【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、バーナの炎や炎により生じた熱気が五徳の外側に漏出することを防止できるようにした炎漏出防止型コンロに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来のコンロは、爪付きの五徳を用い、バーナの炎や炎により生じた熱気が五徳の爪部に載置する鍋の底面に沿って五徳の外側に自然に放出されるようにしているが、このものでは、放出された熱気の一部が鍋の取手に達してこれを加熱し、取手が持ちづらくなるといった不具合を生ずる。

かかる不具合を解消するため、五徳を筒状に形成してバーナの炎を囲うと共に、炎により生じた熱気を五徳で囲われる空間から強制的に吸引排気する排気ファンを設け、五徳の外側への炎や熱気の漏出を防止し得るようにした炎漏出防止型コンロも考えられている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記の如き炎漏出防止型コンロでは、五徳の内径より小径の鍋は使用することができず、小さな鍋も使用できるようにするには五徳の内径を小さくせざるを得ない。然し、これでは、大きな鍋を使用したとき、鍋底の中央部分しか加熱できなくなり、加熱効率が低下する。
本発明は、以上の点に鑑み、大小種々の鍋を使用できると共に、大きな鍋を使用したときの加熱効率の低下を生じないようにした炎漏出防止型コンロを提供することを課題としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決すべく、本発明は、バーナの炎を囲う筒状の五徳と、炎により生じた熱気を五徳で囲われる空間から排気通路を介して強制的に吸引排気する排気ファンとを備える炎漏出防止型コンロにおいて、五徳の平面形状を、前側を小径、後側を大径にした略卵形に形成することを特徴とする。

小さな鍋を使用する際は、五徳の前側部分に鍋を載置する。この場合、鍋の後側で五徳との間に隙間があき、ここから熱気が漏出する可能性がある。然し、鍋は、一般的に、取手が前方や横方向を向くように載置されるから、鍋の後側で熱気が漏出しても取手が加熱されることはない。また、大きな鍋は、五徳の前後両側部に跨って載置されるから、鍋底に対する炎及び熱気の接触面積を広く確保でき、大きな鍋を使用したときの加熱効率の低下といった不具合は生じない。

尚、五徳の前側に小さな鍋を載置したとき、鍋が後側に倒れ易くなる。そのため、五徳の内側に、五徳の前側に鍋を載置したときの後側への鍋の倒れを防止する五徳爪を設けることが望ましい。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1を参照して、1はコンロ本体であり、コンロ本体1の上面の天板2上に五徳3を載置すると共に、天板2の下側に有底筒状の燃焼筐4を設けて、該燃焼筐4にバーナ5を収納している。

五徳3の平面形状は、図2に示す如く、前側(図2の左側)を小径、後側を大径とした略卵形に形成されている。また、五徳3の内側には、五徳爪8aを有する副五徳8が載置されている。副五徳8の輪郭は五徳3と相似の卵形になっており、後側の五徳爪8aの長さを長くして、五徳3の前側部分に小さな鍋Pを載せたとき、鍋Pが後側に倒れないようにしている。

また、前記開口2aは、五徳3の前側に鍋を載置したときに鍋に炎が有効に作用するように、五徳3の前寄りに偏倚して開設されており、天板2に、五徳3の後寄りの部分に位置させて、排気窓6bを開設し、熱気を排気窓6bを介して排気通路6に吸引し得るようにしている。

上記の如く構成されたコンロで小さな鍋Pを使用するときは、五徳3の前側部分に鍋Pを載置するもので、これによれば、鍋Pの前側や左右両側部からの熱気の漏出が防止される。また、鍋Pの後側に五徳3との間の隙間があくが、五徳3の後寄りの部分に位置する排気窓6bに作用する排気ファン7の吸引力により、鍋Pの後側の隙間から外気が吸引されるため、この隙間からの熱気の漏出も抑制される。そして、鍋Pは、一般的に、取手PHが横方向や前方を向くように配置されるため、鍋Pの後側から熱気の一部が漏出しても、取手PHが熱気によって加熱されることはない。

また、上記実施形態では、五徳3とは別体の副五徳8を設けて、副五徳8に五徳爪8aを形成したが、五徳3に五徳爪8aを一体に形成しても良い。
