BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a heating cooker having a temperature adjustment function, and more particularly to a technique for easily displaying the temperature state (heating state) of an object to be heated while using a display unit having a simple configuration.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a heating cooker used in general households and the like, a temperature range in which the temperature of an object to be heated (that is, a cooking utensil such as a pan and / or contents contained in the cooking utensil; the same shall apply hereinafter) is set in advance. Some have temperature control means for adjusting the temperature. For example, in a general electromagnetic induction heating type cooking device, a microcomputer control unit is provided as such temperature control means. In such a cooking device, the temperature of the object to be heated is monitored by a temperature sensor, and the power level applied to the induction heating coil serving as a heat source for cooking is controlled by a microcomputer, so that the object to be heated (for example, tempura containing tempura oil) An automatic heating operation (also referred to as temperature control heating or temperature control heating) that adjusts and maintains the temperature of the pan in a predetermined set temperature range can be performed.
[0003]
Usually, in the case of a heating cooker that performs automatic heating operation by such temperature control means, a display unit that displays the temperature state of the object to be heated at the time of cooking (heating treatment) is provided on the surface portion of the cooker body (housing). It has been. For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-219283 discloses an electromagnetic induction heating type cooking device having a display unit that displays that a heated object has reached a predetermined set temperature range when cooking fried food such as tempura. Is described.
In FIG. 9, the typical example of the display part generally provided in the heating cooker provided with the said temperature control means is shown. As shown in the figure, a
[0004]
By the way, in the
In addition, regarding the display forms of the lamps shown in the drawings submitted together with the present specification, white is unlit, black is continuous lighting, and hatched is blinking at predetermined intervals. Is shown.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, according to the conventional display mode as shown in FIG. 9, the same lamp (in this case, 2c in FIG. 9) is lit regardless of whether the temperature is rising or suitable. Therefore, the user can only determine whether the temperature has reached the appropriate temperature or the temperature is rising, depending on whether the lamp is always lit or flashing, so that the user has already reached the optimal temperature stage. It was difficult to determine at a glance whether it was still in the process of temperature rise.
In view of this, the present invention provides a display unit having a simple structure as described above, and displays a temperature state of an object to be heated (typically, determination as to whether or not it is at an appropriate temperature stage) in a display mode that a user can easily recognize. It aims at providing the cooking device which can be displayed.
[0006]
Means for Solving the Problem, Action and Effect] The heating cooker of the present invention provided to achieve the above object comprises temperature control means for adjusting the temperature of an object to be heated to a preset temperature range. And a display unit for displaying the temperature state of the object to be heated during the heat treatment with temperature adjustment. The display unit is provided with a lamp group including two or more lamps respectively corresponding to different temperature ranges. When the temperature of the object to be heated is in an appropriate temperature stage that has reached the set temperature range, the lamp group displays a notification to that effect, and the temperature of the object to be heated reaches the set temperature range. When it is in the previous temperature raising stage, a display for notifying that is performed. In addition, a lamp display mode that uses a lamp corresponding to the set temperature range in the lamp group and a lamp corresponding to a lower temperature range than the set temperature range when displaying the temperature rising stage. Switch the lighting of the group over time and display At the same time, the display of a mode in which the lighting portion of the lamp group corresponding to the low temperature region is shifted from the low temperature region side to the high temperature region side over time is repeated. The lamp display mode is executed simultaneously.
In the present specification, the “lamp display mode” means that one or two or more lamps blink in a predetermined pattern and / or are turned on or off at a predetermined timing, and the lamp light is formed over time. A display form (display pattern).
[0007]
In the cooking device of the present invention having such a configuration, when the object to be heated is in the temperature rising stage during the heat treatment with temperature adjustment (that is, during the automatic heating operation), in addition to the lamp corresponding to the set temperature range, Switch on / off the lamp corresponding to low temperature over time The display mode is such that the lighting part flows from the low temperature side to the high temperature side over time. Therefore, it is possible to clearly notify the user that the object to be heated is in the temperature rising stage in a state that is more noticeable than before. Therefore, according to the cooking device of the present invention, the user can easily recognize that the object to be heated is in the temperature raising stage (that is, has not yet reached the appropriate temperature stage).
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a technique for easily displaying the temperature state of an object to be heated using a lamp group of a display unit provided in a heating cooker. In carrying out the present invention, there is no particular limitation on the type of cooking device and the type and quantity of the cooking heat source installed.
[0011]
In addition, there is no particular limitation on the configuration and arrangement of the lamp group that displays the temperature, but the lamp group is composed of two or more substantially identical lamps (that is, any apparent individuality is recognized in any lamp. A lamp group composed of a plurality of lamps having the same shape and the same degree to a certain extent) is preferable as the temperature display lamp group according to the present invention. In this case, a particularly suitable temperature display lamp group is composed of two or more substantially identical LEDs (typically five or more) arranged close to each other (form 1). In the cooking device of the first aspect, the two kinds of lamp display modes can be simultaneously executed by the two or more LEDs (LED group) quickly and with low power consumption. In addition, a heating cooker is particularly preferable in which the lamps constituting the temperature display lamp group are configured by a lamp capable of emitting light of a plurality of colors (two-color LED or the like) (mode 2). According to the cooking device according to the second aspect, the lamp display mode to be executed is made to have various contents more conspicuous by taking into account the change of the color of the light in addition to the blinking pattern of the lamp and the timing of turning on / off. can do.
[0012]
In addition, there may be various embodiments as means for causing each lamp of the temperature display lamp group to correspond to a different temperature range, but a predetermined temperature range is provided in the vicinity of each lamp arranged and arranged close to each other. Means for attaching a sign (typically a temperature scale) to be shown is preferable from the viewpoint of easy visual recognition to the user (form 3). According to the heating cooker of the third aspect, the temperature range corresponding to each lamp can be confirmed at a glance. As a result, the temperature state and / or the set temperature range of the object to be heated at the temperature rising stage is specifically notified. It is easy to form a lamp display mode.
Moreover, the specific aspect of the indication of the said temperature range is not limited regarding this invention. For example, a specific temperature value may be assigned to each lamp constituting the temperature display lamp group. For example, temperature values (for example, values in increments of 10 ° C. such as 140, 150) indicating each temperature range divided into a predetermined temperature range (eg 140 ° C. to 200 ° C.) are arranged close to each other. The lamp may be assigned to each lamp (see FIG. 5 described later). Alternatively, it is also possible to use a mode in which terms that can be relatively compared with each temperature range divided into several predetermined temperature ranges (for example, terms used for relative evaluation such as low, medium, and high) are assigned to each lamp. .
[0013]
In addition, the blinking pattern of each lamp | ramp which comprises the temperature display lamp group with which the heating cooker of this invention is equipped, switching of lighting / extinction, or a color change (typically implement | achieved by the change of a supply voltage value). It can be performed by a general microcomputer unit (lamp control unit) similarly to the conventional cooking device. The physical construction of the control system itself is not limited and may be the same as in the past.

As described above, the
In the second temperature increase display mode (FIG. 5), the lighting portion in the lamp groups L1 to L4 corresponding to the lower temperature range than the set temperature is always only one of the lamps. It is not limited to. For example, the lighting portions in the lamp groups L1 to L4 gradually increase from the low temperature side to the high temperature side over time, that is, one by one from the lamp L1 to the lamp L4 at predetermined intervals. Alternatively, after all the four lamps L1 to L4 are turned on, the lights are turned off all at once, and the cycle in which the lamps L1 are turned on one by one again is repeated.
[0031]
Next, a second embodiment in which the temperature increase display mode is different will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 8 is a diagram schematically illustrating the temperature increase display mode according to the second embodiment. In addition, all the operation modes and apparatus configurations other than the temperature increase display mode shown below of the heating cooker according to the present embodiment are the same as those in the above-described embodiment (hereinafter referred to as “first embodiment”), and overlapped. I do not explain.
[0032]
As shown in FIGS. 8A to 8E, in this embodiment, two lamp display modes using different lamps L1 to L4 and L5 as the temperature increase display mode are simultaneously performed. That is, the first temperature increase display mode according to the present embodiment is the same as the first temperature increase display mode according to the first embodiment, and only the lamp L5 that indicates a temperature range of 180 ° C. corresponding to the set temperature. Is a mode in which blinking is displayed at a predetermined interval. Such blinking control is continued while the temperature is being raised.
[0033]
On the other hand, the second temperature increase display mode according to the present embodiment uses a total of four lamps L1 to L4 each indicating a

Thus, when the temperature raising stage further proceeds and it is determined that the detected temperature is 180 ° C. or higher, that is, when the object to be heated has escaped from the temperature raising stage and has reached the appropriate temperature stage, the
[0035]
As described above, by simultaneously executing the two temperature increase display modes according to the second embodiment, it is possible to notify that the object to be heated is in the temperature increase stage in a visually conspicuous manner. Therefore, even with the heating cooker according to the present embodiment, the user can determine at a glance whether the object to be heated is already in the proper temperature stage or is still in the process of temperature increase (temperature increase stage). . Moreover, according to the temperature increase display mode according to the present embodiment, the temperature of the object to be heated at the temperature increase stage can be grasped in real time. At the same time, the set temperature can be confirmed. By this, according to the heating cooker which concerns on a present Example, a user sees the time-dependent change (refer (a)-(e) of FIG. 8) of the temperature of the to-be-heated object in the temperature rising stage, It is possible to predict the time point at which the temperature reaches the appropriate temperature based on the temperature rise of the object to be heated and the difference between the set temperature and the current temperature. For this reason, the user can set a rough standard of the time when cooking such as fried food can be started.
[0036]
As mentioned above, although two suitable Examples of the heating cooker of this invention were described with reference to drawings, this invention can be implemented in various embodiment, without being limited to these Examples. For example, all the lamps constituting the lamp group of the
[0037]
Further, each of the above-described embodiments relates to a heating cooker provided with means (that is, the thermal power adjustment switches 56 and 66 shown in FIG. 2) that can change the set temperature to a temperature desired by the user at any time. The form is not limited. For example, even if the set temperature related to the above automatic heating operation is fixed and set to 180 ° C. (that is, a temperature suitable for deep-fried food) at the time of shipment, and this type of heating cooker cannot be changed by the user Good.
[0038]
In each of the above embodiments, two types of independent lamp display modes are simultaneously executed as the temperature increase display mode. However, three or more types of independent lamp display modes may be simultaneously executed. Good. For example, in the second embodiment described above, a lamp L6 indicating a temperature range of 190 ° C. and a lamp L7 indicating a temperature range of 200 ° C. (see FIG. 8) which are not related to any lamp display mode are utilized. A lamp display mode characterized by flashing L6 and L7 alternately at predetermined intervals or simultaneously flashing is set as a third temperature increase display mode and is performed simultaneously with the first and second temperature increase display modes. There may be.
