Description
【0001】
VH=(RH/b)Ic・・・(1)
VHX=V0・cosαn・・・(2)
VHY=V0・cosβn・・・(3)
VHZ=V0・cosγn・・・(4)
VH=(RH/b)Ic・・・(1)
VHX=V0・cosαn・・・(2)
VHY=V0・cosβ’n・・・(3’)
VHZ=V0・cosγn・・・(4)
【0062】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a rolling bearing, and more particularly to an apparatus for measuring a rotational state such as the number of rotations and revolution speed of a rolling element for a rolling bearing.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, in rolling bearings and planetary traction drives that are mechanical structures, when the dimensions of each part of the component are determined, the rotational and revolving motion speeds of the roller-type rolling elements and the ball The three-dimensional motion of the rolling elements of the mold is determined theoretically.
[0003]
However, the actual motion of the rolling elements and rollers is not limited to a complete rolling motion, but may involve slipping. In such a case, the motion of the rolling elements is a theoretically determined motion. Will be different.
[0004]
Thus, when slipping occurs, if this slipping is large, seizure or wear may occur on the rolling surfaces of the rolling elements or rollers, and these members may be damaged. Therefore, in order to prevent such damage, the movement of the rolling element is measured, and the following two measuring apparatuses are known.
[0005]
(1) Device using Hall voltage of Hall element
This apparatus will be described with reference to FIGS. The Hall element receives magnetic flux and generates an electrical output. As shown in FIG. 27, the

Where RHIs the Hall coefficient, and b is the thickness of the Hall element. From equation (1), when the control current is constant, the angle θ, that is, the direction of the magnetic flux B can be determined by the Hall voltage.
[0006]
Using this relationship, as shown in FIG. 28, Hall elements 1x, 1y and 1z are arranged at appropriate positions on the coordinate axes (x, y, z) with the center of the
