本発明は、流し台のシンク開口部に調理用のプレート兼水切り用プレートを表裏面が反転自在になるよう載置してなる流し台シンク装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、調理用プレートと水切り用プレートを別体で構成し必要に応じてこれらのプレートを流し台のシンク開口部に選択的に載置して使用していた。この場合２種類のプレートの収納場所が必要であり、流し台の作業スペースが狭くなる、という問題があった（特開平１１−３４２０３１号公報）。また、流し台のシンク開口部に調理用プレートを反転載設しその表面を調理プレートとして使用しその裏面を載置用凹所として使用する流し台シンク装置が提案されていたが（特開平９−７８６４８号公報）、この場合該調理用プレートには水切り機能を備えていなかった。一方、調理用プレートに水切り孔を設けて水切り孔機能を持たせることも考えられるが、調理用プレートは通常流し台のカウンター表面と面一に載置されるので、該調理用プレートを水切りプレートとして使用するときは、水はね等により該カウンター表面が水浸しになるという問題があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は一枚のプレートに調理用プレートと水切り用プレートとの機能を持たせ、該プレートを流し台のシンク開口部に反転自在に載置でき、しかも、調理用プレートとして使用するときは該プレート表面が流し台のカウンター表面と面一になり、該プレートを反転して水切り用プレートとして使用するときは該プレートの裏面がシンク開口部よりも大きく下方に位置し水はね等によるカウンター表面の汚れを防止できる流し台シンク装置を提供することを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項１記載の流し台シンク装置は、シンクの相対向する側壁に相対向する段部を形成し、表裏面に貫通した複数の水切り孔を設けたプレートの両端裏面に外方に突出する垂下足部を設け、該垂下足部を上記段部に、該プレートの表裏面が反転自在になるよう載置するとともに、該プレートの表面が流し台のカウンター表面と略面一となる調理用載置状態と、該プレートの裏面が上記段部より下方位置になる水切り用載置状態とを選択できるようにし、上記垂下足部が垂下部と外向きの足部とからなり、該両側の垂下部がシンクの相対向した段部の直下に連接したシンク側壁間に嵌合できるようにした流し台シンク装置。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面を参照して本発明の洗面化粧台の好ましい実施の形態について説明する。図１乃至図７は、本発明の第一実施例を示すものである。図において、

次に、本発明のプレート４をシンク１の開口部に載置した状態について説明する。図１及び図６は、プレート４を調理用プレートとして使用する調理用載置状態を示しており、プレート４の表面７はカウンター表面３と面一となっており、プレート４の裏面８に設けた一対の垂下足部６、６の足部６２、６２がシンク１の段部２、２に載っている。図１に示す状態ではプレート１はその長手方向には殆ど移動できない寸法関係になっている。この調理用載置状態ではプレート４の表面７は水切り孔５の部分を除く平面部が多く該プレート４をまな板としても使用でき或いは各種の調理作業をカウンター表面３とともに広く効率よく使用できる。該調理作業中に水こぼれ等があった場合は図５に示す如く、水切り孔５のスリット孔５２、５２を通過してシンク１に排水される。

プレート４を水切り用プレートとして使用するときは、図７に示す水切り用載置状態となる。この使用状態ではプレート４を反転し、垂下足部６の足部６２、６２をシンク１の相対向する段部２、２に載置する。即ち、プレート４は足部６２、６２を介して段部２、２に垂下された状態となっている。このとき、該垂下足部６、６の垂下部６１、６１間の外法寸法は、前記シンク１の相対向した段部２、２の直下に連接したシンク側壁２１、２１間の内法寸法より少し小さくなっているので、シンク側壁２１、２１間に垂下部６１、６１が嵌合し、該プレート４が不用意に移動しないとともに、プレート４の裏面８の高さ方向位置は段部２、２よりも低くなっている。この状態でプレート４の裏面８（この状態では上側に位置している）で水切りする場合、水切り孔５の架橋部５１が短冊状の平面部を有するから、水切りが必要な食品もしくは食器を入れた笊や金網かごを該裏面８に安定的に載置できる。この場合においても、水切り孔５のスリット孔５２、５２が横方向に開放しているから、水切り孔５が目詰まりしにくいのである。

【発明の効果】
請求項１に記載した流し台シンク装置は、シンク１の相対向する側壁に相対向する段部２、２を形成し、表裏面に貫通した複数の水切り孔５を設けたプレート４の両端裏面に外方に突出する垂下足部６、６を設け、該垂下足部６、６を上記段部２、２に、該プレート４の表裏面が反転自在になるよう載置するとともに、該プレート４の表面７が流し台のカウンター表面３と略面一となる調理用載置状態と、該プレート４の裏面８が上記段部２、２より下方位置になる水切り用載置状態とを選択できるようにしたから、調理用載置状態ではプレート４の表面７とカウンター表面３とが同一レベルで一体的に利用でき、調理面積が拡大し調理能率が上がるという効果があり、又、水切り用載置状態では水切りされた水がカウンター表面３等に水はねすることなく確実にシンク１内に排水される。又、上記垂下足部６、６が垂下部６１と外向きの足部６２とからなり、該両側の垂下部６１、６１がシンク１の相対向した段部２、２の直下に連接したシンク側壁２１、２１間に嵌合できるようにしたから、プレート４を水切り用プレートとして使用するとき、該プレート４が不用意に移動せず、又、プレート４の裏面８を段部２より一層深い位置に設置できる、という効果がある。

又、請求項２に記載した流し台シンク装置は、請求項１記載の流し台シンク装置において、上記水切り孔５を、プレート４の表面７から裏面８に***した架橋部５１と該架橋部５１の両側に形成されたスリット孔５２、５２とで構成したから、一つの水切り孔５に二つのスリット孔５２、５２が形成され、スリット孔５２自身も架橋部５１を長くすることにより大きく形成でき、従って、水切り効率がよいとともに、水切り孔５がゴミ等によって目詰りしにくいという効果がある。又、プレート４の表面７或いは裏面８の正面から該プレート４を見たとき、貫通孔としては見えず、従って、目詰まりしにくいとともに、シンク１内に残留している生ごみ等が見えず、不快感を感じることなく調理作業や水切り作業を行うことができ、シンク１からの水はねを該架橋部５１で遮断することができる、という効果がある。

更に、請求項３に記載した流し台シンク装置は、請求項２記載の流し台シンク装置において、上記水切り孔５がプレート４の幅方向に長く、且つ、架橋部５１が短冊状の平面部を有しているから、プレート４の裏面８は複数の該架橋部５１の平面部から形成される大きい平面部が形成されるので、水切り時の笊や金網かごの載置作業が容易となる、という効果がある。
