Description
【0001】
【0030】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a compressor that controls a rotational speed of a compressor and an internal cooling fan motor that form a part of a refrigeration cycle.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional refrigerator includes a refrigeration cycle having a compressor, a condenser, and an evaporator and a plurality of storage chambers, and detects a difference between a temperature in the refrigerator storage chamber and a predetermined reference temperature. Depending on the magnitude of the difference, the cooling operation by the refrigeration cycle is interrupted. For example, in a typical prior art refrigerator, when the storage room temperature is higher than a predetermined reference temperature, the compressor is started to start the cooling operation of the refrigeration cycle, and the storage room temperature is lower than the reference temperature. In this case, the cooling operation is stopped. Moreover, the refrigerator provided with the inverter apparatus which variably adjusts the drive rotation speed of a compressor adjusts the drive rotation speed of a compressor with the inverter apparatus according to the difference of the predetermined reference temperature and storage chamber temperature. Also in this case, the cooling operation is started when the predetermined reference temperature and the storage room temperature are higher, and is stopped when the temperature is lower.
[0003]
Such a conventional technique is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 63-207968. In this prior art, not only the compressor but also the driving speed of the motor of the fan that circulates the air in the refrigerator is adjusted according to the difference between a predetermined reference temperature and the storage room temperature.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-described conventional compressors and refrigerators that adjust the fan motor drive speed, depending on the temperature in the cabinet, when the ambient noise is low, such as at midnight, the compressor or The fan motor speed increases. In particular, when the refrigerator is cooled, frost adheres to the surface of the evaporator (cooler) and the cooling performance by the cooler decreases. Therefore, the refrigerator is cooled to restore the cooling performance by melting this frost. A defrosting operation is performed in which the vessel is heated with a heater. A cooling operation is performed to lower the internal temperature before or after the defrosting operation. In this case, the problem that the operation sound of the refrigerator becomes loud with the compressor and the inverter as the main sound source has not been considered.
[0005]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems of the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a refrigerator that can be operated while reducing the noise of the refrigerator for a time desired by the user such as midnight.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a refrigeration cycle including a compressor and a cooler, rotation speed adjusting means for variably adjusting the drive rotation of the compressor, and detecting the internal temperature. And a heater that melts frost that is energized and generates heat and adheres to the cooler, and controls the operation of the refrigeration cycle in response to a temperature signal from the internal temperature detector. A refrigerator that performs a defrosting operation that melts frost attached to the cooler by heat generation of the heater, and a control device that controls the energization of the heater, and a signal input means that can input a signal to the control device.
The control device receives the signal from the signal input means and turns the compressor on for a predetermined time that is counted according to the signal from the signal input means at a rotation speed equal to or lower than a preset rotation speed. The defrosting operation is performed before counting the predetermined time, and includes a rotation adjusting unit that operates and a defrosting control unit that controls energization of the heater .
[0007]
In addition, after receiving a signal from the signal input means, counting of the preset time is started every 24 hours .
[0008]
Further, the control device operates the compressor to a temperature lower than a preset compressor stop temperature at the preset time .
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
The Example which concerns on this invention is a refrigerator which cools the refrigerator comprised from a freezer compartment and a refrigerator compartment using the refrigerating cycle which consists of a compressor, a condenser, an evaporator, an internal cooling fan motor, etc. In the compressor, the cooling capacity is changed by the drive rotation speed, that is, the refrigeration cycle by the inverter device in the control device, and the temperature in the refrigerator is kept constant.

First, the overall operation will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 1 is a block diagram illustrating a main functional configuration including a control device that controls the rotational speed of a compressor of a refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present invention. 1 is an AC power supply for the refrigerator, 2 is a compressor for compressing refrigerant in the refrigeration cycle, 3 is an internal cooling fan motor, 4 is a compressor and condenser cooling fan motor, and 5 is a

FIG. 3 is a flowchart of the rotational speed determination process. First, the output from the internal temperature detection means 6 is received and the internal temperature Ts is detected (step 3a). Of course, the internal temperature detection means 6 may detect the internal temperature Ts, and the present invention is not limited to detecting the internal temperature within the rotation speed determination means. A difference ΔT between the internal temperature Ts and a predetermined target temperature Tθ is detected (step 3b). Next, it is determined whether or not the compressor is stopped and the internal temperature Ts is lower than the starting temperature Ton of the compressor 2 (step 3c). If it is lower, the process proceeds to step 3k, where the rotation speeds of the

By controlling the operation, it is possible to reduce the operation noise of the refrigerator when the ambient noise is low, such as at midnight, and to reduce the noise.

In addition, with the signal from the good night switch, not only the compressor but also the internal cooling fan motor, the compressor and the condenser cooling fan motor should be controlled to operate at a rotational speed below the preset upper rotational speed for a certain period of time. Therefore, further noise reduction can be achieved.
[0026]
Also, in the case of timing for stopping the compressor, by continuously controlling the compressor for a certain period of time, an increase in noise at the time of starting the compressor can be avoided at midnight.
[0027]
Further, when the compressor is operated for a certain period of time at a rotation speed equal to or lower than the upper limit rotation speed set in advance by a signal from the sleep switch, the third and fourth different from the temperature setting in the normal operation are set in the control device. If the temperature signal from the internal temperature detection means becomes lower than the third set temperature, the compressor is stopped, and if it is higher than the fourth set temperature, the compressor etc. By returning the rotation speed to the normal rotation speed, it is possible to prevent the food from being excessively cooled and the food temperature from rising due to opening and closing of the door.
[0028]
Also, once the user performs an input operation with the good night switch, the compressor and the internal cooling fan motor, the compressor and the condenser cooling fan motor are set to suppress the rotation speed for a certain period of time every day from the input operation time. it can.
[0029]
Further, by not performing the defrosting operation during the operation of the timer, that is, at midnight, the increase in the compressor rotation after the defrosting is eliminated and the noise at midnight can be reduced. In addition, by determining the defrosting operation under conditions that make it easier to enter the defrosting operation than usual before the rotational speed suppressing operation of the compressor, etc., even in the state where the normal defrosting operation is not performed, before the rotational speed suppressing operation The defrosting operation is frequently performed, and the problem of entering the defrosting operation during the rotation speed suppressing operation and causing a temperature increase after the defrosting operation due to insufficient refrigeration capacity can be avoided.
[0030]
