BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a recycling apparatus for waste liquid that is generated when cleaning components of a printing press such as a blanket cylinder or an impression cylinder of a printing press. More specifically, the present invention relates to a waste liquid regenerating apparatus that separates three components in a single apparatus in a system in which charged ink pigment, insulating cleaning liquid, and conductive water are mixed.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, since waste liquid generated when cleaning a blanket cylinder or impression cylinder of a printing press is discarded as it is, disposal costs such as waste liquid treatment are incurred due to environmental problems. Further, since a large amount of cleaning liquid is used to clean the blanket cylinder and the like, there is a problem that running cost increases.
Therefore, recently, attempts have been made to reprocess the waste liquid and reuse the cleaning liquid. One example is a so-called sedimentation method, and FIG. 4 shows a schematic configuration of a waste liquid regenerating apparatus used for the sedimentation method.
[0003]
As shown in FIG. 4, the conventional waste
[0004]
In the waste
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in this method, not only the purity of the regenerated
On the other hand, in the field of electrophotography, a wet development method in which a charged toner dispersed in a solvent is made to adhere to an electrostatic latent image by electrophoresis and visualized is partially adopted. In this system, a method of electrically removing charged toner particles from the waste liquid after cleaning has also been proposed (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 53-10440).
[0006]
However, it is a well-known fact that the charged toner is electrophoresed and has not been granted as a patent. In a document {Kuroshima et al .: Japan Hardcopy '96, p153 (1996)} recently published by the same applicant, a toner particle removal device similar to the device of the present invention is presented. When mixed, it is not assumed.
In the above document, when water is contained in the recovered carrier liquid, water is separated using the difference in specific gravity between the carrier liquid and water, but this method not only requires a large device, It is inevitable that separation takes a long time.
