【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a camera, and more particularly, to a camera having a red-eye reduction light emitter that reduces a red-eye phenomenon during flash photography.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Low-brightness automatic flash is a camera with built-in flash that measures the subject on the camera side and automatically fires the flash when it is determined that the brightness is below a certain level. This technology is widely applied in cameras.
[0003]
Also, the red-eye phenomenon means that when a person is photographed with a strobe flash (flash), the flash emitted from the strobe device passes through the pupil of the human eye and is reflected by the retina, and the reflected light is reflected in the film. A person's eyes shine in red. As a technology to prevent this phenomenon, prior to strobe lighting, pre-irradiation with a pre-irradiation lamp (red-eye reduction lamp) is performed, and when the pupil reaches the minimum diameter, the strobe device emits light to take a picture. Is known (Japanese Patent Publication No. 58-48088).
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional low-brightness automatic light-emitting camera has a drawback that the photographer cannot recognize whether or not strobe light is emitted to the subject to be photographed before photographing. In general, the field of view of the finder displays a frame of a screen size (full size, panorama size, etc.), an autofocus (AF) target mark, or a parallax correction mark at close-up shooting. Has a drawback that it is very difficult to see under low-intensity shooting.
[0005]
Further, various members such as a red-eye reduction light emitter and an AF projector and an AF light receiver as ranging means need to be appropriately disposed on the front surface of the camera in consideration of functional, cost, and appearance.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a camera that can confirm the presence or absence of strobe light emission through a finder and can easily display the field of view of the finder even under low luminance. Another object of the present invention is to provide a camera in which an AF sensor and a red-eye reduction light emitter can be arranged in a compact manner at a low cost.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a camera having a red-eye reduction light emitter that irradiates a subject with light for reducing the size of a human pupil, and uses a finder to divide part of the light emitted from the red-eye reduction light emitter. The red-eye reduction light-emitting device is turned on during the half-pressing operation of the release button, and when the release button is completely pushed in, the red-eye reduction light-emitting device is turned off and the flash device is turned on. It is characterized in that photographing with light emission is performed .
A camera according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a red-eye reduction light emitter that irradiates a subject with light for reducing a human pupil, a photometric unit that measures the brightness of the subject, and illumination light for subject illumination. The flashing device to irradiate and the photometric result of the photometric means are compared with a predetermined luminance set in advance, and when it is determined that the photographing is performed under low luminance less than the predetermined luminance, the red-eye reduction light emitter and the A low-brightness automatic light-emitting camera having a control unit that automatically activates the flash device, and when the result of photometry by the photometry unit is less than a predetermined brightness, the release button is half-pressed with lighting the red-eye reduction unit, said constructed as a part of the light emitted from the red-eye reduction device can be confirmed through the finder, the operation of the release button is fully into If that turns off the red-eye reduction unit, wherein the imaging is performed with the light emission of the flash device.
[0007]
According to the present invention, the red-eye reduction light emitter provided for reducing the red-eye phenomenon is used for normal red-eye reduction, and the light emitted from the red-eye reduction light-emitting device is guided into the viewfinder. Thus, it is used as a means for notifying whether or not the flash device is activated, and at the same time, it is used as an auxiliary light means for illuminating the inside of the finder. Thus, the photographer can confirm whether or not the flash device is operated through the finder, and at the same time, can clearly see the display in the finder field even under low luminance.
[0008]
As a means of actively guiding the light emitted from the red-eye reduction light emitter into the viewfinder, the light is reflected on the inner surface of the cover surrounding the front of the camera, and a part of the light from the red-eye reduction light emitter is directly in the viewfinder. It is conceivable that a light transmission hole is formed in the wall separating the finder and the red-eye reducing light emitter so as to be incident on the camera.
According to another aspect of the present invention, in a camera including a red-eye reduction light emitter that irradiates a subject with light for reducing a human pupil, the red-eye reduction light-on device is turned on during a half-press operation of a release button. The light emitted from the red-eye reduction light emitter is guided to the back of the camera so that the photographer can visually recognize the light. When the release button is fully pressed, the red-eye reduction light-emitting device is turned off. However, it is characterized in that photographing accompanied by light emission of the flash device is performed.

In the present invention, there is a mode in which the red-eye reducing light emitter is disposed near the lower side or the upper side of the finder objective window. There is also an aspect in which the red-eye reducing light emitter is disposed beside the AF light receiver.
A camera according to another aspect of the present invention receives an AF projector that emits distance-measuring light that detects a distance to the subject toward the subject, and light reflected from the subject that is emitted from the AF projector. The AF light receiving device is provided, and the red-eye reduction light emitting device is disposed between the AF light projecting device and the AF light receiving device.
In this case, there is a mode in which the AF projector, the red-eye reduction light emitter, and the AF light receiver are disposed in the vicinity of the lower side or the upper side of the finder objective window along the lower side or the upper side.
[0010]
According to the present invention, the red-eye reduction light emitting device is disposed between the AF projector for ranging and the AF light receiver to be arranged at a certain interval, and the three members are arranged side by side near the lower side or the upper side of the finder objective window. Since it is disposed along the lower side or the upper side, the AF sensor and the red-eye reduction light emitting device can be arranged in a compact manner. In general, the front surfaces of the AF projector, the AF light receiver, and the red-eye reduction light emitter are often sealed with a transparent member. According to the present invention, the three front surfaces are integrated with a single transparent window member. There is an advantage that the number of parts can be reduced as compared with the case of sealing each of them individually.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the camera of the present invention, since the photographer can check the light emitted from the red-eye reduction light emitting device using the finder, it is possible to check the presence or absence of strobe light emission.
Further, according to the camera of the present invention, the light emitted from the red-eye reduction light emitter is used as a means for informing the presence or absence of the operation of the flash device by guiding the light emitted from the red-eye reduction light emitter, and at the same time as the auxiliary light means for illuminating the inside of the viewfinder Since it is used, the photographer can confirm whether the flash device is activated through the viewfinder, and at the same time, can clearly see the display of the viewfinder field even under low luminance.
[0039]
In addition, a red-eye reduction light emitter is disposed between the AF projector and the AF receiver, and the three members are arranged side by side along the lower or upper side of the finder objective window so that the AF projector and the AF receiver are arranged. In addition, the red-eye reduction light emitting device can be arranged in a compact manner, and the front surfaces of the three members can be integrally sealed with a single transparent window member, so that the cost can be reduced.
That is, when the front surfaces of the three members are sealed with individual transparent members, each transparent member must be manufactured with a separate mold, which is expensive. Since only one transparent member needs to be manufactured, the cost can be reduced.
