本発明は衛生装置の暖房される便座機構を、浸水防止、かつ、漏電が防止された着脱機構を採用することに係り、特に暖房便座部分を着脱できると共に、安全性を確保することに好適な衛生装置のヒンジ部構造に関する。

従来、暖房された便座部分と、その便座部分を制御する本体部分を着脱する機構を有する衛生装置が発明されている。また暖房された便座部分と、その便座部分を制御する本体部分の電気的な接続として、便座部分と本体部分の両者ハーネスの端部に設けられたコネクタを採用して電気的な接続を実施することが実現されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の衛生装置の暖房便座部分と本体部分の着脱機構では、電気的な接続を外すことができず、トイレから持ち出しすることができずに、着脱した暖房便座部分がトイレ掃除を実施するときに邪魔となる場合がある。本発明は、上記課題を解決するためになされたもので、本発明の目的は、衛生装置本体から暖房された便座部分を着脱し、また清掃時に使用する水・洗剤等によって電力リークがおきて、信頼性・安全性に問題が発生することがない衛生装置のヒンジ部構造を提供することにある。

上記目的を達成するために請求項１は、ヒンジ機構を本体部分と着脱することによって、便座部分と前記本体部分の制御機構が着脱自在に接続される機構において、

【発明の実施の形態】
図１は本発明を実施した衛生装置の１実施例である。図示しない電気的なヒーター機構によって暖房される、人体が着座する便座部分１と、その便座１を回動自在とするヒンジ部分２と、便座１の図示しない暖房機構を制御する機構を内蔵する本体部分３とより成る衛生装置（いわゆる人体局部洗浄装置）において、便座１とヒンジ２に電気的な接続を実施すると共に、そのヒンジ２を本体３と着脱することによって、便座１と本体３の制御機構が着脱自在に接続されている。

図２は本発明を実施した衛生装置の接続部詳細図である。図示しない電気的なヒーター機構によって暖房される、人体が着座する便座１と、その便座１を回動自在とするヒンジ２と、便座１の図示しない暖房機構を制御する機構を内蔵する本体３とより成る衛生装置において、便座１とヒンジ２とを電気コード４で接続することにより便座１とヒンジ２に電気的な接続を実施すると共に、そのヒンジ２を本体３と着脱するために、ヒンジ２の内部には便座１と電気的に接続されると共に、便座１の回動に合わせて変形する電源コード４と接続された接触子５が便座１の左右に設けられている。図示しない暖房機構を制御する機構を内蔵する本体３の前面に設けられたヒンジ２の固定部６には、同じく図示しない暖房機構を制御する機構と接続された接続子７が取り付けられている。便座１と本体３を一体化するときには、ヒンジ２の接触子５を本体３の固定部６内の接続子７に接続させながら、ヒンジ２を固定部６に被せるようにして取り付ける。ここで、電力供給機構は左右に設けられているため、万一、本体３の左右の接続子７間で電力がリークするには沿面距離が長く、実際に漏電となる恐れがない。なお、本実施例では電力のみを供給する例を記載したが、便座の温度を制御するためのセンサー信号接続子を同じように設けても良い。
