention is not particularly limited. Specifically, the low viscosity to high viscosity of dimethylpolysiloxane, methylphenylpolysiloxane, dimethylpolysiloxane / methylphenylpolysiloxane copolymer, etc. Diorganopolysiloxanes up to: Cyclic polysiloxanes such as octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, decamethylcyclopentasiloxane, tetramethyltetraphenyltetracyclosiloxane, etc .; Gum-like dimethylpolysiloxane with high polymerization degree, gum-like dimethylsiloxane / methylphenyl Examples include siloxane copolymers, cyclic siloxane solutions of gum-like dimethylpolysiloxane; trimethylsiloxysilicic acid, etc .; cyclic siloxane solutions of trimethylsiloxysilicic acid, etc., and further having an alkyl group having 6 to 50 carbon atoms Organopolysiloxanes, amino-modified silicone, higher alkoxy-modified silicones, higher fatty acid-modified silicones, alkyl-modified silicones, fluorine-modified silicones and the like.
Among these, when cyclic polysiloxane, especially cyclic dimethylpolysiloxane is used, the stability of the gel cosmetic is high.
[0008]
In the gel cosmetic of the present invention, the blending amount of the silicone oil is not particularly limited, but is preferably 20.0 to 80.0% by weight.
[0009]
The polyether-modified silicone used in the present invention is an organopolysiloxane graft polymer having a polyoxyalkylene group represented by the general formula (1). Specific examples of the acyl group for R ′ include a formyl group, an acetyl group, a propionyl group, a butyryl group, an acryloyl group, a benzoyl group, a toluoyl group, and the like. Specifically, as an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, Examples include a methyl group, an ethyl group, an i-propyl group, an n-propyl group, a t-butyl group, and an n-butyl group.
[0010]
In the polyoxyalkylene group, when a or b is less than 5, the polyether-modified silicone does not exhibit a sufficient thickening effect, and when a or b exceeds 50, the obtained gel -Like cosmetics become sticky.
[0011]
The content of the polyoxyalkylene group is not particularly limited, but the content of the polyoxyalkylene group is preferably 20 to 70% by weight (however, 20% by weight is not included). This is because when the polyoxyalkylene group content is 20% by weight or less, the thickening effect of the polyether-modified silicone is remarkably reduced, and when it exceeds 70% by weight, This is because the compatibility is lowered.
[0012]
Moreover, m is an integer of 50-1000, n is an integer of 1-40, Preferably, m is 200-600 and n is 5-20. This is because when m is less than 50 and n is less than 1, the thickening effect is insufficient, and when m exceeds 1000 and n exceeds 40, the resulting gel This is because the cosmetics have a sticky feeling.
[0013]
The molecular weight of the polyether-modified silicone used in the present invention is not particularly limited, and the viscosity at 25 ° C. is not particularly limited. However, in order to form a particularly stable gel and to make a gel-like cosmetic having a smooth feeling. The polyether-modified silicone used in the present invention preferably has a viscosity in the range of 1000 to 100000 cst when a 50.0% by weight solution of octamethyltetrasiloxane is used. Further, the molecular weight is 50000 or more, preferably in the range of 50,000 to 80,000 in terms of stability and usability.
[0014]
The compounding quantity of the polyether modified silicone used for this invention is 2.0-30.0 weight%, Preferably, it is the range of 5.0-15.0 weight%. This is because in the gel cosmetic of the present invention, when the blending amount of the polyether-modified silicone is less than 2.0% by weight, a stable gel cosmetic cannot be obtained, and 30.0% by weight. This is because the gel-like cosmetic has a sticky feeling when the content exceeds 50%.
[0015]
The amount of water used in the present invention is preferably in the range of 0.2 to 80.0% by weight, and most preferably in the range of 2.0 to 6.0% by weight, based on the total amount of the cosmetic. This is because when the blending amount of water is less than 0.2% by weight, a stable gel cosmetic is not obtained, and when it exceeds 80.0% by weight, water is separated from the gel cosmetic and stable. This is because gel cosmetics cannot be obtained.
[0016]
The hydrophobic powder used in the present invention is not particularly limited, but a silicone resin powder such as polymethylsilsesquioxane powder, a silicone rubber powder such as a polydimethylsiloxane crosslinked elastic body, and the like are preferable.
In the present invention, powders other than hydrophobic can be used, but the blending amount is preferably 50% by weight or less of the total powder amount. Only non-hydrophobic powders such as titanium dioxide, silicic anhydride, mica, kaolin, sericite, and talc cannot provide a gel-like cosmetic material with good usability.
[0017]
The shape of the hydrophobic powder in the present invention is not particularly limited, and any shape such as a plate shape, a block shape, a scale shape, and a spherical shape can be used, but a spherical shape is preferable because particularly good usability can be obtained.
[0018]
Although the compounding quantity of the hydrophobic powder used for this invention is not specifically limited, 1.0-60.0 weight% is preferable in the cosmetics whole quantity of this invention, More preferably, 10.0-50. 0% by weight. Further, when the hydrophobic powder is 3 to 8 parts by weight with respect to 1 part by weight of the polyether-modified silicone used in the present invention, the stickiness improving effect is remarkable.
[0019]
In addition to the above-described essential components, the gel cosmetic of the present invention may contain a colorant such as a moisturizer, an emulsifier, an ultraviolet absorbent, a fragrance, an antioxidant, an antiseptic / antifungal agent, an extender pigment, or a color pigment Ingredients usually used in cosmetics such as pH adjusters can be blended within a range that does not impair the effects of the invention.
[0020]
The gel cosmetics of the present invention include facial products such as hand creams, facial creams and cleansing creams, makeup products such as foundations, eye shadows, eyeliners, mascaras and lipsticks, hair products such as hair gels and hair creams, sunscreen gels. It can be applied to all products applicable to sunscreen products such as sunscreen creams and gel preparations such as antiperspirant creams.
