[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a control device for a vibration type compressor such as a refrigerator.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Vibration type compressors are used in refrigerators and the like because of their simple structure, small size and light weight, high power factor, and low power consumption.
[0003]
An example of a conventional vibration type compressor is disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 5-23347.
[0004]
Hereinafter, the conventional vibration type compressor will be described with reference to FIG.
In FIG. 14, 1 is a control circuit, 1-1 is a temperature detection unit, 1-2 is a calculation unit, 1-3 is a drive circuit, 2, 3 is a temperature detector, 4 is a transformer, 5 is a compressor, 6 Represents a condenser, 8 represents a refrigerator, and 9 represents an evaporator.
[0005]
The
[0006]
The operation of the conventional vibration type compressor will be described.
The temperature detector 1-1 converts the signals detected by the
[0007]
The drive circuit 1-3 supplies a drive signal having a frequency corresponding to the voltage supplied from the arithmetic unit to the transistors TR1 and TR2, and supplies a current from the power source Vcc to the primary winding of the transformer 4. The AC voltage obtained from the secondary winding of the transformer 4 is supplied to the
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional configuration has an error in the true refrigerant temperature that represents the refrigerant pressure and the temperature detected by the temperature detector, and when the DC input voltage to the drive power generation unit increases due to power supply voltage fluctuation, When the voltage of the drive power supply supplied to the machine becomes high, there is a problem that an overstroke of the piston occurs and the piston valve is damaged.
[0009]
In addition, the spring coefficient of the mechanical system formed by the refrigerant gas and the resonance spring fluctuates due to fluctuations in the outside air temperature, power supply voltage, and load, resulting in a problem that the refrigerating capacity is lowered because the piston stroke fluctuates.
[0010]
In addition, since there is an error in the true refrigerant temperature representing the refrigerant pressure and the temperature detected by the temperature detector, the resonance frequency of the mechanical system formed by the refrigerant gas and the resonance spring, and the resonance of the electric system that drives the mechanical system There is a problem that the efficiency is further lowered due to the difference in frequency.
[0011]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to solve the conventional problems and to provide a vibration type compressor that does not cause an overstroke of a piston.
[0012]
It is another object of the present invention to provide a vibration type compressor that does not cause a decrease in efficiency even when the outside air temperature, power supply voltage, and load change.
[0013]
Another object of the present invention is to provide a high-efficiency vibration type compressor that does not cause a difference between the resonance frequency of the mechanical system formed by the refrigerant gas and the resonance spring and the resonance frequency of the electrical system that drives the mechanical system. It is.
[0014]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, the vibration type compressor of the present invention includes a cylindrical cylinder provided with a suction valve and a discharge valve, and a cylinder around the cylinder. Magnets and coils arranged opposite to each other A piston connected to the coil and moving axially in the cylinder; a resonance spring connected to the piston; a displacement detector connected to the piston in the axial direction; and a converter circuit for converting AC power into DC power. An inverter circuit that converts direct current to alternating current by switching a transistor or the like and applies a voltage to the coil, and a top dead center position calculating means that calculates the top dead center position of the piston from the piston position signal from the displacement detector When, Stroke calculating means for calculating the stroke of the piston from the piston position signal from the displacement detector, Difference between top dead center position and preset top dead center reference value And the difference between the stroke of the piston and a preset stroke reference value Depending on the output voltage of the inverter circuit Change by inverter control means Is.
[0016]
Further, a top dead center position calculating means for calculating the top dead center position of the piston from the piston position signal from the displacement detector, a stroke calculating means for calculating the stroke of the piston from the piston position signal, a stroke and a preset stroke Inverter control for changing the output voltage amplitude of the inverter circuit according to the difference in the reference value and changing the output voltage DC component of the inverter circuit according to the difference between the top dead center position and a preset top dead center reference value It consists of means.
[0017]
Further, a top dead center position calculating means for calculating the top dead center position from the piston position signal from the displacement detector, a stroke calculating means for calculating the piston stroke from the piston position signal, and an output frequency of the inverter circuit And a frequency comparison means for detecting a frequency difference between the piston position signal and the output voltage amplitude of the inverter circuit in accordance with a difference between the stroke and a preset stroke reference value, and a top dead center position and a preset top dead center. From the inverter control means which eliminates the frequency difference between the output frequency of the inverter circuit and the piston position signal by changing the DC voltage component of the inverter circuit according to the difference of the point reference value and changing the output frequency of the inverter circuit It is composed.
[0018]
[Action]
With this configuration, the piston's top dead center is always adjusted by changing the output voltage of the inverter circuit according to the difference between the top dead center position and the top dead center reference value even when the external temperature, power supply voltage, and load external conditions change. By maintaining the reference position, piston overstroke is not generated.
[0019]
Even when the external temperature, power supply voltage, and external load conditions change, the output voltage amplitude of the inverter circuit is changed according to the deviation between the stroke and the stroke reference value to keep the piston stroke constant. Does not cause a decline in ability.
[0020]
Even when the external condition changes, the output voltage amplitude of the inverter circuit is changed according to the difference between the stroke and the stroke reference value to keep the piston stroke constant, and the top dead center position and the top dead center reference value By changing the output voltage direct current component of the inverter circuit according to the difference and keeping the top dead center at the same position, the piston overstroke and the refrigerating capacity are not reduced.
[0021]
Even when the external condition changes, the output voltage amplitude of the inverter circuit is changed according to the difference between the stroke and the stroke reference value to keep the piston stroke constant, and the top dead center position and the top dead center reference value According to the difference, the output voltage DC component of the inverter circuit is changed to keep the top dead center at the same position, and further, the output frequency of the inverter circuit is changed to change the frequency difference between the output frequency of the inverter circuit and the piston position signal. This eliminates the piston overstroke so that the resonance frequency of the mechanical system formed by the refrigerant gas and the resonance spring matches the resonance frequency of the electrical system that drives the mechanical system, so that the compressor is always at the highest efficiency. Can be maintained.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the displacement detector connected in the axial direction of the piston, the converter circuit that converts alternating current power into direct current power, the direct current is converted into alternating current by switching a transistor and the like, and the voltage is applied to the coil. The top dead center position calculating means for calculating the top dead center position from the piston position signal from the displacement detector, and the difference between the top dead center position and a preset top dead center reference value. Since it comprises amplitude control means for changing the output voltage of the inverter circuit, the output voltage of the inverter circuit can be changed according to the difference between the top dead center position and the top dead center reference value even when the external condition changes. By keeping the top dead center of the piston at the reference position at all times, no piston overstroke occurs. Therefore, the intake valve and the discharge valve in the cylinder are not damaged by the collision of the piston with the upper surface of the cylinder.
[0105]
Further, it comprises stroke calculating means for calculating the piston stroke from the piston position signal from the displacement detector, and amplitude control means for changing the output voltage of the inverter circuit in accordance with the difference between the stroke and a preset stroke reference value. Therefore, even when the external conditions change, the output voltage of the inverter circuit is changed according to the difference between the stroke and the stroke reference value, so that the piston stroke is always kept at the reference position, resulting in fluctuations in the refrigeration capacity. There is no.
[0106]
Further, a top dead center position calculating means for calculating the top dead center position of the piston from the piston position signal from the displacement detector, a stroke calculating means for calculating the stroke of the piston from the piston position signal, a stroke and a preset stroke Inverter control for changing the output voltage amplitude of the inverter circuit according to the difference in the reference value and changing the output voltage DC component of the inverter circuit according to the difference between the top dead center position and a preset top dead center reference value Refrigeration capacity by constantly maintaining the piston stroke at the reference position by changing the output voltage amplitude of the inverter circuit according to the difference between the stroke and the stroke reference value even when external conditions change No fluctuations occur. Further, by changing the DC voltage component of the inverter circuit in accordance with the difference between the top dead center position and the top dead center reference value, the piston top dead center is always held at the reference position, so that the piston overstroke does not occur. Therefore, the intake valve and the discharge valve in the cylinder are not damaged by the collision of the piston with the cylinder upper surface.
[0107]
Further, a top dead center position calculating means for calculating the piston top dead center position from the piston position signal from the displacement detector, a stroke calculating means for calculating the piston stroke from the piston position signal, and an output frequency of the inverter circuit A frequency comparison circuit for detecting a frequency difference of the piston position signal, and changing an output voltage amplitude of the inverter circuit according to a difference between a stroke and a preset stroke reference value, and a top dead center position and a preset top dead center From the inverter control means that eliminates the frequency difference between the output frequency of the inverter circuit and the piston position signal by changing the output voltage DC component of the inverter circuit according to the difference in the reference value and changing the output frequency of the inverter circuit The difference between the stroke and stroke reference value even when external conditions change Depending By varying the output voltage amplitude of the inverter circuit for holding the stroke of the piston at all times to the reference location, the does not occur a variation of refrigerating capacity.
[0108]
Further, the output frequency of the inverter circuit, that is, the frequency f1 of the electric system is equal to the frequency of the piston position signal, that is, the resonance frequency f2 of the mechanical system formed by the refrigerant gas and the resonance spring, and the resonance characteristics of the spring system are fully utilized. Highly efficient operation is possible, and the compressor can always be maintained at the highest efficiency.
