【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、ブラジャー、ボディースーツ等のカップ部を有する衣類およびこれら衣類を通信ネットワークを通して販売する方法に関し、特に、カップ部と土台部とが分離され、着脱可能に連結される衣類に関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】
従来、この種のカップ部と土台部とが分離され、着脱可能に連結されるブラジャー等のファンデーションとして、ファスナー、起毛状係止部が設けられた面ファスナー（所謂、マジックテープ）、紐からなる係合手段を用いて連結する下記のものが提案されている。

即ち、実公昭４７−９９４３号のブラジャーではカップ部と土台部の両方の分離位置に沿って細孔を有する装飾部を設け、両者の細孔に弾性線状を挿通して両者を係合している。
また、特開平８−１５８１１１号のブラジャーでは、カップ部と土台部の両方の分離位置に沿って起毛状係止部が設けられた雌雄面ファスナーを設け、両者を接触係止させて連結している。
さらに、米国特許３４２５４２０号では図２２に示すようにカップ部Ｃと土台部Ｓの両方の分離位置に沿ってファスナーＦを設けている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記した従来提案されている係合手段は、いずれも下記の問題がある。
即ち、上記第１の紐（弾性線状）を細孔に通していく係合手段では、紐を細孔に順次挿通していく取付作業が非常に面倒であり、また、係合強度が弱く、さらに、肌側に紐が所々で接触して、着用感が悪い欠点がある。
第２の面ファスナーでは係合強度は弱く外れやすく、また、面ファスナー同士がぴったりと接合されずにズレが生じ、面ファスナーが肌に接触すると、起毛係止部が肌を刺激して着用感の悪いものとなる。
第３のファスナーの場合、円弧形状に配置しなければならず係止片の噛み合わせが外れやすく、自然に開いてくることがあり、係合強度の面で問題がある。

また、カップ部と土台部との分離位置は、通常ワイヤーを挿入するバージスラインであるが、上記紐、面ファスナー、ファスナーのいずれを用いた場合も、ワイヤーに相当するバストの補正機能はない。上記係合手段にさらにワイヤーを付加すると係合部分の構成が非常に複雑で、かつ、厚みをとる問題がある。

さらに、カップ部のサイズと土台部とのサイズは不可分の関係にあるが、上記従来提供されているいずれのブラジャーも、カップ部と土台部の係合部におけるサイズについての考慮はなく、単に、カップ部と土台部とが取り外しできる構成が開示されているだけである。カップ部と土台部とを分離する利点は、別のデザインや左右異なるサイズのカップ部を土台部に取り替え可能に連結できる点でもある。
しかしながら、上記従来例では、カップ部が土台部と分離されているだけであり、土台部は左右が一体的に設けられている。よって、カップ部の左右のサイズを変更しても、土台部が同一であるため係合部に問題が生じることとなる。

また、上記従来例では、土台部と左右バック部とはいずれも一体的に設けられているが、バック部を伸縮性の強弱やデザイン、左右バック部の止具の種類等の点から選択したい場合に、対応することはできない。

本発明は上記した問題に鑑みなされたもので、係合強度、係合時の操作性、着用感の全ての点で満足ができ、かつ、着用者が各々自分の好みに応じてそのデザイン、サイズを選択し、自分で取り替え可能とすることができ、それにより、着用者の日々の気分や外衣との組み合わせによるコーディネートの幅を広げることが可能なブラジャー等のカップ部を有する衣類を提供することを課題としている。

さらに、本発明は、上記カップ部を有する衣類を、デザイン、サイズを選択して組み合わせて購入する時に、組み合わされた状態を簡単にイメージして購入でき、かつ、自己のサイズと商品に付されているサイズとを正確に対応させて購入できる販売方法を提供することを課題としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するため、本発明は、バスト周縁位置で、左右のカップ部と土台部とを分離し、土台部の分離端縁に沿って、所要の剛性と柔軟性を有する樹脂からなる縁取りフレームを取り付け、該縁取りフレームに係合部を一体的に設ける一方、上記カップ部に被係合部を設け、該被係合部を上記係合部に雌雄係合して、カップ部を土台部に着脱可能に連結する構成としていることを特徴とするカップ部を有する衣類を提供している。

カップ部と土台部とはバスト周縁、好ましくは、バージスラインに沿って分離している。なお、必ずしもバージスラインに沿って分離する必要はなく、バストの下部はバージスラインに沿わせるが、両側では脇側に若干拡げてもよい。

上記のように、分離した土台部側では、分離端縁に沿って柔軟性と剛性とを有する樹脂からなる縁取りフレームと取り付けているため、カップ部と土台部とを係合手段で係合した時に、上記縁取りフレームがワイヤーの機能を果たし、バストアップの補正機能を損なうことはない。言い換えば、ワイヤー相当機能部材に係合部を一体的に設けた形状としている。
上記樹脂としては、ポリブチレンテレフタレート等の熱可塑性樹脂が好適に用いられる。

また、カップ部と土台部に設ける係合部と被係合部とは、雌雄（凹凸）係合形状としているため、簡単に着脱できると共に、容易に外れない構成とすることができる。例えば、係合部と被係合部のいずれか一方の雄側には先端に頭部を設けると共に、雌側の挿入孔の内径を上記頭部以下とすることにより、頭部を押し込みで挿入すると確実に係合できる。
さらに、係合部を樹脂成型物としているため、肌側をフラットな平面状に出来ると共に、柔らかい樹脂を用いて、肌触りを良好とすることができる。

このように、左右カップ部と、土台部とを係合可能とすることにより、カップ部と土台部とのデザインやカラーを代えて、個々人にあったおしゃれを楽しむことが出来る。また、カップ部を取り外して、洗濯したり、箪笥にしまったりすることが出来、カップ部の形状を長く保つことも出来る。

上記土台部の縁取りフレームは樹脂製の薄肉帯状体から形成し、カップ部の分離端縁にも同様な縁取りフレームを取り付けることが好ましい。また、係合部と同様に被係合部を縁取りフレームと一体的に設け、樹脂成形物同士の係合部と被係合部で雌雄係合することが好ましい。
さらに、これら縁取りフレームを土台部およびカップ部の分離端縁の略全長に沿って取り付けている。
なお、カップ部側では、上記縁取りフレームに代えて、分離端縁に沿って金属ワイヤーや樹脂ワイヤー等のワイヤーあるいは硬い当布を取り付け、これらとは別個に被係合部を取り付けてもよい。

上記カップ部として、異なるサイズを複数種類設け、これら複数種類のカップ部は、土台部との分離部分を同一形状としていると共に同一の係合部を取り付け、一種類の土台部に複数種類のカップ部を連結可能としている。
【００１７】
具体的には、サイズバリエーションに対応するため、土台部は、例えばＳ，Ｍ，Ｌの３種類程度とする一方、カップ部は土台部と係合する部位は土台部と同一のＳ，Ｍ，Ｌの３種類とする一方、カップ部のボリュームは更にバリエーションを持たせ、Ａ，Ｂ，…Ｇ等の２種類以上の多種類を設けている。
これは、土台部を含めた胴体回り寸法は、バック布に伸縮性を有する素材を用いたり、左右バック部を止める後環の列を多くすることによりサイズ調整が可能であるため、カップ部に比べ少ないサイズ数で、体型対応は可能である。
一方、カップ部は、カップサイズによってのみフィット性が決まり、かつ、ストレッチレースなど伸縮性を有する素材でカップ部を作製すると保形性・造形性が劣ることとなる。その結果、伸縮性を有しない素材を用い細かいサイズ分けした多種類のカップ部を設けておくことが保形形、造形性の面から望ましい。
よって、上記のように、異なるサイズのカップ部を、一つの土台部に対して連結可とするため、連結する分離部分の形状は同一形状とし、かつ、同一の係合部と被係合部を設けている。
勿論、土台部もカップ部と同様に、多くのサイズ別バリエーションを設けてもよい。

上記一対の縁取りフレームには、全長に上記雌雄係合させる係合部と被係合部を設け、雌側係合部は先端開口の小径孔の他端に大径孔を連接した形状とする一方、雄側被係合部を軸部先端に頭部を設けた形状とし、周方向先端の一端開口から、上記雄側被係合部の軸部を雌側係合部の小径孔に挿入すると共に頭部を大径孔に挿入して、分離位置に沿った周方向にスライドさせる構成としている。
カップ部と土台部を分離する場合は、逆方向にスライドさせて分離させている。
また、スライド終了位置で保持するために、雌雄係合部をロックするロック手段を長さ方向の端部の両方或いはいずれか一方に設けており、一方に設ける場合は、脇側端部に設けている。
このように、雌雄係合部は、その両方を全長に亙って設けて、全長で係合させると安定した係合ができると共に、係合しやすく外れにくく、部分的な凹凸がないため着用感もよく、しかも、ワイヤーの機能も果たすため造形性の点で好ましい。
なお、いずれか一方のみ全長に亙って設け、他方はそれより短くして、雌雄係合させても良い。

あるいは、上記一対の縁取りフレームには周方向に沿って間隔をあけて部分的に上記雌雄係合させる係合部と被係合部を設け、雌側係合部は先端開口の小径孔の他端に大径孔を連接した形状とすると共に周方向の一端を開口、他端を閉鎖する一方、雄側被係合部を軸部先端に頭部を設けた形状とし、上記雌側係合部の周方向の一端開口から、上記雄側被係合部の軸部を雌側係合部の小径孔に挿入すると共に頭部を大径孔に挿入して、他端閉鎖部までスライドさせ、かつ、雄側被係合部が閉鎖部まで達すると、これら雌雄係合部に設けた凹凸部が嵌合する構成としている。

また、雌雄係合部の形状は、上記一対の縁取りフレームには、周方向に間隔をあけて上記雌雄係合させる係合部と被係合部を設け、軸部の先端に頭部を有する雄側係合部を係止孔をあけた雌側被係合部に対して、縁取りフレームを重ねた状態で押し込んで係合する形状としてもよい。

あるいはまた、上記一対の縁取りフレームには、周方向に間隔をあけて上記雌雄係合させる係合部と被係合部を設け、貫通孔をあけた雌側係合部に対して、係止爪を設けた雄側被係合部を周方向と直交する径方向から押し込み、係止爪を貫通孔から突出させ、貫通孔の周縁に係止する構成としてもよい。
なお、一対の縁取りフレームに設ける係合部と被係合部とは、外れにくい雌雄係合形状であれば、上記した形状に限定されず、他の形状のものも適宜に用いられる。

上記縁取りフレームは肌接触側に設けているクッション性を有する素材の外面側に配置していることが好ましい。具体的には、土台布やカップ布の外面側に縁取りフレームを取り付け、上記土台布やカップ布の肌側にさらに肌触りの良いクッション性のある布を重ねている。なお、不織布やポリウレタンフォーム等を介在させてもよい。また、ポリウレタンフォームの表面に布を接着したものを用いてもよい。
このように、クッション性のあるものを肌側に配置すると、縁取りフレームおよび雌雄係合部を取り付けた部位の肌当たりを柔らくすることができる。

さらに、カップ部の表面にデザイン性を有する布を取り付けている。カップ部の裏面（肌側）にもデザイン性を有する布を取り付けてもよい。このように、カップ部の表裏両面にデザイン性を有する布を取り付けると、言わば、カップ部をリバーシブルとすることができる。カップ部をリバーシブルとして、表面側と裏面側とに異なるデザインの布をつけておくと、カップ部の膨らみを逆転させて着用することで、１つのカップ部で２つのバリエーションを楽しむことができる。このように逆転して使用する場合、右カップ部として土台部の右側の縁取りフレームに付けいたものは、土台部の左側の縁取りフレームに、左カップ部としていたものを土台部の右側の縁取りフレームに取り付けることとなる。
なお、土台部とカップ部の縁取りフレームが左右対称形状の場合は、カップ部の表裏を逆転した場合も、右カップ部は土台部の右側の縁取りフレームに、左カップ部は土台部の左側の縁取りフレームに取り付けて使用することができる。

土台部と分離する左右のカップ部は、左カップ部と右カップ部を分割して別ピースとし、それぞれ、別個に土台部に係合部材を介して連結することが好ましい。 このように、左右のカップ部を別個に土台部に取付可能としておくと、左右異なるデザインやカラーのカップを取り付けることが可能で、より個性的なブラジャー等を着用者の好みで作ることができる。
また、左右のバストサイズが若干異なる場合において、左右のバストサイズにそれぞれ適合した左カップ部、右カップ部をそれぞれ選択して取り付けることができ、よりきめ細かくサイズにフィットさせることができる。

上記土台部の左右両側より背面側に配置するバック部を、土台部と一体的に設け、あるいは係合手段を介して着脱可能に連結してもよい。
バック部を土台部から分割させて係合手段で連結させる構成とすると、バック部の伸縮度の強弱を変えたものや、カラーを変えたものを複数種類用意しておき、土台部との組み合わせを変えることにより、着用者の好みの着用感やデザインのブラジャーとすることができる。また、フロントホックで着脱可能に連結してもよい。

さらに、土台部は左右のカップ部にそれぞれ係合手段で取り付けられる左右土台部からなるが、この左右土台部を一体的に設けても良いし、前面中央で着脱可能に係合手段で連結される左右土台部に分離してもよい。
左右土台部を分離すると、カップ部の左右を分離して、そのサイズやカラーが相違させたものを選択した場合、それに対応した土台部を左右別に選択することが可能となる。

さらにまた、肩紐は両端がカップ部とバック部とに着脱可能に連結する構成とし、肩紐を選択して取り付けることができるようにしてもよい。この場合、着用者が肩紐を取り付けずに着用することも可能となる。
あるいは、肩紐は、その一端がカップ部とバック部のいずれか一方に予め取り付けておき、他端を上記いずれか他方に着脱可能に連結する構成としてもよい。このように、肩紐の一端をカップ部あるいはバック部に取り付けておくと、肩紐が紛失するのを防止できる。
また、カップ部の形状はフルカップ、３／４カップ、ハーフカップ等のいずれのタイプにも適用できる。

上記カップ部を有する衣類は、ブラジャー、ボデイスーツ、ブラジャー付きスリップ、ブラジャー付きシャツ、ブラジャー付きキャミソール、水着等からなる。 これらのカップ部を有する衣類では、カップ部と土台部の分離位置の形状および係合部材を共通化しておくと、カップ部を共用化することができる。例えば、ブラジャーのカップ部を取り外して、ボデースーツのカップ部やブラジャー付きスリップのカップ部として取り付けて使用することもできる。

さらに、本発明は、上記したカップ部と土台部とは分割され、それらを着脱可能に取り返すことができるカップ部を有する衣類の販売方法として、最適な通信ネットワークを利用した方法を提供している。

即ち、利用者の端末機にネットワークを介してサーバより情報を送信し、該情報により利用者が端末機から注文する販売方法であって、
上記サーバに、カップ部の複数種類のデザインと、カップ部の複数種類のサイズと、土台部のデザインと、土台部の複数種類のサイズが予め入力されて記録されており、
上記複数種類のカップ部のデザイン、カップ部のサイズ、土台部のデザイン、土台部のサイズが利用者の端末機に表示され、この表示された複数種類のうちから利用者がカップ部のデザイン、カップ部のサイズ、土台部のサイズ、土台部のデザインをそれぞれ選択して入力し、
上記サーバにおいて、上記入力されたカップ部のデザイン、カップ部のサイズ、土台部のサイズ、土台部のデザインを有するものを組み合わされて１つのカップ部を有する衣類をシュミレートとし、このシュミレートされた衣類を端末機の画面で表示し、
利用者は表示された衣類を見て判断し、注文信号をサーバへと出力することを特徴とするカップ部を有する衣類の販売方法を提供している。

上記カップ部および土台部の相違するデザインには、形状が同一でカラーが相違するものを含めている。即ち、まず、形状の相違で選択し、次に、同一形状であるがカラーの相違で選択できるようにしている。

上記販売方法によれば、利用者は家庭の端末機において、最新のデザインのカップ部および土台部を知ることができ、店舗で購入する時間がない場合や店舗が近くにない場合には、非常に便利な購入方法となる。かつ、これらの種々のデザインのカップ部と土台部を利用者の好みに応じて選択して組み合わせることができ、利用者の個性に合ったものとすることができる。
また、デザインの相違するカップ部には、その特徴を記載した表示を加えると、利用者が望んでいる機能を有するカップ部であるかを正確に把握することができ、購入した後に判断ミスが生じることを防止できる。
さらに、組み合わせたカップ部と土台部とをシュミレートした画面で見ることができるため、組み合わせを種々変えて、そのシュミレーションを得心行くまで繰り返し、利用者が最も好ましいものを判断することができ、自分の手作り的なブラジャー等とすることができる。

上記カップ部はＭ、ＬあるいはＡ〜Ｅ等の２〜６種類のサイズを揃えている一方、土台部はＭ，ＬあるいはＳ，Ｍ、Ｌの２〜５種類のサイズを揃えており、利用者が自己のトップバストサイズとアンダーバストサイズとを入力すると、サーバ側からカップ部の中から対応するサイズと、土台部の中から対応するサイズが端末機の画面で表示され、利用者は自己のサイズを知った後に、上記画面表示されたカップ部のサイズと土台部のサイズを選択することができるようにしている。

利用者は自己のトップサイズとアンダーサイズとは知っているが、それがカップ部のＡカップ、Ｂカップ等のいずれのカップに該当するかを正確に把握していない場合があり、特に、中高年者に場合には上記カップサイズを知らない場合が多い。よって、自己のサイズを入力すると、このサイズに適合したカップのサイズをサーバ側から知らせることは、通信ネットワークを利用して購入する場合以外の店頭購入時においても利用者にとって有効な情報となる。

カップ部の選択では、左カップ部と右カップ部とを異なるデザインおよび異なるサイズで選択可能としている。
さらに、分離している左右土台部、左右バック部、左右肩紐を、購入者は、それぞれ左右別々に選択可能としている。
さらにまた、カップ部と土台部を着脱可能に係合する複数種類の係合手段を画面表示し、表示された係合手段の中から所要の係合手段を利用者が選択できるようにしている。

このように、各部において選択可能とすると、より体型にフィットすると共に、要求する機能を備えたものとすることができる。かつ、各部のデザインやカラーを好みのものとすることにより、より個性的なものとすることができる。

上記カップ部と土台部を選択する前に、カップ部を有する衣類として、ブラシャー、ボデイスーツ、ブラシャー付きスリップ、ブラシャー付きシャツ、ブラジャー付きキャミソール、水着の種類を選択可能としている。

即ち、利用者が自分の好みのカップ部をブラジャーに用いても良いし、ボデイスーツのカップ部としても用いてもよい。あるいは、ブラジャー、ボデイスーツ、ブラジャー付きスリップに取り付けるカップ部をすべて統一した形状とカラーを有するものとできる等、カップ部を有する衣類であれば、各商品の枠組を越えて選択し、利用者の個性を反映させることができる。

また、一度、通信ネットワークを利用した販売方法でカップ部を有する衣類を注文した利用者のデータをサーバ内に保存しておき、次回以降では、利用者は上記カップ部あるいは土台部を、デザインを選択して注文するだけで、データ化されている所要のサイズで且つ選択したデザインのカップ部あるいは土台部がサーバに出力され、カップ部のみ、あるいは土台部のみを販売可能としている。

即ち、サイズデータはサーバに保存されているため、次回以降の注文では、デザインを選択するだけでよく、利用者の端末機の操作手数を省き、より便利に注文することができる。
さらに、サーバ側からも、保存しているデータから、先に選択された情報に基き、利用者の好みにあったデザインやカラーを優先的に画面表示していくことも可能であり、利用者に取って非常に便利なものとすることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施形態を図面を参照して説明する。
図１乃至図３は第１実施形態のブラジャーを示す。
ブラジャーＡは、左右カップ部１、２、土台部３、左右バック部４、５、左右の肩紐６、７からなる。

上記左カップ部１と右カップ部２とは別ピースであり、かつ、土台部３とも分離し、左右カップ部１、２はそれぞれ別個に土台部３に連結される。土台部３と左右バック部４、５は一体的に連続した１部材から形成している。左右の肩紐６、７の一端は上記左右バック部４、５に予め連結し、他端は左右カップ部１、２の上端に連結可能としている。
よって、第１実施形態のブラジャーＡでは、バック部４、５、左右肩紐６、７と土台部３は１つの連続したピースからなり、左右カップ部１、２と合わせて３ピースを組み合わせて構成している。

上記左右カップ部１、２と土台部３との分離位置はバージスラインに沿った位置であり、よって、左右カップ部１、２の分割端縁１ａ、２ａは下向きに円弧形状に膨らんだラインとなる。また、土台部３には左右一対の円弧状に窪んだカップ取付部３ａ、３ｂを設け、これらカップ取付部３ａ、３ｂの円弧状内周縁が分割端縁３ｃ、３ｄとなる。

上記左右カップ部１、２の分割端縁１ａ、２ａの全長に沿って樹脂製の縁取りフレーム１１（１１Ａ、１１Ｂ）を取り付ける一方、土台部３の分割端縁３ｃ、３ｄにも、その全長に沿って樹脂製の縁取りフレーム１２（１２Ａ、１２Ｂ）を取り付けている。
具体的には、これら縁取りフレーム１１、１２は全体として薄肉の帯状片を湾曲させた形状としている。縁取りフレーム１２は、１ｍｍ程度の薄肉とした取付部１２ａ、と厚さ２．５ｍｍとした相対的に厚肉の突出部１２ｂからなる２段形状で、取付部１２ａを土台部３の布３ｅの端縁に重ねて縫着（Ｈ）している。一方、縁取りフレーム１１は、薄肉の取付部１１ａの先端よりＬ形状の屈折の突出部１１ｂを設け、上記取付部１１ａを左右カップ部１、２のカップ布１ａ、２ａの端縁に重ねて縫着（Ｈ）している。
上記縁取りフレーム１１、１２はカップ部１、２のカップ布１ａ、２ａおよび土台部３の土台布３ａの肌側に縫着し、突出部１１ｂ、１２ｂを肌側と反対の外面側に突出させている。

上記土台部側の縁取りフレーム１２には図３に示す形状の係合部１４を一体成形で設けると共に、カップ部側の縁取りフレーム１１には図３に示す形状の被係合部１５を設けている。かつ、これら係合部１４と被係合部１５は、縁取りフレーム１１、１２の長さ方向の両端近傍位置と、その間に所要間隔をあけた複数箇所（図示の実施形態では４箇所）に形成している。

上記土台部３の縁取りフレーム１２に設ける係合部１４は雄型で、縁取りフレーム１２より突出する軸部１４ａの先端に球状頭部１４ｂを連設した形状としている。一方、カップ部１、２側の縁取りフレーム１１に設ける被係合部１５は十字形状に切り欠いた穴からなり、該穴を押し開いて球状頭部１４ｂを挿入するボールジョイント式の係合手段としている。

よって、土台部３の一対のカップ取付部３ａ、３ｂにカップ部１、２をはめ込み、土台部３の分離端縁の縁取りフレーム１２の突出部１２ｂの上面にカップ部１，２の縁取りフレーム１１を重ね、上記係止部１４の球状頭部１４ｂを被係止部１５の穴に押し込むと、カップ部１、２が土台部３に連結される。この連結状態で、球状頭部１４ｂは肌側と反対側に突出し、球状頭部１４ｂが肌側に当たらないようにしている。
土台部３からカップ部１、２を外す時は、カップ部１、２のフレーム１１をフレーム１２より離すように上方へ引っ張ると穴より球状頭部１４ｂが抜けて互いに離脱させることができる。

図４および図５は第２実施形態を示し、上記第１実施形態との相違点はカップ部１、２と土台部３との係合手段である。他の構成は第１実施形態と同様であるため説明を省略する。

この第２実施形態では、カップ側の縁取りフレーム１１と土台側の縁取りフレーム１２とを全周にわたって雌雄係合している。
