【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、濾過具に関する。さらに詳しくは、コーヒー、紅茶、日本茶、中国茶等の使い捨て可能な濾過具に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より、カップ等の容器上面に載置可能な濾過具本体と、内部にコーヒー、紅茶等を収容可能な袋体とからなる濾過具が幅広く使用されている。この種の濾過具は、容器上面に濾過具本体を載置し、前記袋体に熱湯等を注ぐことにより抽出液を容器内部に流下させるものである。

この種の濾過具としては、特許第3032724号公報記載のものが公知である。該公報に記載される従来のコーヒー等の濾過具(図6)は、濾過具本体1と濾過袋5からなり、図6に示すように、まず、両帯片2,2を拡開し、その開口形状Kを環状(舟形)にして、カップ9等の容器の上部の外側面に挟持片4の内側面が当接するよう、濾過具本体1をカップ9に取り付ける(図7)。このようにカップ9に濾過具本体1を取り付けた後に、載置片3の中央付近を押し、カップ9の内側方向に載置片3を突出させて載置部3aを形成する。その際、前記載置片3には折れ込み筋である谷折線3c、山折線3d,3dが設けられているので、容易で且つ確実に載置部3aを形成することができる。載置部3aを形成した後、該載置部3a下縁をカップ9の開口部上縁に当接させることで、濾過具本体1をカップ9に載置して固定する。

このように濾過具本体1をカップ9に載置したのち、濾過袋5にコーヒーの粉末、紅茶等の所定のものを収容して、前記濾過袋5に熱湯等を注ぐことにより、抽出液がカップ9内に流下する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
市場には種々の大きさのカップが存在し、近年マグカップといわれる比較的大きなカップが若者の間でよく使用されている。このような大きなサイズのカップでも使用できる濾過具が望まれている。

前記公報記載の濾過具をカップ9に取り付けた様子を図7に示す。図に示すように従来の濾過具は、その開口部の形状は舟形(流線形)であり、また、帯片2が略垂直に載置されるため挟持片4が末広がりになり得なかった。そのため、大きなカップに取り付けるには、カップより十分に大きな帯片2を備えた濾過具でなければならないという問題点があった。また、収納スペース削減や搬送コスト低減などを目的とし、コンパクトなサイズの濾過具で大きなカップに取り付けられるものが望まれていた。

更に、大きなカップに濾過具を取り付けたとき、濾過袋5(袋体5a)が帯片2、2から剥がれる、帯片2同士を連結する屈曲部2aが***するなどの問題もあった。

本発明は、以上の問題点を解決するためになされたものであり、コンパクトな濾過具でありながら、比較的広い範囲の大きさのカップに対して広い開口部を確保しつつ、安定して取り付けられる濾過具を提供することを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するためになされた本発明に係わる請求項1記載の濾過具は、カップ等の容器9a上面に載置可能な濾過具本体1と、内部にコーヒー、紅茶等を収容可能な袋体5aとからなり、容器9a上面に濾過具本体1を載置し前記袋体5aに熱湯等を注ぐことにより抽出液を容器内部に流下すべく濾過具本体1に前記袋体5aが取り付けられた濾過具であって、前記濾過具本体1は一対の帯片2を拡開可能に形成されてなり、該帯片2の各々には、中央部に夫々容器9a上部を外側より挟持可能な挟持片4が設けられてなり、且つ、該挟持片4の上側には容器9aの開口部上縁と当接可能な載置片3を設け、さらに、前記帯片2の各々に2本の縦折れ込み筋2を設けてなることを特徴としている。

このように、挟持部6で容器9aの上部を挟持し、挟持部6の上方に位置する載置部3aを容器9aの開口部上縁に載置するとき、縦折れ込み筋2bに沿って前記帯片2が折れ曲がり、濾過具の開口部は略六角形状に広く開き、コンパクトな濾過具であっても大きなカップ9に用いることが可能となる。また、広い開口部を確保することが可能となり、お湯を注ぎやすくなる。本発明における上記「紅茶等」とは、紅茶のほか、緑茶やほうじ茶などの日本茶、烏龍茶や鉄観音茶などの中国茶を含む。

本発明の濾過具にあって、前記縦折れ込み筋2bは、帯片2の両側端からそれぞれ該帯片2の長さL1の1/5〜1/3内側の部位に上辺2fの部位から下方向に設けられる。特に、垂直線に対して30〜90度の角度αで下方向に設けられていることが好ましい。

このように角度αが30〜90度で外側下方向に設けられているので、濾過袋5を開くために該帯片2を拡開するとき、人差し指と親指により自然と該縦折れ込み筋2bに沿って該帯片2が折れ曲がり、その縦折れ込み筋2bに軽く曲がる癖がつく。その結果、六角形状の開口部を備えた濾過具を容易にカップに載置することができる。

本発明の濾過具にあっては、前記載置片3の両端側に2本の折れ込み筋3cが形成されており、さらにその内側に2本の折れ込み筋3dが形成されていて、前記内側の2本の折れ込み筋3dのほぼ中央部において前記載置片3と前記袋体5aとを貼着3bしてなることが好ましい。

本発明の濾過具において請求項5、6に記載の如く、前記載置部3aと前記袋体5aとの貼着3bは、熱板シール、超音波シール、ホットメルトによりなされることが好ましい。すなわち、帯片2、2を拡開したとき、袋体5aに引っ張られて内側への折り曲げられた載置片3が手指により内側に押す操作がなくとも自動的に形成される程度の貼着強度であればよいため、ノリなどを用いない粘着方法でよい。また、袋体5aと貼着する載置部3aの貼着部の表面はポリエチレンコートが施されていることが好ましい。

本発明の濾過具は請求項8、9、10に記載の如く、袋体5aに焙煎粉砕したコーヒーを収容することにより簡便に作ることのできるレギュラコーヒーを提供することができ、このレギュラコーヒーを真空あるいは窒素ガス充填した個装とすることにより、その都度新鮮なコーヒーを楽しむことができ、同様に、濾過具の袋体5aに紅茶や、その他の茶葉を収容することことで簡便に作ることができる紅茶や各種お茶を提供することもできる。この「茶葉」としては、日本茶(緑茶、ほうじ茶など)、中国茶(烏龍茶、鉄観音茶など)など各国の各種のお茶が該当する。

このようにすると、いわゆるマグカップなどの大きな上縁カップに載置する場合において、帯片2、2の下側を末広がりにすることができ、従来の同じサイズの濾過具に比べてより大きなカップ9に取り付けることが可能となる。また、その切除する形状を半U字形状とすることにより、折曲部2aへの応力集中を解消することも可能となる。

そして、本発明の望ましい実施形態としては、前記した縦折れ込み筋2bと前記半U字形状の切除を折曲部2aに設けた形態である。すなわち、本発明の濾過具は請求項11記載の如く、前記各帯片2の折曲部2aが帯片2の側端において下向き半U字形状に切除されていることを特徴とする。これにより、濾過具の下側は末広がりに広げることが可能となり、より大きなカップに対して取り付け可能となると共に、上側は六角形状に開口させることにより広い開口部を確保することができ、お湯などが注ぎやすくなる。また、その結果として濾過具のコンパクト化を図ることも可能となる。

本発明の濾過具は、前記折曲部2aの幅W2が5mm〜30mm(更に望ましくは5mm〜20mm)であることを特徴とする。折曲部2aの幅を上記サイズとすることにより、折曲部2aの適宜な柔軟性を確保し、カップ9に取り付ける際に末広がりとなり易くなる。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に本発明の濾過具の一実施形態について図1〜図3に示すが如く、濾過具本体1と濾過袋5とからなる濾過具について説明する。図1は濾過具の構成を説明するための正面図、図2はカップに載置された状態(使用態様)の濾過具を示す斜視図、図3は濾過具の拡開時の状態を示す斜視図である。

(濾過具本体1、帯片2、袋体5a)
濾過具本体1は、二つの帯片2が両端部の折曲部2aで互いに連結された形態からなる。具体的には、該濾過具本体1は、帯状の厚紙、防水加工を施した紙、プラスチック製シート等の剛性を有する材質のシートを環状に連結して、この環状のシートを前記折曲部2aで折り畳むことにより、二つの帯片2が環状に拡開するように形成されている。ここで、濾過具本体1(帯片2)は復元力を有する材料からなるため、拡開すると元の折り畳まれた状態に戻ろうと両帯片2にはお互いに他の帯片側に向かう力が働く。

前記二つの帯片2の間には、フィルター機能を備えた袋体5a(濾過袋5)を設ける。この袋体5aは図1において、帯片2の裏側に配置するものであり、図中点線で示す。この袋体5aの素材は濾過の対象に応じて適宜に決定する。コーヒー用としては不織布、パルプにポリプロピレンおよび/またはポリエチレン繊維を混和し抄紙したものなどが適している。袋体5aの内側には粉砕されたコーヒーや茶葉を収容し、袋体5aの上端を帯片2の中央上部に位置する摘み部11に貼着する。

この袋体5aの大きさは収容するコーヒーの量などにより適宜に決定すれば足りる。ここで、帯片2の上下のサイズを小さくしても、袋体5aの上下方向がこの帯片2よりも大きなサイズでは、濾過具全体のサイズは大きくなってしまう。濾過具のコンパクト化の観点から、この袋体5aは、帯片2に取り付けられた状態において、その下辺(袋体の下辺51)が帯片2の下辺(帯片2の下辺2g)と略一致、もしくは、より内側となる形態が望ましい。

(挟持片4、切欠部8)
夫々の帯片2には、中央下側に切欠部8が設けられ、この切欠部により帯片の中央下端に挟持片4が設けられる。具体的にこの切欠部8は帯片2から所定の形状を抜き取って形成される。挟持片4は、前記両帯片2を拡開して濾過具本体1をカップ9に取り付ける際、各帯片2に備わる該一対の挟持片4の上端内側でカップ9を挟持する。

カップ9をより安定して挟持する観点から、この切欠部8の下辺8b(挟持片4の上端)は円弧形状に付形するのが望ましい。図2は本発明における濾過具の使用態様を示す。図中矢印で示すように、この切欠部8の下辺8bを円弧とすることで、挟持片4とカップ9が隙間なく接することとなり、より強く挟持することが可能となる。この切欠部8の下辺8bの円弧形状は、カップ9の形状に応じて適宜に決定すれば足りるが、通常のカップ9であれば、その半径Rは50mm〜90mm程度が望ましい。

また、より大きなカップ9に対応する一方である程度の強度を確保する観点から、この切欠部8の長さL2は、帯片2の長さL1の1/2〜4/5程度が望ましい。

(載置片3、窓部7、折れ込み筋3c、3d)
前記切欠部8の上側には、一定の間隔を設けて窓部7を設け、この窓部7の下端と前記切欠部4の上端で囲まれた部位に谷方向(他方の帯片2側)に折り曲げ可能である載置片3が形成される。この載置片3は、その両端に屈曲可能として、谷方向への折り曲げを可能とする。なお、窓部7も前記切欠部8と同様に所定の形状を抜き取って形成される。図1では、挟持片4と一定の間隔を設けて長手方向に細長い窓を設ける。

前記載置片3は、その両端に山折れ用の折れ込み筋3d(山折筋3d)を設け、その内側に谷折れ用の折れ込み筋3c(谷折筋3c)を二本設ける。本発明における載置片3はこれらの山折筋3dと谷折筋3cにより前記谷方向への折り曲げを可能とする。この実施形態では、載置片3の屈曲の容易性を考慮し、前記山折筋3cと谷折筋3cとは平行な筋とする。

本発明は、濾過具の上辺をより広く開口させるべく、帯片2の各々に2本の縦折れ込み筋2bを設ける。この筋により帯片2は開口時に所定形状に屈曲する。この実施形態においてこの縦折れ込み筋2bは、貫通部分pと非貫通部分rとが交互にあるミシン目で構成する。なお、縦折れ込み筋2bはその筋にそって帯片2が屈曲しやすくなる構成であればよく、ミシン目以外では型押しにより細い溝をもって構成してもよい。

縦折れ込み筋2bを図1に示す。この実施形態において、縦折れ込み筋2bは、帯片2の長さL1の1/5〜1/3内側の部位であって、左右の両端それぞれに設ける。また、上下方向では、帯片2の上辺2fから切欠部8の上辺8aまで、帯片2の下方に向けて外側に広がる形態とする。

従来の濾過具における載置片3では、その両端に単に折れ込み筋を設けただけの構成であり、載置片3は内側へ屈曲可能であったものの、袋体5が傾いた場合にその傾きに付随して、載置片3事体が傾くことはできなかった。そのため、袋体5が大きく拡開し、貼着部3bが傾いた場合などには、袋体5と載置片3との角度に相違が生じ、載置片3と袋体5とが剥れてしまうことがあった。

しかし、この発明では上記3つの折れ込み筋2b、3c、3dにより前記載置片3の移動を制御するため、従来より多様な向きの屈曲が可能となった(ねじり屈曲が可能)。特に、大きなカップ9に載置するために大きく拡開した場合であっても、袋体5の角度に応じて(袋体5と同じ向き)載置片3が任意の角度に屈曲するため、袋体5から剥れてしまうことがなくなる。

(ミシン目)
前記縦折れ込み筋2b及び折れ込み筋3c、3dのミシン目の拡大図を図1bの丸図に示す。符号pはミシン目の貫通部分、符号rはミシン目の非貫通部分である。本発明において、ミシン目の長さに対して貫通部分pの割合は任意である。しかし、あまりに貫通部分pの割合が少なくては、適宜に帯片2を屈曲させる折れ込み筋の作用が十分に発揮されないおそれがある。そこで、この実施形態ではミシン目の貫通部分pは各折れ込み筋2b、3c、3dの長さの50%以上とする。

更に、縦折れ込み筋2bにおいては、この筋に沿って適宜に屈曲させ、その屈曲を適宜に保持するるする観点から、前記貫通部分pの長さを2〜6mm程度(望ましくは3〜6mm)、非貫通部分rの長さを1〜3mm程度とする。同様に、折れ込み筋3c、3dにおいては前記貫通部分pの長さを1〜4mm程度(望ましくは1〜3mm)、非貫通部分rの長さを0.5〜2mm程度(望ましくは1〜2mm)とする。

図1に示す帯片2の側端に位置する折曲部2aを図1下に示す。この図は、折曲部2aを正面に表裏の帯片2を展開した図である。図中、符号21と示される部分が二つの帯片2を連結させた折曲部2aである。

本発明では、望ましい実施形態として、この折曲部に下向き半U字形状に切除する。これにより、帯片2が末広がり状に広がることを容易にし、大きなサイズのカップ9(容器9a)への取り付けを可能とする。また、この切除の形状は折曲部2aへの応力集中を解消する。

適切な折曲部2aの幅W2は、帯片2の幅W1との比率によって決められる。折曲部の適宜な強度と柔軟性を確保する観点から、この幅W2は幅W1の1/6〜2/5程度の範囲(柔軟性を優先すると1/6〜1/4程度)が望ましい。具体的に、折曲部2aの幅W2は5〜30mm程度の範囲で実施可能であり、通常の大きさのカップ9を対象とする濾過具であれば5〜20mm程度とする。

なお、従来の濾過具では、濾過具をカップ9に載置した場合に、カップ9の取手92の形状によっては取手92が折曲部2aと当接し、濾過具の載置が不安定になってしまうことがあった。本発明の濾過具においては、図2に示すように取手92が前記折曲部2の切除した部分に嵌まるようになるため、取手92との当接を回避できる利点もある。

(使用方法)
次に、前述のように構成された濾過具の使用方法について、図2、3に基づいて説明する。

まず、図3に示すように、帯片2の中央上側に位置する摘み部11を摘んで両帯片2を拡開し、その後、カップ9の上端の外側面に挟持部4の内側面が当接するよう、濾過具本体1をカップ9に取り付ける。取り付けた態様を図2に示す。本発明において両帯片2を拡開すると、帯片2の両側に設けられた縦折込み筋2bで屈曲し、その開口形状は自動的に六角形状になり、広い開口部を実現することが可能となる。また、拡開時に載置片3に設けた折れ込み筋3c、3dが屈曲することにより、前記載置片3は谷側に突出するため、自動的に載置部3aが形成される。

この載置部3aを形成した後、この載置部3aの下端がカップ9の上端に当接されることで濾過具本体1はカップ9上に載置固定される。また、カップ9の上端は切欠部8に嵌まり込むため、単にカップ9上に載置するだけでなく、上下方向にも適宜に保持された取り付けが可能となる。カップ9が不用意に傾いた場合などであっても、カップ9から脱落することがない。

(他の実施形態)
本発明における縦折れ込み筋2bの他の実施形態を図4、図5を用いて説明する。図4は帯片2の正面図、図5は濾過具の使用状態を示す斜視図である。図4に示すように、この実施形態では、縦折り込み筋2bを帯片2の上辺2fから帯片2の下辺2gまで設けたものである。その配置は、帯片2の両端から帯片2の長さL1の1/5〜1/3内側の部位であり、その向きは前記上辺2fから下辺2gに向けて外側へ拡大するものである。このように、本発明において、縦折り込み筋2bは切欠部8の上辺8aまでではなく、帯片2の下辺2gまで配置する形態であってもよい。この縦折り込み筋2bを設けた濾過具をカップ9に取り付けた態様を図5に示す。

【発明の効果】
(1) 本発明の濾過具は、帯片2の両側に縦折れ込み筋2bを設ける。これにより、従来と同じ拡開手法であっても、その開口形状は自動的に六角形状となるので、従来の舟形の開口に比べ、より広い開口を確保することができる。また、その結果、同じサイズのカップ9に対して、濾過具のコンパクト化を図ることも可能となる。
