この発明は、建築物、船舶、地下通路等の構築物の天井裏に配設された各種の配線・配管等を保守・点検するために天井板に開口された開口部に装着される天井点検口に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、天井板に開口された開口部に装着される外枠体と、その外枠体の開口部に対し、一方向に長い一対の開閉用アームによって開閉可能に組み付けられる内枠体と、外枠体と内枠体との間に跨って係脱可能に配設され同内枠体を閉じ状態に閉止する閉止手段と、を備えた構造の天井点検口が知られている。
また、この種の天井点検口には、例えば、特開2000−64586号公報等に開示されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、外枠体の外枠部と内枠体の内枠部との間に一方向に長い一対の開閉用アームを配置するためのスペースを確保するために、外枠部と内枠部との間の隙間を所定値以上に大きくする必要がある。そして、外枠部と内枠部との間に設けられた隙間に相当する分だけ外枠体に対し内枠体が水平方向にガタツキやすくなるという問題点があった。

この発明の目的は、前記従来の問題点に鑑み、外枠体に対する内枠体の水平方向のガタツキを防止しながら、外枠体と内枠体との間に開閉用アームを配設するためのスペースを容易に確保することができる天井点検口を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記目的を達成するために、請求項1の発明に係る天井点検口は、天井板の開口部に装着される外枠体と、前記外枠体の開口部に対し一方向に長い一対の開閉用アームによって開閉可能に組み付けられる内枠体と、前記外枠体と前記内枠体との間に跨って係脱可能に配設され同内枠体を閉じ状態に閉止する閉止手段と、を備えた天井点検口であって、前記外枠体は、その外枠部の断面において、前記天井板の開口部の内周面に沿う外下壁部と、その外下壁部から内側に向けて張り出された上段差部と、その段差部から上方に向けて設けられた外上壁部とを有する一方、前記内枠体は、その内枠部の断面において、前記外下壁部の内周面に沿う内下壁部と、その内下壁部から前記上段差部の下面に沿って張り出された中段差部と、前記外上壁部の内周面に沿いかつ前記中段差部から上方に向けて設けられた内上壁部とを有し、前記外下壁部から張り出された上段差部の張り出し寸法に対し、前記内下壁部から張り出された中段差部の張り出し寸法が大きく設定され、これによって前記外上壁部と前記内上壁部との間に構成された隙間内おいて前記開閉用アームが配設されている。
したがって、外枠体に対し内枠体を開放する場合、閉止手段による係合を外した状態で、外枠体に対し内枠体が開閉用アームを介して開放される。
また、外枠体と内枠体において、外枠体の外下壁部から内側に向けて張り出された上段差部の張り出し寸法に対し、内枠体の内下壁部から内側に向けて張り出された中段差部の張り出し寸法が適宜に大きく設定されている。これによって、外枠体の外下壁部と内枠体の内下壁部との間の隙間は可及的に小さく設定しながら、外枠体の外上壁部と内枠体の内上壁部との間には、一対の開閉用アームを配設するための隙間を容易に確保することができる。
さらに、外下壁部と内下壁部との間の隙間を小さくした分だけ外枠体に対する内枠体の水平方向のガタツキを軽減することができる。
また、外枠体は、その外枠部が、外下壁部、上段差部及び外上壁部を備えているため、変形し難くかつ強固となる。また、内枠体においても、その内枠部が、内下壁部、中段差部及び内上壁部を備えているため、変形し難くかつ強固となる。このように、外枠体及び内枠体の強度を高めて耐久性の向上を図ることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
(実施の形態1)
この発明の実施の形態1を図1〜図14にしたがって説明する。
天井点検口を平面で表した図7、及び図7のIII−III線に基づく断面で表した図3において、天井板1に開口された開口部2に装着される天井点検口30は、外枠体31と、その外枠体31の開口部に対し開閉用アーム90によって開閉可能に装着された内枠体51と、外枠体31と内枠体51の間に跨って配設され内枠体51を閉じ状態に閉止する閉止手段をなす下止め部材110及び施錠部材120とを備えている。
なお、説明の便宜上、天井板1の開口部2の中心側を内、反対側を外として説明する。また、図5に示すように、天井板1の上方(奥側)には、その開口部2の近傍において野縁3が配設され、その野縁3上には断面チャンネル状の取付用受け部材4が配設されている。

図1、図2、及び図7に示すように、外枠体31は、その外枠部をなす縦横の各外枠材32によって矩形に枠組み構成されている。これら縦横の各外枠材32は、アルミ合金等の軽合金の押出型材や、ステンレス鋼板等の金属板の折曲げ加工材等によって略同一の横断面形状に形成されている。
そして、各外枠材32は、天井板1の開口部2の内周面に沿って略平行する外下壁部33と、その外下壁部33の上端から内側に向けて若干張り出された上段差部34と、その上段差部34の張り出し端部から上方に向けて垂直状に設けられた外上壁部35と、外下壁部33の下端から天井板1の下面に向けて張り出された係合縁38とを備えて断面略W字状に形成されている。

また、各外枠材32の外上壁部35の内側の下端部から上端部にわたって蟻溝状をなす嵌込み溝37が内側に開口して形成されている。この嵌込み溝37の上下の開口縁には開口突縁39がそれぞれ形成されている。
図2に示すように、各外枠材32の長手方向の両端面は、45度の角度をもって切断されている。そして、各外枠材32の端部の突き合わせコーナ部において、相互の嵌込み溝37に跨って外枠コ−ナ具40が差し込まれながら、隣接する外枠材32の端部が90度の角度をもって突き合わされ、その外枠コ−ナ具40によって結合されることで、矩形状に枠組み保持された外枠体31が構成される。

図5に示すように、外枠体31は、前記天井板1の下方からその開口部2に嵌込まれ、前記取付用受け部材4に対し支持手段10によって取り付けられる。
外枠体31を枠組み構成している縦横の各外枠材32のうち、一方で対向する両外枠材32(この実施の形態1では図3に向かって左右に位置する両外枠材32)の外上壁部35には、図5に示すように、支持手段10に対する所要数の角孔状の取付孔35aが貫設されている。
支持手段10は、取付孔35aの数に対応する数の吊下部材11と支持ボルト15とを備えている。吊下部材11は、上下方向の吊下片12と、その吊下片12の上端から直角状に折り曲げられた支持片14とを有して略逆L字状をなしている。そして、吊下片12には、外上壁部35の取付孔35aに差し込まれて係合する係止爪13が上向き傾斜状をなして切り起こし状に形成されている。
また、吊下部材11の支持片14にはネジ孔が貫設され、そのネジ孔には支持ボルト15が上下方向に進退可能に螺合されている。

すなわち、天井板1の開口部2に外枠体31が嵌込まれると共に、吊下部材11の係止爪13が外枠体31の外上壁部35の取付孔35aに差し込まれて係合される。さらに、取付用受け部材4上に支持ボルト15が、その下端において設置される。この状態において、支持ボルト15がねじ込まれることで、外枠体31の係合縁38が天井板1の下面に当接する位置まで吊り上げられる。これによって、天井板1の開口部2に対し外枠体31が支持手段10によって吊り下げ保持されるようになっている。

図1と図2に示すように、内枠体51は、その内枠部をなす縦横の各内枠材52によって矩形に枠組みされて構成されている。縦横の各内枠材52は、アルミ合金等の軽合金の押出型材やステンレス鋼板等の金属板の折曲げ加工材等によって略同一の断面形状に形成されている。

前記各内枠材52は、外枠体31の外下壁部33の内側に所定の隙間をもって略平行する内下壁部53と、その内下壁部53の上端から外枠体31の上段差部34の下面に沿って所定の隙間を隔てて張り出された中段差部54と、外上壁部35の内側に所定の隙間をもって略平行しかつ中段差部54の張り出し端から上方に向けて垂直状に設けられた内上壁部55と、内下壁部53の下端から外枠体31の係合縁38を覆うようにして張り出された張出覆い縁58とを備えて断面略W字状に形成されている。
そして、内枠体51の張出覆い縁58によって外枠体31の外下壁部33と内枠体51の内下壁部53との間の隙間が塞がれるようになっている。

前記各内枠材52の内上壁部55の外側の下端部から上端部にわたって蟻溝状をなす嵌込み溝57が外側に開口して形成されている。この嵌込み溝57の上下の開口縁には開口突縁59がそれぞれ形成されている。
図2に示すように、各内枠材52の両端面は45度の角度をもって切断され、これら各内枠材52の端部の突き合わせコーナ部において、相互の嵌込み溝57に跨って内枠コ−ナ具70が差し込まれながら、隣接する内枠材52が90度の角度をもって突き合わされ、その内枠コ−ナ具70によって結合されることで、矩形に枠組みされた内枠体51が構成される。

図5に示すように、蓋板支持部材81は、内枠体51の内上壁部55の内面に沿って取り付けられる取付部82と、その取付部82下端から内側に向けて張り出された支持部84とを備えて断面略L字状に形成されている。そして、蓋板支持部材81の支持部84の下面には内蓋板80がビス、釘、蓋押え具等の止着手段(図示しない)によって固定されている。
また、この実施の形態1において、厚さ寸法が各種異なる様々な内蓋板80に対応できるように、内枠体51の内上壁部55の内面に沿って蓋板支持部材81が上下方向に移動調整可能に取り付けられるようになっている。

また、施錠部材120の軸体121の下端部は内蓋板80を貫通して内蓋板80の下面から若干突出している。この軸体121の下端面には、その軸体121と共に施錠板130を回動操作するためのコイン等が差し込まれる回動溝123が凹設されている。
また、軸体121の下端部外周には内蓋板80の貫通孔の下端開口部を塞ぐ塞ぎキャップ140が装着されている。

前記したように枠組み構成される外枠体31と内枠体51において、図4に示すように、外枠体31の外下壁部33から内側に向けて張り出された上段差部34の張り出し寸法に対し、内枠体51の内下壁部53から内側に向けて張り出された中段差部54の張り出し寸法が適宜に大きく設定されている。これによって、外枠体31の外上壁部35と内枠体51の内上壁部55との間に構成された隙間内において一方向に長い一対の開閉用アーム90がほぼ水平状態をなして配設されるようになっている。

そして、開閉用アーム90の連結軸100がその頭部101において抜止部材170の抜止部171に当接して係合することによって、連結軸100の不測の抜け出しが防止されるようになっている。
さらに、抜止部材170の抜止部171による係合力に抗して開閉用アーム90の連結軸100が押し出されることによって、受止め部材150の受止め溝155の開口部を開くようにして抜止部材170が弾性的に撓み、これによって連結軸100の抜け出しを許容する構成にしてある。
