【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a concrete retaining wall.
[0002]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Conventionally, concrete retaining walls have been used for legal protection of embankments or cut slopes. It is necessary to construct a wide bottom plate in the ground so that the concrete retaining wall does not fall down due to earth pressure or water pressure. In addition, if it was necessary to block the flow of groundwater below the concrete retaining wall, a separate water barrier had to be provided. Therefore, the conventional concrete retaining wall technology takes time for construction and increases the cost.
[0003]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a concrete retaining wall capable of shortening construction time and cost.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As means for solving the above-mentioned problems, a steel sheet pile buried in the ground, a reinforcing bar joined to the top of the sheet pile and set up on the ground, a concrete wall constructed by embedding the reinforcing bar, A concrete retaining wall is provided.
[0005]
Further, a concrete retaining wall is provided, wherein a steel reinforcing bar attachment member is joined to an upper part of the sheet pile, and the reinforcing bar is joined to the reinforcing bar attachment member.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
<I> A steel sheet pile is used as the foundation of the steel sheet pile concrete retaining wall. As the steel sheet pile, a steel sheet pile having a U-shaped, Z-shaped, F-shaped or H-shaped cross section generally called a steel sheet pile, a steel pipe sheet pile using a steel pipe, or the like is used.
[0007]
And as shown in FIG. 1, these steel sheet piles 1 are installed in the underground of the construction planned place of a concrete retaining wall. In the case of a steel sheet pile, it is driven into the ground with a vibro hammer or a diesel hammer. In the case of a steel pipe sheet pile, it is driven into the ground with a diesel hammer or the like, or drilled with an earth ogre and placed in the hole.
[0008]
<B> Reinforcing bar attachment member After the steel sheet pile 1 is installed with a predetermined width while being connected through the joint parts, the steel reinforcing bar attachment member 2 is horizontally mounted on the upper end parts thereof by welding or the like. For the reinforcing bar mounting member 2, a channel material having a C-shaped section, an H-shaped section, or the like is used. In addition, these channel materials may be horizontally long, or a plurality of short materials may be horizontally mounted.
[0009]
<C> The lower end portion of the reinforcing bar 3 group is joined to the reinforcing bar attachment member 2 joined to the upper end portion of the reinforcing steel sheet pile 1 by welding or the like, and is raised to the ground portion. In this case, as shown in FIG. 2, the reinforcing bar 3 may be joined by welding the lower end portion of the vertical reinforcing bar to the back side of the reinforcing bar mounting member 2. In addition, the case where the reinforcing bar 3 is directly joined to the upper part of the steel sheet pile 1 by welding or the like without providing the reinforcing bar attaching member 2 is also conceivable.
[0010]
<D> When the concrete placement reinforcing bars 3 are assembled to a predetermined height with a predetermined width, the molds are assembled on both sides thereof, and the concrete is driven inside the molds. Thereby, the concrete retaining wall 4 based on the steel sheet pile 1 as shown in FIG. 1 can be constructed. In addition, when there is a flow of groundwater in the lower ground of the concrete retaining wall 4, since it is blocked by the steel sheet pile 1, it also has the function of a water blocking wall.
[0011]
<E> When the concrete retaining wall 4 is constructed in front of the existing block retaining wall 5 to be backfilled, the existing block retaining wall 5 is not removed and the
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention has been described above, the following effects can be obtained. <I> A wide bottom plate like a conventional concrete retaining wall is unnecessary, and the construction time and cost can be reduced.
[0013]
<B> Since the foundation of the concrete retaining wall and the water blocking wall can be used together, it is not necessary to construct a water blocking wall separately as in the prior art.
[0014]
<C> By constructing the front of the existing concrete block retaining wall, it is not necessary to remove the block retaining wall.
[Brief description of the drawings]
