Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a concrete greening revetment block having both slope revetment and greening in a river or a coast.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, a multi-natural construction method that combines greening and revetment has been adopted for revetments on rivers and coasts, and various construction methods using porous concrete have been developed. However, when focusing on slope greening, there is a problem that it becomes difficult to obtain the strength and weight necessary for a revetment block because the void volume of porous concrete is increased for greening.
Conversely, when the emphasis is on revetment, there was a problem that the void volume of the porous concrete was reduced, impeding the filling of medium materials and seeds necessary for vegetation, or the growth of plant roots, etc. .
[0003]
In order to solve these problems, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 5-295714 discloses a method of forming a foundation frame or the like made of ordinary concrete around the porous concrete block portion for supporting or reinforcing. However, the foundation frame made of ordinary concrete is exposed to the surface even after construction, so that part cannot be greened, and if the plant of the porous concrete block part does not stretch, the actual greening will not occur. It was.
[0004]
On the other hand, in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-98654, there is a greening concrete block in which a porous concrete layer is integrally provided on the surface of a precast concrete block body in order to green the entire surface without exposing the concrete color of the concrete block. It is disclosed.
However, this concrete block for greening has increased water retention because the porous concrete layer is provided only on the surface of the precast concrete block body, but after heavy rainfall, the water drainage becomes worse, and excess moisture is lost in the porous concrete layer. Since it accumulates in plants, root rot of plants is a concern.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In view of the present situation as described above, an object of the present invention is to provide a concrete green revetment block that satisfies both functions of greening and revetment, and in particular can green the entire revetment surface.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention, a normal concrete block portion provided with one or two or more through holes in a vertical direction is filled and closed with the through holes, and has a continuous gap as an upper layer with respect to the normal concrete block portion. By the concrete greening revetment block, which is composed of a structure in which the porous concrete block part is integrally joined , and the ordinary concrete block part and the porous concrete block part are firmly connected via a reinforcing bar, The strength of the revetment is normal concrete block, and the porous material is filled with medium material and seed mixed with soil improver, water retention material, fertilizer, etc. in the void of the block to give vegetation function. .
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
The concrete greening revetment block 1 according to the present invention comprises an upper porous concrete block portion 2 and a normal concrete block portion 4 provided with a lower through-hole 3 in the vertical direction as shown in FIGS. The through-hole 3 is filled and closed with a porous concrete block portion 2, and both the concrete portions 2 and 4 are firmly connected via reinforcing bars 5. The porous concrete block portion 2 is obtained by bonding and hardening an aggregate 6 made of coarse aggregate such as crushed stone of about 2.5 to 40 mm with cement or the like. The aggregate 6 has the same diameter. Pumice, fired clay, or lightweight aggregate may be used. The porosity of the porous concrete block portion 2 is not particularly limited as long as it has continuous voids, but it is preferably about 20 to 40% considering the ease of plant rooting and the ability to absorb moisture by capillary action. The voids are filled with seed 7 and soil mixed with pearlite, a soil conditioner, a water retention material such as a water-absorbing polymer, and a medium 8 mixed with fertilizer.
[0008]
The thickness of the concrete greening revetment block 1 is about 10 to 40 cm, and the ratio between the thickness of the porous concrete block portion 2 and the ordinary concrete block portion 4 is the amount of medium material to be filled in the gap and the water absorption amount of the medium material. In consideration of the above, it is desirable that about 1: 1 is secured.
[0009]
When using it for revetment, etc., shape the revetment target slope with a power excavator, etc., place foundation concrete on the bottom part, form the anchorage 9 shown in FIG. Lay down. The concrete greening revetment blocks 1 are connected to each other by providing a notch 10 on the outer periphery of the porous concrete block 2 and a plate between the exposed inserts 11 embedded in the ordinary concrete block 4 as shown in FIG. This is done by fixing the blocks to each other with bolts 13 through 12 or the like and forming a connecting portion 14. Since the porous concrete block portion 2 is not provided in the connecting portion 14, it cannot be greened as it is, but a sandbag or the like filled with a medium material or the like may be put after the connecting operation is completed.
[0010]
When the concrete greening revetment block 1 is laid, the porous concrete block portion 2 is filled with seeds 7 and medium material 8, so that after the laying, the rain water and ground water are supplied to the porous concrete block portion 2 as shown in FIG. By sucking up through capillaries, water is retained in the voids, and the seeds get enough moisture to germinate and grow. Furthermore, since excessive water after a large amount of rain permeates the ground through the through-holes 3 provided in the ordinary concrete block portion 4, the porous concrete block portion 2 is in a state in which an appropriate moisture environment is maintained in the plant. .
[0011]
Furthermore, since the porous concrete block part 2 is joined to the upper part of the ordinary concrete block part 4, it has strength as a revetment, so there is no need to lay a frame or the like around it. Can be done.
[0012]
In addition, in the case of the concrete greening revetment block 1 having a size of 1 m square, the through-hole 3 provided in the ordinary concrete block portion 4 is preferably provided with about 5 holes having a diameter of about 15 to 20 cm. It is sufficient that one or two or more holes having a diameter of about 5 to 50 cm are provided at intervals that can maintain the strength depending on the state of the place. In order to prevent the culture medium material 8 from leaking from the through-hole 3 at the bottom of the through hole 3, a non-woven paper 15 or the like is pasted as shown in FIG. 8, and the culture medium material 8 and the seed 7 flow out by wind and rain after construction. In order to prevent this, it is preferable to spray a vinyl acetate emulsion, polyvinyl alcohol or the like on the surface of the porous concrete block portion 2. In particular, the side surface may be affixed with an inorganic solidifying material such as mortar, tape, non-woven paper or the like.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
Since the concrete greening revetment block according to the present invention is configured as described above, the upper porous concrete block portion greens the whole revetment surface and brings the waterside closer to the natural environment, while the lower ordinary concrete block portion The revetment can be firmly performed, and the water environment of the medium material of the porous concrete block part can be maintained in an appropriate state for the plant through the through hole provided in the normal concrete block part.
