BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to liquid fuel to the liquid fuel combustion apparatus of the hot air heater or the like for oil fan heater and forced air supply and exhaust type for burning vaporized in the vaporizer to an improvement of the control device of the fuel supply device, especially at the time of extinguishing .
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a control of the fire extinguishing operation of a conventional liquid fuel combustion apparatus, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2-197760, generally, the supply of liquid fuel is immediately stopped at the time of combustion stop operation. . It should be noted that unburned gas mixture (hereinafter referred to as unburned gas) is generated even during the fire extinguishing, and it is understood that this unburned gas is released outside the body of the liquid fuel combustion device and smells. Yes.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, according to the fire extinguishing operation of the liquid fuel combustion device disclosed in the above publication, the state of the fuel supply device (particularly, the electromagnetic pump constituting a part thereof) when the user stops the combustion varies. Regardless of the state, the solenoid pump is stopped for immediate operation by the user. Depending on the state of the electromagnetic pump when the stop signal is input, the fuel discharge side of the plunger (and the tip of the nozzle) Side)), the fuel is ejected by the inertial force of the electromagnetic pump, and the time during which this fuel is ejected changes depending on the state of the electromagnetic pump. There was a problem that oil would sag even when the pump was stopped. In addition, the amount of unburned gas generated differs each time the fire is extinguished, and as a result, the odor generated during fire extinguishing varies with each extinguishing.
[0004]
Therefore, in the present invention, by appropriately controlling the stop timing of the fuel supply device (especially the pump) during fire extinguishing, the amount of fuel coming out of the fuel supply device (especially the nozzle) is always kept constant, and the fuel dripping is also controlled. It is an object of the present invention to provide a liquid fuel combustion apparatus that is prevented.
[0005]
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the liquid fuel supplied by the fuel supply device that operates based on the ON signal and the OFF signal supplied alternately is vaporized by the vaporizer, and the vaporized gas is supplied from the combustion blower. In a liquid fuel combustion apparatus that mixes with combustion air and ignites and burns this mixed gas with an ignition device in a flame forming section, at least during the fire extinguishing operation by an operation cut-off switch, at least until the fuel is switched from an on signal to an off signal. A control device for driving the supply device and the combustion blower is provided.
[0007]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, when it is detected that some abnormality has occurred in the liquid fuel combustion apparatus, the control apparatus immediately shifts to the fire extinguishing operation.

【The invention's effect】
According to the liquid fuel combustion apparatus of the first aspect of the present invention, conventionally, the pump is immediately stopped regardless of the state of the pump signal at the time of fire extinguishing instruction (specifically, operation of the operation cut-off switch). The end of fuel supply at the time of fire extinguishing (end time) was unspecified, but according to this new control method, the electromagnetic pump stops with the fuel completely discharged from the tip of the plunger (and thus the tip of the nozzle). Thus, in addition to being able to keep the amount of fuel coming out of the nozzle constant during fire extinguishing, oil dripping from the tip of the nozzle due to inertia (or inertia) of the electromagnetic pump is eliminated. Moreover, at the end of the electromagnetic pump on signal, it is far from the inlet of the electromagnetic pump (in other words, the suction force is lost). When the on signal ends and the electromagnetic force is exhausted, the plan of the structure of the electromagnetic pump Since the spring force that automatically returns toward the inlet side acts on the jar, it becomes easier to apply an inertial force in the direction in which the fuel is drawn to the outlet side of the fuel (and the tip end side of the nozzle), and the fuel is discharged. Instead, it can be expected that the fuel will return to the fuel tank.
[0036]
As a result, it becomes easier to specify the time required for the fuel remaining after dripping into the carburetor to disappear, and extinguish the fire even if there is some variation in the performance of the combustion equipment. It is possible to control the mixing ratio of the fuel at a stable state until the end, and it becomes easy to control the mixing ratio of the fuel, so that the fire extinguishing performance can be improved. In addition, since the fuel mixing ratio is stable, the mixed gas that tends to stay inside the burner (specifically, the flame forming section) is more likely to burn when the operation is stopped, and the amount of unburned gas generated is small and its variation is eliminated. Can suppress odor during fire extinguishing.
[0037]
In addition, it is possible to use the point of switching from the on signal to the off signal as a starting point for other operation control, and select an appropriate value for the mixing ratio between the amount of fuel and the amount of combustion air during the fire extinguishing operation. It becomes possible to control.
