本発明は、システム天井などに使用する天井埋込形の照明器具に係り、より詳しくは天井に架設した天井バーに対する取り付けや取り外しの作業性を向上させた照明器具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
図12、図13は、例えば実公平4−6091号公報に開示された従来のシステム天井用の照明器具の一例を示す縦断面図及びその要部を示す斜視図である。1はシステム天井の天井板、2は天井から吊り下げて固定した天井枠、3は天井枠2の頭部、4は天井枠2に設けられた鍵溝である。
5は天井面に埋め込まれた照明器具、6は照明器具5の左右の側面を構成する一対のサイドチャンネル(図は一方のみ示す)で、ソケット7、反射板8その他照明器具に必要な各器具類を支持する。また、9はクッション材、10はリード線である。

次に、上記のように構成した照明器具の作用を説明する。照明器具5を天井枠2に取付けるには、まず照明器具5の取付金具11を天井枠2の頭部3に載置する。このとき、取付金具11の平坦部13の下面が天井枠2の頭部3に載置され、垂直部14の内側面が頭部3の外側面と対向し、支持片15は天井枠2の内側面と対向する。
こうして垂直部14と支持片15によって、取付金具11が天井枠2に対して横方向(図中、左右方向)のずれを防止する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記のように構成した従来の照明器具では、天井枠2に照明器具5を固定する際、取付金具11に固着された支持片15の通過穴21に引掛具17を挿入して移動させなければならないので、作業性が悪い。
また、取付金具11や引掛具17を隠すため反射板8を後から天井枠2に載置し化粧ネジ25で固定しなければならないため、天井面での組立て作業に手間取る。

本発明は上記のような課題を解決するためになされたもので、取付金具の着脱作業や反射板の取付作業が容易かつ良好な照明器具を得ることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明に係る照明器具は、ウェブの両端部に上部フランジと下部フランジが設けられ、前記下部フランジが天井に固定された断面I字状の一対の天井バーと、平面部、該平面部の両端部が同方向にほぼ直角に折り曲げられ、先端部に前記天井バーの上部フランジに当接する水平部及び前記天井バーの上部フランジの外側に配設される係止片を有する立上り片、前記平面部に立上り片に近接して設けられた開口部、該開口部の近傍に設けられた押え片、及び前記平面部の中央部側に設けられた長穴からなる取付金具と、両端部に前記天井バーの下部フランジに当接するフランジを有し、中央部側に前記取付金具の長穴に対応した長穴が設けられ、ランプ、安定器、反射板等が収容されて上面に前記取付金具が固定された断面ほぼ鍋形状の器具本体と、
弾性材からなり、平面部、該平面部の一端をほぼ直角に折り曲げて先端部に前記天井バーの上部フランジに係止する引掛片が形成された垂下片を有するほぼL字状の一対の係止金具とからなり、
該係止金具の平面部を前記取付金具の押え片に挿入すると共に、前記係止金具の平面部の一端に位置する前記垂下片を前記取付金具の平面部に立ち上がり片に近接して設けられた開口部に挿入して該取付金具上に摺動可能に配設し、前記係止金具の平面部の他端に前記器具本体及び取付金具の長穴から挿入された解除ネジを螺入し、前記係止金具を天井面に取り付ける際には、平面部の他端を解除ネジで締め、一端を押え片で支持して、該係止金具の上下方向への移動を阻止した状態で、係止金具の垂下片及び引掛片が器具本体の両側面部方向にたわむようにして引掛片を天井バーの上部フランジに係止前記係止金具を天井面から取り外す際には、押え片を支点として平面部の他端の解除ネジをゆるめて該平面部の他端部を持ち上げ、前記係止金具の垂下片及び引掛片を取付金具の立上り片より離して引掛片を天井バーの上部フランジから外れるようにしたものである。

【作用】
照明器具を取付けるには、これを天井内に押し込んで自然に落し込むと、係止金具の引掛け片が天井バーの係止部に係合する。また、照明器具を取り外すには、取付金具の下方から解除ネジを操作して、係止金具を天井バーの係止部から解除する。

また照明器具を取り外すには、解除ネジの先端で係止金具の中央部を下面から突き上げ係止金具をたわませて、係止金具を天井バーの係止部から解除する。

図1は本発明の第1の実施例の要部を示す縦断面図、図2は図1の作用説明図、図3、図4はそれぞれ図1の要部を示す斜視図である。26は天井に架設された一対の天井バーで、断面I状をなし、天井から平行に吊り下げ固定する。27は天井バー26のウェブ28の上部に形成された上部フランジ、29は上部フランジ27の左右下面部に形成された係止部、30はウェブ28の下部に形成された下部フランジである。
31は照明器具、32は断面が鍋形状で樋状をした照明器具本体(器具本体)
、33,34は器具本体32を構成する側面反射部及び上面反射部である。

次に、上記のように構成した第1の実施例の作用を説明する。なお、以下の説明では、照明器具31の装着、脱着は図に示された部分のみ説明するが、図に記載のない部分についても同様である。まず、照明器具31を天井面に取付ける操作は以下の通りである。反射板38を装着してある器具本体32を一対の天井バー26の間から傾けた状態で押し上げ、これを天井内で水平にして引き下げる。こうすると、器具本体32の両側面部33の下端部に設けたフランジ35が天井バー26の下部フランジ30に当接する。
また、取付金具42の下端水平部46は天井バー26の上部フランジ27に当接し、係止片47は上部フランジ27の外側面48に垂下する。従って、器具本体32の左右への移動が防止される。

また、上述のようにして取付金具42の下端水平部46が天井バー26の頭部フランジ27に当接されるときは、天井バー26の係止部29に係止金具52の端部に設けた引掛片55が係止する。
すなわち、取付金具42を引き下げると、係止金具52の平面部53の一端は解除ネジ56によって固定され、他端は押え片50によって上方への移動が阻止されているので、係止金具52の垂下片54及び引掛片55が器具本体32の両側面部33方向にたわみ、引掛片55はこの状態のまま下降する。こうして、取付金具42の下端水平部46が天井バー26の頭部フランジ27に当接すると、係止金具52の引掛片55は天井バー26の係止部29に係止する。従って、器具本体32の上方への浮き上がりが防止される。

この状態で、器具本体32を天井内に押し込みながら傾斜させて引き下げれば、器具本体32を天井面から取り外すことができる。
