Description
【0001】

【0028】
F=A{Pp +kp・(Pp −P’)} ・・・(5)
【0029】
【0030】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for controlling an injection device in a synthetic resin injection molding machine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as an injection device of an injection molding machine, a cylinder having an injection port at one end, a plunger that slides in an axial direction at a position facing the injection port inside the cylinder, and a drive means for moving the plunger forward and backward are provided. Has a molding material supply port between the sliding position of the plunger and the injection port, and presses the molding material supplied into the cylinder by the advance of the plunger and is connected to the injection port. One configured to inject a molding material into a cavity is known. This injection device includes a plunger type that supplies an unmelted molding material into a cylinder and plasticizes it with a heater or the like, and a pre-plastic type in which a screw that melts the molding material is provided outside the cylinder. There is an in-line screw type integrally provided on the distal end side of the plunger. Also, there is a plunger rear part or a cylinder with a cylinder internal pressure detecting device.
[0003]
In the conventional injection apparatus, injection control is performed as follows. In the injection process in which the molding material is injected and injected into the mold cavity by advancing the plunger, measures are taken such as balancing the flow in the runner and preventing gas generation and jetting defects in the gate. Therefore, the speed command is switched according to the information on the plunger position or pressure, and the plunger is advanced at multiple speeds as shown in FIG. Also, immediately before the molding material is filled into the mold cavity, the mold is decelerated to reduce the impact. Recently, as shown in FIG. 9, there is one that can change the speed at an arbitrary acceleration.
[0004]
Further, in the injection process, a large pressure is applied to the molding material due to gate clogging or the like, and a fixed limit is given to the injection power so as not to damage the mold or the like.
[0005]
In addition, in the process of advancing the plunger and injecting the molding material into the mold cavity, the pressure is kept constant by detecting the cylinder internal pressure or the plunger position, but the thin part is injection molded. In some cases, in order to inject at high speed, the injection pressure during injection is larger than the holding pressure, and just before filling, the injection speed is reduced to complete the filling at low speed, or the holding pressure is set in multiple stages and filled. A method of reducing the pressure until completion is employed.
[0006]
In addition, the pressure F of the plunger during the pressure holding process is expressed by the following formula (6) or the following, where Pp is the command pressure, P ′ is the actual cylinder internal pressure, and A is the cross-sectional area of the plunger. It is defined by equation (7).
[0007]
[Equation 3]
[0008]
[Expression 4]
[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional control method has the following problems.
[0010]
Since the molten molding material is a viscous fluid and a compressed fluid, the change in the cylinder internal pressure is delayed with respect to the movement of the plunger. Therefore, when the driving of the plunger is controlled by the pressure information, it is abrupt. When there is a pressure change, large fluctuations in pressure occur as shown in FIG. When the plunger drive speed is fast, the pressure fluctuation due to this time delay becomes larger, so a method is used in which the holding pressure is set in multiple stages when injection molding thin parts and the pressure is reduced until filling is completed. In this case, there is a problem that the pressure and speed are likely to vibrate because the plunger advance speed is fast, and in the method in which the injection speed is reduced immediately before filling to complete filling at low speed, there is a region where the speed becomes low before filling. Therefore, there is a problem that short shots are likely to occur.
[0011]
In view of the above-described conventional problems, the present invention eliminates speed fluctuations in the injection process and pressure fluctuations in the pressure-holding process, enables high-speed injection during low-pressure molding, and exceeds the pressure generated by gate clogging. An object of the present invention is to provide a method of controlling an injection device that reduces chute and enables molding at a lower pressure.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention includes a cylinder having an injection port at one end, a plunger that slides in an axial direction at a position facing the injection port inside the cylinder, drive means for moving the plunger forward and backward, and means for detecting cylinder internal pressure. In the control method of the injection apparatus configured to inject the molding material into the cavity of the mold connected to the injection port by pressurizing the molding material supplied into the cylinder by the advance of the plunger, the plunger is advanced When the molding material is injected into the cavity of the mold, the pressure in the cylinder is reduced to the second pressure Pp lower than the first pressure Pch from the time when the cylinder pressure reaches the preset first pressure Pch. when the second pressure Pp performing control holding pressure is maintained constant after, slow down the forward speed of the plunger by a predetermined acceleration set in advance, the cylinder internal pressure is the Than when it becomes less than second pressure Pp, when decelerating the advancing speed of the plunger by the row have, and the constant acceleration a pressure feedback control such cylinder pressure to maintain the second pressure Pp, the cylinder internal pressure If the forward speed of the plunger reaches the lower limit value V low of the arbitrarily set speed before becoming the second pressure P p or less , the deceleration is terminated and the cylinder internal pressure becomes less than the second pressure P p . The forward speed of the plunger is kept at a constant value V low until
[0014]
In addition, when the lower limit value Vlow of the forward speed of the plunger is a positive value, the cylinder internal pressure may start to rise before the second pressure Pp or less, but at that time, whether the pressure rise is detected, If the cylinder internal pressure does not fall below the arbitrarily set pressure within the arbitrarily set time, the lower limit value Vlow is changed to a negative value and a new deceleration is performed. In addition, when pressure feedback control is performed so that the cylinder internal pressure is maintained at the second pressure Pp, the speed limit value can be arbitrarily set, so that pressure vibration is less likely to occur and the pressure downshoot It is possible to prevent the amount from increasing and the downshoot occurrence time from becoming longer.
[0016]
Furthermore, if the plunger is retracted when the applied pressure of the plunger becomes zero or less, molding at an ultra-low pressure becomes possible.
[0017]
The type of the injection device of the present invention may be any of a plunger type, a pre-plastic type, and an in-line screw type.
[0018]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a control method for an injection molding machine according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

When pressure feedback control is performed so that the cylinder internal pressure is maintained at Pp from the time when the cylinder internal pressure becomes equal to or lower than Pp, an arbitrary pressure holding speed limit value Vp is set. However, if the pressure is too small, the amount of pressure downshoot is large and the time during which downshoot is occurring becomes long. Therefore, the optimum value for the molding is set.

Further, when the

In addition, after the pressure holding control is started by the above formula (5), formula (7), or the following formula (6), the actual cylinder internal pressure P ′ is larger than the command pressure Pp, and the difference becomes equal to or larger than the allowable value ΔP3. If this happens, the speed command value is changed to a sufficiently low Vp as shown in FIG. This Vp is preferably less than or equal to 1/2 of the pressure holding start speed Vps.

【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, a free pressure reduction curve can be realized without generating vibration by controlling the pressure reducing process immediately before filling with a deceleration pattern of the forward speed of the plunger.
[0034]
In addition, when the difference between the command pressure and the actual pressure is large, the integrated value of the pressure deviation is set to zero, and when the pressure overshoot amount is large, the speed command value is decreased, thereby preventing pressure vibration during the pressure holding process.
[0035]
Furthermore, by giving a negative speed command when the pressure applied to the plunger is less than zero, it is possible to perform ultra-low pressure molding.
