【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the first connecting member attached to the vibrating body side, the second connecting member attached to the member on the vehicle body side, and the like, between the first connecting member and the second connecting member, An insulator that blocks vibration from the vibrating body, a main chamber in which a portion of the chamber wall is formed by a portion of the insulator and in which a liquid that is an incompressible fluid is enclosed, and the main chamber A sub-chamber that is connected to the sub-chamber by a diaphragm and part of the chamber wall is formed by a diaphragm, a partition member that partitions the main chamber and the sub-chamber, and liquid in the main chamber at a specific frequency A liquid-filled vibration isolator comprising a vibration device that vibrates in a radial direction around the rotation axis, the vibration device being provided between the main chamber and the sub chamber. And a plurality of vanes provided in the A configuration is adopted in which a plurality of vibration chambers are formed and an actuator that drives the rotating shaft to which the vane is attached at a predetermined frequency so that the vane swings at a predetermined frequency. As a result, it is possible to form a vibration device that requires a predetermined output with a plurality of vibration chambers and small vanes that are housed in the vibration chambers, thereby reducing the size of the vibration device as a whole. I was able to do it. In addition, an actuator for generating a predetermined excitation force can be used with a small output, and the liquid-sealed vibration isolator can be reduced in size and weight. .
[0018]
In addition, the vanes forming the vibrating device are provided at equal intervals in the circumferential direction around the rotation shaft to which the vanes are attached, and the rotation of the vanes to which the liquid flow formed by the operation of the vanes is attached. Since the configuration is such that it is performed in two directions, the axial direction of the shaft and the radial direction of the rotating shaft, a plurality of vibration chambers formed by each vane are radially formed around the rotating shaft. A large output can be obtained by integrating a plurality of outputs from these small vibration chambers. In addition, a balanced force (load) is always applied to the rotating shaft to which the vane is attached, and the actuator that drives the rotating shaft can be handled with a small output. In addition, the strength and rigidity of the bearing that supports the rotating shaft need not be set too high, and the overall size of the vibration exciter can be reduced.
[0019]
In addition, since the actuator is composed of an electromagnetic rotary actuator, and the operation control of the rotary actuator is performed by a voltage duty control system, a higher-order engine vibration or the like is adopted. It is now possible to easily generate a force wave (generated wave) corresponding to various types of vibrations including vibrations, and to perform vibration isolation efficiently. That is, the input voltage to the electromagnetic actuator is made of a pulse wave, and the force wave (generated wave) formed by the actuator and the vane is adjusted by appropriately adjusting the duty ratio of the pulse voltage wave. It can be generated in a state matching the waveform of the vibration wave input to the (liquid chamber). As a result, by controlling the duty ratio, it has become possible to respond to higher-order vibration input such as idling vibration by changing the dynamic spring constant of the liquid-sealed vibration isolator.
