Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an apparatus for separating and supplying parts, such as a pierce nut having a different shape on the front and back sides, from a hopper.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in an automatic assembly line for parts, an automatic supply device is used for sequentially supplying from a hopper into which a large number of nuts are charged to an assembly site or the like. In the case of nuts with no front and back, the nuts are rearranged in a row on one supply passage with respect to one assembling part by passing holes through which the nuts can pass one by one.
[0003]
On the other hand, if the nut has front and back and must be supplied to the assembly site in a specific orientation, for example, give vibration at the alignment part near the passage route coming out of the hopper, or provide an inclination to the route. While urging to be in a predetermined direction, only those in the predetermined direction are sent out to the supply passage.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the latter of the conventional automatic feeding devices described above, the one that does not have a predetermined orientation in the alignment unit is shaken off as it is and is left in the hopper. Therefore, there is a problem that the supply efficiency of nuts arranged in a predetermined direction is low.
In addition, the nuts pass through the holes in order to rearrange them on a single supply passage including the former automatic supply device. However, since the nuts in the hopper are in an irregular state, the transfer efficiency to the supply passage is not good.
[0005]
Further, there is a problem that the remaining amount of nuts in the hopper cannot be confirmed unless directly viewed by an operator. These problems apply not only to nuts but also to bolts and other parts that should be supplied in a predetermined orientation.
Therefore, in view of the above-described conventional problems, the present invention can improve the supply efficiency of components supplied by aligning the directions from the hopper, and furthermore, the component front / back separation supply device that allows easy confirmation of the remaining amount of components in the hopper The purpose is to provide.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
For this reason, the present invention is a front / back separation and supply device for parts having a main body part and a protruding part protruding on one of the front and back sides thereof, a hopper for housing the parts, and an alignment / separation unit disposed on the bottom part of the hopper The alignment / separation unit includes a substrate, a rotor that rotates on the substrate and has a holding portion that can hold the above components one by one on the outer periphery, and a starting end that is provided on the substrate and is near the outer periphery of the rotor. A first guide passage; a second guide passage that branches obliquely from the first guide passage; and a guide means that guides a component held by the holding portion of the rotor to the first guide passage. The guide passage is configured such that only one of the downward-facing component and the upward-facing component passes through the projecting portion, and only the other component passes through the second guide passage.
[0007]
The first guide passage has a groove in which the protruding portion can slide on the substrate, and the height from the upper surface of the substrate to the upper wall of the passage is set so that only the main body of the component can pass therethrough. The passage is set such that the height from the upper surface of the substrate to the upper wall of the passage is set so that only the main body of the component can pass, and the upper wall of the passage is provided with a slit that can slide only the protruding portion. be able to.
[0008]
At this time, it is preferable that the first guide passage and the second guide passage are defined by a guide block disposed on the substrate and a plate provided on the guide block, and the plate forms each upper wall. .
[0009]
The guide block surrounds the rotor along its outer periphery, and the holding portion of the rotor has a notch shape that opens outward, and the guide means is arranged on the inner surface of the holding portion in the circumferential direction on the lower surface side of the rotor. A component that consists of a ring-shaped groove formed with a close radius and a pin formed on the substrate so as to protrude and fit into the ring-shaped groove, and is held and moved by the holding portion according to the rotation of the rotor Can be biased toward the first guide passage by hitting the pin.
[0010]
Further, it is desirable that the rear edge of the notch of the holding portion is inclined so that the opening of the holding portion faces obliquely rearward with respect to the rotation direction of the rotor, and a ring along the outer periphery is provided on the lower surface side of the rotor. Preferably, the guide block that is formed with a notch and forms a wall surface on the side facing the rotation of the rotor of the first guide passage is formed with an extension that extends the wall surface into the ring notch. .
[0011]
The rotor is composed of an upper rotating disk and a lower rotating disk that rotate integrally, and the upper rotating disk is provided with a plurality of receiving holes in the circumferential direction through which parts can pass one by one, and the center of rotation from the outer periphery. Higher, passing between adjacent receiving holes, with the line connecting the rotation center and outer peripheral edge as a ridge, between each ridge is formed as a curved concave part, and the lower rotating disk has a holding part as the receiving hole of the upper rotating disk It can be formed to match.
[0012]
In the hopper, a stirring rod having a lower end positioned toward the receiving hole can be provided in the vicinity of the ridge, and the stirring rod is provided so as to hang from the limit switch, and is brought into contact with a component by contact. The limit switch can be configured to operate when displaced.
[0013]
[Action]
In the present invention, when the rotor rotates in the alignment / separation unit at the bottom of the hopper, the components are held and moved by the holding portion of the rotor. When moved to a predetermined position, the parts are guided from the holding portion to the first guide passage by the guide means. Then, for example, the component with the protruding portion facing downward passes through the first guide passage as it is, but the component with the protruding portion facing upward cannot pass through it, and proceeds to the second guide passage branched from the first guide passage. As a result, the protrusions facing upward and the protrusions are separated and aligned.
[0014]
In particular, by providing a groove in which the protruding portion can slide on the substrate of the first guide passage, and setting the height of the upper wall of the passage so that only the main body of the component can pass, the first guide passage has a protruding portion. By allowing only the downward parts to pass through and setting the height of the upper wall of the second guide passage so that only the main body can pass, and providing a slit on the upper wall that allows only the projecting part to slide, The two guide passages are specified as allowing only the parts whose protrusions face upward.
[0015]
At this time, each guide passage can be easily defined by placing a guide block on the substrate and placing a plate thereon.
In addition, since the guide block surrounds the outer periphery of the rotor, the parts can be moved in the rotational circumferential direction by the holding portion opened outward of the rotor, and the ring-shaped groove formed on the lower surface side of the rotor and By constituting the guide means with the pin to be fitted, when the component moves to a predetermined position and hits the pin, it is guided in the direction of the first guide passage.
[0016]
Furthermore, when the rear edge of the holding part notch is inclined, the component is efficiently pushed out toward the first guide passage on the inclined surface.
Further, by extending the extension portion of the guide block to the ring-shaped notch formed on the lower surface side of the rotor, the component is smoothly guided to the first guide passage.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention is an apparatus for separating and supplying parts having a main body part and a projecting part, wherein an aligning / separating unit is provided at the bottom of the hopper, and the aligning / separating unit rotates on a substrate and the above-described parts are provided on an outer peripheral part. A rotor having a holding portion capable of holding each of the first guide passage, a first guide passage having a starting end near the outer periphery of the rotor, a second guide passage that branches obliquely therefrom, and parts from the holding portion to the first And a guide means for guiding to the guide passage. The first guide passage allows only one of the parts whose protrusions are downward or upward, and the second guide passage allows only the opposite part to pass. Since it comprised as mentioned above, it has the effect that a thing with a protrusion part can be supplied from each guide channel | path by separating and aligning an upward thing and a downward thing, respectively.
[0033]
In particular, the first guide passage is provided with a groove on the substrate in which the protruding portion of the component can slide, and only the main body portion can pass through the height of the passage, thereby allowing only the component with the protruding portion to pass downward. In addition, the second guide passage is set so that only the main body portion can pass through the height of the passage, and a slit on which only the projection portion can slide is provided on the upper wall, thereby allowing only the component with the projection portion to pass upward. Therefore, if the parts that have passed through one guide passage are made to be in the same direction as the parts in the other passage by, for example, passing through a reversing mechanism, the parts can be efficiently aligned and supplied to the assembly site or the like.
[0034]
At this time, each guide passage can be easily defined by placing a guide block on the substrate and placing a plate thereon.
Also, by enclosing the outer periphery of the rotor with a guide block and moving the parts in the rotational circumferential direction with the holding part opened outward of the rotor, the ring-shaped groove formed on the lower surface side of the rotor is applied to the sliding pin The components can be guided from the rotor holding portion toward the guide passage with a simple configuration.
Further, by inclining the rear edge of the holding part notch, the parts can be efficiently pushed out in the direction of the first guide passage by the inclined surface, and the guide is guided by the ring-shaped notch formed on the lower surface side of the rotor. By extending the extension of the block, the parts can be smoothly guided to the guide passage.
[0035]
The rotor is composed of an upper rotating disk and a lower rotating disk, and the upper rotating disk is provided with a plurality of receiving holes in a curved concave portion formed between the ridges, and the holding part is aligned with the receiving hole on the lower rotating disk. By forming, it becomes easy for a large number of parts to enter the holding portion sequentially through the receiving holes.
Then, by providing the stirring rod extending to the vicinity of the ridge toward the receiving hole, the parts are guided to the posture in which they can easily enter through the receiving hole, so that the parts can be more efficiently aligned and supplied to the assembly site.
Furthermore, by letting this stirring rod hang down from the limit switch, it is possible to notify that the remaining amount of parts in the hopper has become small.
