Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a human body local cleaning apparatus for cleaning a local body part after a stool, and more particularly, the first local cleaning is performed when anus cleaning and bidet cleaning or bidet cleaning and anal cleaning are continuously performed by a single nozzle. Further, the present invention relates to a human body local cleaning device that performs nozzle cleaning continuously to local cleaning without stopping the supply of cleaning water after the next local cleaning is completed.
[0002]
[Prior art]
This type of human body local cleaning device installed in a Western-style toilet is designed for local cleaning (anal cleaning, bidet cleaning) by extending a cleaning nozzle by operating a switch and ejecting cleaning water upward from its outlet. Is configured to do. As the cleaning water used for local cleaning, hot water whose temperature is adjusted by mixing water from the water supply pipe and hot water from the hot water supply pipe by a mixing valve is used.
[0003]
The cleaning nozzle is roughly classified into two types according to the nozzle drive system: one that is advanced and retracted by a drive source such as a motor, and one that is not provided with a drive source and is advanced only by the water pressure of the cleaning water and is retracted and returned by a spring. There is. Drive-source type cleaning nozzles are widely used in general households and the like, and currently the mainstream of cleaning nozzles. On the other hand, hydraulic type cleaning nozzles disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Nos. 11-181866 and 2-15700 are known and do not require a power source. Has the advantage of being easy and inexpensive to manufacture. Roughly divided according to the type of cleaning by the nozzle, the one that performs anal cleaning and bidet cleaning separately by two nozzles, the one that projects one nozzle in one stage and performs anal cleaning and bidet cleaning, There are three types, one that makes the nozzle protrude in two stages and then performs anal cleaning and bidet cleaning.
[0004]
In addition, this type of human body local cleaning device can perform nozzle cleaning to clean the nozzle tip and body before the nozzle is extended and moved to the cleaning position in consideration of hygiene and after the local cleaning is completed. desirable. For example, the local cleaning device disclosed in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Publication No. 2-15700 or the like uses the cleaning water remaining in the cylinder and the cleaning water from the cleaning water supply source in the nozzle cleaning pipe after the cleaning is completed. It guides and cleans the outer periphery of the nozzle.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the human body local cleaning device that performs anal and bidet cleaning by projecting one nozzle in two stages, in order to use the nozzle in common when performing anal cleaning → bidet cleaning or bidet cleaning → anal cleaning, After the first local cleaning is completed, if the next cleaning is performed continuously, dirt from the first cleaning may be attached to the nozzle, so after the first local cleaning, the next local cleaning is performed. It has been desired to perform nozzle cleaning prior to performing.
In that case, after the local cleaning, the supply of the cleaning water from the water supply source is temporarily stopped and the nozzle is returned to the initial position, and then the nozzle is cleaned with the cleaning water. Since the temperature of the water is lowered and it takes time to return to a predetermined temperature, when the next local cleaning is started, cold cleaning water may be ejected, which may cause discomfort to the user.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described conventional problems. The object of the present invention is to perform local cleaning, bidet cleaning, and nozzle cleaning continuously without causing discomfort to the user. An object of the present invention is to provide a hygienic human local body cleaning apparatus.

[0022]
In FIG. 3, the switching valve device 25 includes four switching valves V1 to V4 connected to the flow paths 35b, 35c, 35d, and 35e, respectively. The flow path 35a, the flow path 35c, and the flow path 35e are connected in series, and the switching valves V2 and V4 are connected to the flow path 35c and the flow path 35e, respectively. The flow path 35b includes a switching valve V1, and is connected to the flow path 35c on the upstream side of the switching valve V2. The flow path 35d includes a switching valve V3 and is connected to a connection portion between the flow path 35c and the flow path 35e. Each of the switching valves V1 to V4 is controlled to be opened and closed by being driven by a drive signal from the control unit 67 together with the electromagnetic valves 23 and 24, and only the switching valves V2 and V4 are opened during anus cleaning. By holding V1 and V3 in a closed state, the flow path 35a, the flow path 35c, and the flow path 35e are communicated. On the other hand, when bidet cleaning is performed, the switching valves V1, V3, and V4 are opened and the switching valve V2 is held closed, whereby a part of the flow path 35a and the flow path 35c (upstream from the valve V2) and the flow path 35b. The operating cylinder 28, the flow path 35d, and the flow path 35e are communicated. The flow rate of the cleaning water 31 supplied to the nozzle 30 is adjusted by manually operating the flow rate adjustment valve 26.
[0023]
3 and 4, the piston 29 is made of a synthetic resin, and includes a disk-shaped pressure receiving plate 29A and a cylindrical portion 29B protruding integrally on the pressure receiving surface (back surface) side of the pressure receiving plate 29A. A ring-shaped seal member 63 is fitted on the front surface of the pressure receiving plate 29A. A minute gap is provided between the piston 29 and the inner wall of the second cylinder 28B.
[0024]
1 and 3, the nozzle 30 is formed of a synthetic resin into an elongated cylindrical shape having an outer diameter slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the spring receiving portion 40, and has an anal washing passage 65 and a bidet washing passage 66 therein. Is formed. The opening on the front side of the anus cleaning passage 65 opens to the upper surface on the front end side of the nozzle 30 to form a spout 65a. On the other hand, the rear opening 65b is formed at a position where the nozzle 30 moves forward and stops at the anus cleaning position during anus cleaning and is in communication with the nozzle cleaning water supply port 50. The front-side opening of the bidet cleaning passage 66 is located on the front upper surface of the nozzle 30 in front of the outlet 65a and opens to form an outlet 66a. On the other hand, the rear-side opening 66b is formed at a position where the nozzle 30 moves forward by the maximum stroke during bidet cleaning and is in communication with the nozzle cleaning water supply port 50 when stopped at the bidet cleaning position. The anus cleaning position is the position shown in FIG. 6, and is the position where the rear end flange portion of the nozzle 30 has moved immediately before the nozzle operation supply port 51. The bidet cleaning position is a position shown in FIG. 7 and is a position where the rear end flange portion of the nozzle 30 moves immediately before the second discharge port 53 and hits the locking portion 39. The jet outlets 65a and 66a are constituted by a plurality of small holes as shown in FIG. 1, but are shown as one small hole in FIGS.
[0025]
Two flat portions 70 (FIG. 1) parallel to each other are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the nozzle 30, and a gap between the flat portion 70 and the spring receiving portion 40 forms a water draining gap. Yes.
[0026]
A flange 71 and a pin 72 forming a pressure receiving plate are integrally projected on the rear end side outer peripheral surface and the rear end surface of the nozzle 30, respectively. The flange 71 has an outer diameter slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the first cylinder 28A, and a seal member 73 is mounted on the front side. The pin 72 protrudes integrally at the center of the rear end surface of the nozzle 30 and separates the piston 29 and the nozzle 30 by contacting the pressure receiving plate 29A of the piston 29. This is because the cleaning water 31 flowing into the first cylinder 28A from the nozzle operation supply port 51 during bidet cleaning is supplied to the pressure receiving surface (back surface) side of the flange 71.
[0027]
The return spring 32 that biases the nozzle 30 in the return direction is a compression coil spring, and is elastically mounted between the spring receiving portion 40 and the flange 71.
[0028]
Next, the cleaning operation by the cleaning nozzle 21 having such a structure will be described.
FIG. 3 shows a state at the time of non-cleaning. In this state, the nozzle 30 is held at the initial position by the return spring 32 to press the piston 29 against the inner surface of the connector 43. At this time, the solenoid valves 23 and 24 and the switching valves V1 to V4 are closed.
[0029]
When the user operates the anal cleaning switch provided on the sleeve portion of the cleaning apparatus main body 2 after the stool, the electromagnetic valve 23 and the switching valves V2 and V4 are opened by the drive signal from the control unit 67. When the electromagnetic valve 23 is opened, when the cleaning water 31 flows into the second cylinder 28B through the local cleaning supply flow path 33 and the connection tool 43, the piston 29 is pressed by the water pressure. Therefore, the piston 29 and the nozzle 30 advance integrally against the return spring 32, and the front end portion of the nozzle 30 protrudes from the front end side opening 75 of the operation cylinder 28. When the piston 29 moves forward by the maximum stroke, the piston 29 comes into contact with the step portion 37 and stops. When the piston 29 stops, the cleaning water 31 that has flowed into the second cylinder 28B is supplied to the nozzle cleaning water supply port 50 through the first discharge port 52, the flow channel 35a, the flow channel 35c, and the flow channel 35e. However, since the switching valve V1 is OFF, water is not supplied to the nozzle operation supply port 51 of the first cylinder 28A through the flow path 35b. For this reason, the nozzle 30 also stops with the stop of the piston 29. This stop position is the anus cleaning position, and the nozzle cleaning water supply port 50 and the rear opening 65b of the anus cleaning passage 65 coincide with each other. Accordingly, the cleaning water 31 supplied to the anus cleaning passage 65 from the nozzle cleaning water supply port 50 is ejected upward from the jet port 65a and the anal cleaning is performed for a desired time.
[0030]
When the anal cleaning switch is turned OFF after the anal cleaning, the solenoid valve 23 and the switching valves V2 and V4 are closed and the solenoid valve 24 is opened. When the electromagnetic valve 23 is closed, the supply of the cleaning water 31 to the cleaning nozzle 21 is stopped, so that the water pressure of the cleaning water 31 decreases. Accordingly, the nozzle 30 is gradually retracted by the elastic force of the return spring 32 and returns to the initial position shown in FIG. 3, and the piston 29 is pressed against the inner surface of the connection tool 43. At this time, the washing water 31 remaining in the operation cylinder 28 is drained into the toilet from the front end side opening 75 of the operation cylinder 28 through the gap with the nozzle 30.
[0031]
On the other hand, when the electromagnetic valve 24 is opened, the cleaning water 31 is supplied to the connector 57 through the nozzle cleaning supply flow path 34 and passes through the discharge port 60 and the nozzle cleaning supply port 55 (FIG. 5) to form the nozzle cleaning chamber. By discharging into the nozzle 62, the outer periphery of the nozzle 30 is cleaned. In this nozzle cleaning, the amount of the cleaning water 31 used may be less than that in the local cleaning, and a part thereof is drained into the toilet through the drain passage 27. When the nozzle cleaning is performed for a desired time, the electromagnetic valve 24 is closed.
[0032]
When the user operates the bidet cleaning switch, the solenoid valve 23 and the switching valves V1, V3, and V4 are opened. When the solenoid valve 23 is opened, the cleaning water 31 supplied from the local cleaning supply flow path 33 flows into the second cylinder 28B through the connector 43, and the return pressure of the piston 29 and the nozzle 30 is restored by the water pressure. Move forward against 32. For this reason, the nozzle 30 protrudes from the front end side opening 75 of the operation cylinder 28. When the piston 29 advances the maximum stroke, the piston 29 comes into contact with the stepped portion 37 and stops. When the piston 29 is stopped, the nozzle 30 is not moved by the piston 29, but the cleaning water 31 supplied into the second cylinder 28B is the first discharge port 52—the flow path 35a—part of the flow path 35c— In order to press the flange 71 with the water pressure through the flow path 35b-nozzle operation supply port 51 and press the flange 71 with its water pressure, it further expands and moves to the bidet washing position as shown in FIG. At this position, the seal member 73 stops when it comes into contact with the locking portion 39. In this state, the rear opening 66b of the bidet cleaning passage 66 is aligned with the nozzle cleaning water supply port 50, and the bidet cleaning is started. That is, when the nozzle 30 moves forward by the maximum stroke and stops at the bidet cleaning position, the cleaning water 31 introduced into the first cylinder 28A passes through the second discharge port 53-the flow path 35d-the flow path 35e, and the nozzle. Since the cleaning water supply port 50 supplies water to the bidet cleaning passage 66, the bidet cleaning is performed for a desired time by ejecting upward from the jet outlet 66a.
[0033]
When the bidet washing switch is turned off after bidet washing, the solenoid valve 23 and the switching valves V1, V3, V4 are closed and the water supply of the washing water 31 is stopped. It can be returned to the initial position. At this time, the washing water 31 remaining in the operation cylinder 28 is drained into the toilet from the front end side opening 75 of the operation cylinder 28 through the gap with the nozzle 30, and therefore remains in the operation cylinder 28. There is no such thing, and the nozzle 30 can be returned smoothly. Further, since the solenoid valve 24 opens at the same time as the bidet cleaning is completed, the cleaning water 31 is supplied to the nozzle cleaning chamber 62 through the nozzle cleaning supply channel 34 in the same manner as when the anal cleaning is completed, so that the nozzle 30 is cleaned. I do.
[0034]
When the bidet cleaning is continuously performed after the anus is cleaned, the solenoid valve 23 and the switching valves V2 and V4 are opened and the cleaning water 31 is operated in the same manner as in the anus cleaning described above when the anus and bidet continuous cleaning switch is operated. As described above, the water is supplied to the second cylinder 28B through the local cleaning supply flow path 33, and the piston 29 and the nozzle 30 are advanced by the water pressure. Accordingly, the nozzle 30 moves to the anal cleaning position and performs anal cleaning for a desired time. When the anal cleaning is completed, the solenoid valve 23 and the switching valves V2 and V4 are automatically closed, and the solenoid valve 24 is automatically opened almost simultaneously. When the electromagnetic valve 23 is closed, the supply of the cleaning water 31 to the second cylinder 28B is stopped, so that the piston 29 and the nozzle 30 are temporarily returned to the initial positions shown in FIG.
[0035]
On the other hand, when the electromagnetic valve 24 is opened, the cleaning water 31 is supplied to the nozzle cleaning chamber 62 through the nozzle cleaning supply flow path 34, so that the nozzle 30 is cleaned for a desired time while the nozzle 30 is returned. When the nozzle cleaning is completed, it automatically switches to bidet cleaning, the solenoid valve 23 and the switching valves V1, V3, V4 are opened, and the solenoid valve 24 is closed. When the electromagnetic valve 23 is opened, the cleaning water 31 passes through the local cleaning supply flow path 33-the second cylinder 28B as described above, the flow path 35a-a part of the flow path 35c-the flow path 35b-the first cylinder 28A. -Flow path 35d-35e-Since the water is supplied to the bidet cleaning passage 36, the bidet cleaning is performed for a desired time by moving the nozzle 30 forward to the bidet cleaning position and ejecting it from the ejection port 36a. When the bidet cleaning is completed, the solenoid valve 23 and the switching valves V1, V3, and V4 are automatically closed, and the piston 29 and the nozzle 30 are returned to the initial position shown in FIG. Cleaning is performed for a desired time while the nozzle 30 is returned by opening the solenoid valve 24.
[0036]
When the anal cleaning is continuously performed after the bidet cleaning, the switch for continuous cleaning of the bidet and the anus may be operated. At this time, the local cleaning and the nozzle cleaning can be continuously performed as in the case of the continuous cleaning of the anal bidet. Also, when the anal cleaning switch is operated during bidet cleaning, or vice versa, two cleaning operations can be performed continuously with the nozzle cleaning operation as described above interposed therebetween.
[0037]
In the above-described embodiment, the example in which the nozzle 30 is applied to the local cleaning device in which the nozzle 30 is expanded by the water pressure of the cleaning water 31 has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the motor The present invention can also be applied to a cleaning apparatus in which the nozzle 30 is advanced and retracted by a drive source such as the above.
[0038]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the human body local cleaning device according to the present invention, when the local cleaning is completed, the cleaning water used for the local cleaning is used for the nozzle cleaning by switching the first and second valves. In addition, it is hygienic because local cleaning and nozzle cleaning can be continuously performed without temporarily stopping the supply of cleaning water. In particular, when the anal washing and bidet washing are performed continuously, the temperature of the washing water does not change, and the user is not uncomfortable.
Further, according to the present invention, since the nozzle cleaning is performed in the nozzle cleaning chamber formed in the cylinder, there is little possibility that the cleaning water is scattered outside the cylinder.
