Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a screen printing method.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional screen printing method will be described. In this screen printing method, the sheet to be printed is fed from the feeding unit and is wound on the winding unit. In this process, the printing sheet is subjected to screen printing by overlapping a plurality of times at constant pitches in the longitudinal direction. The first and second screen printing will be described.
[0003]
In the first time, the screen printing plate is disposed opposite to a position where screen printing can be performed on the printing sheet. The squeegee is slid in the longitudinal direction of the printing sheet with respect to the screen printing plate. Thus, the first screen printing is performed. The sheet to be printed is completely wound up on the winding unit after the first screen printing.
[0004]
In the second time, the printing sheet on which the first screen printing has been performed is switched from the winding unit to the feeding unit. The screen printing plate is replaced with the second one simultaneously with the replacement. The printing sheet is fed at a constant pitch in the same direction as in the first time. In the process of this constant pitch feeding, the squeegee is slid with respect to the printing sheet as in the first time. Thus, the second screen printing is performed on the printing sheet.
[0005]
In this manner, multiple overprints are performed on the printing sheet, but when performing overprinting, accurate positioning is required in each print pattern.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the case of such overprinting on the printing sheet, there are the following problems. That is, in screen printing, a screen printing plate slides a squeegee in a non-contact state (off-contact state) with respect to a printing sheet, and transfers a printing material to the printing sheet. Therefore, the screen printing plate is slightly distorted in the sliding direction of the squeegee. As a result, it is inevitable that the print pattern is distorted and transferred along the sliding direction of the squeegee. Specifically described with reference to FIGS.
[0007]
3 (a) is a plan view showing the screen printing plate used in the first printing. 3 (b) is a plan view showing a printing pattern distortion tendency towards squeegee sliding direction (right direction). Figure 3 (c) is a plan view showing a printing pattern distortion tendency towards squeegee sliding direction (left direction). 4 (a) is a plan view showing the screen printing plate used in the second printing. 4 (b) is a plan view showing a printing pattern distortion tendency towards squeegee sliding direction (right direction). Figure 4 (c) is a plan view showing a printing pattern distortion tendency towards squeegee sliding direction (left direction). 5 (a) is a diagram showing a first printing process in the prior art. 5 (b) is a diagram illustrating a second printing process in the prior art.

Note that the printing distortion shown in FIGS. 3 , 4, and 5 is highlighted to facilitate understanding of the distortion state. The actual distortion is milder than that shown.
[0012]
The main object of the present invention is to provide a screen printing direction capable of performing multiple times of repeated printing with high accuracy.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is configured as follows.
[0014]
That is, the screen printing method according to the first aspect of the present invention is to screen print a predetermined pattern at a constant pitch on a continuous sheet-like printing sheet that is fed from a feeding unit and wound on a winding unit, and the predetermined pattern In the screen printing method of performing screen printing so that the print area of the predetermined pattern and the print area of the different pattern overlap each other, the predetermined pattern of the predetermined pattern provided facing the printing sheet A step of sliding the squeegee in the longitudinal direction of the sheet with respect to the screen printing plate to perform the first screen printing, and winding up the printing sheet wound on the winding unit after the first screen printing is completed. The squeegee is slid in the longitudinal direction of the sheet with respect to the screen printing plate of the different pattern. And performing the next screen printing, and the sliding direction of the squeegee with respect to the screen printing plate of another pattern in the next screen printing is relative to the screen printing plate of the predetermined pattern in the first screen printing. The squeegee is set so as to be opposite to the sliding direction.
[0015]
According to this, the distortion direction of the printing pattern at the first printing and the distortion direction of the next printing pattern are the same direction. Accordingly, by accurately positioning in the printing sheet transport direction, overprinting is performed in a state in which the distortions of a plurality of print patterns coincide with each other, so that the printing accuracy can be increased.
[0016]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, some embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

[ Third example]
In the case of each of the above examples, in addition, a marking M indicating a printing direction by a squeegee may be provided corresponding to the printing area corresponding to the printing area of the
[0026]
That is, as shown in FIG. 6 (a), when printing, the single printing pattern, the horizontal side of the print area of the print pattern, the markings M indicating the sliding direction of the squeegee for the print at the same time Print. The case shown in FIG. 6 (a), to print a marking M near the sliding start position of the squeegee. By printing the marking M in this way, the printing in the subsequent printing process recognizes the position of the marking M with respect to the first printing pattern by the image recognition means or the like. Based on the recognition result, the sliding start position of the squeegee is adjusted to the position where the marking M is present, and printing is performed with the side having the marking M as the sliding start side.
[0027]
Thus, in the process of printing the next subsequent, as shown in FIG. 6 (b), when in the upstream side position of one of the print pattern P with respect to direction feeding of the
[0028]
In this way, by printing the marking M indicating the sliding direction of the squeegee at the time of the first printing, the marking M is automatically read and the first printing is performed in the next and subsequent overlap printing. It can be adjusted so that the next overprint can be performed according to the distortion. In particular, as in the second example, when the first printing is performed while changing the sliding direction of the squeegee, the operator slides the squeegee while paying attention to the distortion of the printing. Troublesome work such as proper orientation can be eliminated.
[0029]
The present invention can also be applied to three or more times of multiple printing. That is, it is applied to a printing method in which each step of screen printing is performed at least once on the same printed sheet by the method according to the present invention.
[0030]
In addition, even when another printing (including screen printing and other printing) that does not particularly cause distortion in screen printing is applied to a printing sheet, the printing method corresponds to the present invention if the method of the present invention is applied. .
[0031]
In the present invention, the same printing machine may be used for the first printing and the next printing, and different printing machines may be used.
[0032]
In each of the above-described embodiments, the ceramic green sheet is used as a printing sheet and the electrodes and the dielectric mask are printed. However, the present invention is not limited to these specific structures.
[0033]
Incidentally, the claims of請 Motomeko of the present invention, as well as, in each column of the detailed description of the invention, first the screen printing method according to the present invention, although the next day, the first printing process Means a printing process performed prior to the next printing process in the present invention, and the next printing process means a printing process performed after the first printing process in the present invention. That is, the first time and the next time indicate the order of the mutual printing steps, and the printing order is not absolute, for example, it does not mean that the first printing step to be printed on the printing sheet is the first time. .
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, the printing sheet distortion direction at each time is set to the same direction by rationally setting the printing sheet transport direction and the squeegee sliding direction at each time. High overprinting can be performed.
