【産業上の利用分野】
本発明は、幼児用、大人用あるいは失禁者用の使い捨ておむつに関し、特に、いわゆるパンツ型おむつに関する。

【従来の技術】
一般に、パンツ型おむつは、特開昭６１−２０７６０５号公報に開示されているように、液透過性のトップシートと、液不透過性のバックシートと、これら両シート間に介在された吸収体とからなる縦長の本体を備え、該本体は、着用時に着用者の腹側に位置する腹側部と背側に位置する背側部とに分けられている。そして、本体の長手方向に沿う両側に形成された左右一対のサイドフラップにおいて腹側部と背側部とを互いに接合固定して左右一対のレッグ開口部及び一つのウエスト開口部が形成されている。

この種のパンツ型おむつは、一対のレッグ開口周囲部及び一つのウエスト開口周囲部をそれぞれ伸縮自在に形成して体型にフィットするように構成されており、通常、着用者自らが立位の状態で着用することができるので、幼児の「おむつ離れ」を促進するためのトイレットトレーニング用として、または失禁者用もしくは歩行可能な成人用として用いられている。

パンツ型おむつは、いわゆるフラット型のおむつに比較して、通常の下着と同様に着用者が自分で上げ下げが容易で且つ介護者が着用させ易いという点に特徴を有するもので、着用者自身が***物を漏らさないように、しかも容易に装着できるようにするためには、パンツ型の使い捨ておむつは優れたフィット性を有していることが要求される。さらに、着用者の活発な活動に対しても十分な追従性を有することが要求される。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、従来のパンツ型おむつにおいては、ウエスト開口周囲部からレッグ開口周囲部にかけて一様に伸縮弾性部材（伸縮部材）が配されている場合、着用者の身体形状は、一様でなく、股部からウエスト部の間において窪んだ略鼓型形状をしているため、ウエスト開口周囲部とレッグ開口周囲部とにはフィットするが、着用者の胴周囲部には充分にフィットできないという不都合がある。

このように着用者に確実にフィットできないと、着用者とおむつの間の隙間から***物が漏れたり、着用者の活動に対して追従性に欠け、おむつがずり落ちるといった問題がある。
一方、ウエスト開口周囲部からレッグ開口周囲部にかけての伸縮弾性部材の伸縮力を、フィット性に最も困難な箇所にあわせて一様に強くしたのでは、必要以上に着用者に圧迫感を感じさせ装着感に著しく劣るという問題点がある。

従って、本発明の目的は、吸収性物品の***物の防漏性及び着用者への追従性に優れたパンツ型の使い捨ておむつを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、液透過性のトップシートと、液不透過性のバックシートと、これら両シート間に配置される吸収体とを有する本体を備え、着用者の腹側に位置する腹側部及び背側に位置する背側部それぞれの両側縁部を接合固定して、ウエスト開口部と、一対のレッグ開口部と胴周囲部とを形成し、上記ウエスト開口部及び一対のレッグ開口部それぞれの開口周囲部に伸縮部材を配置し並びに上記胴周囲部の周囲方向の少なくとも一部に伸縮部材を配置してそれぞれギャザーを形成したパンツ型の使い捨ておむつであって、上記ウエスト開口周囲部、上記レッグ開口周囲部及び上記胴周囲部それぞれの周囲方向の伸縮応力が異なり、上記ウエスト開口周囲部、上記胴周囲部、上記レッグ開口周囲部における各部の５０％伸長時の応力が、ウエスト開口周囲部＞レッグ開口周囲部＞胴周囲部、なる大きさの関係を有し、上記ウエスト開口周囲部における上記背側部と上記腹側部の伸縮応力が異なることを特徴とする使い捨ておむつを提供することにより上記目的を達成したものである。

【作用】
本発明によるパンツ型の使い捨ておむつによれば、上記ウエスト開口周囲部と一対のレッグ開口周囲部と胴周囲部との各部における伸縮応力が異なり且つ所定の大きさの関係にあり、それぞれの部分に応じた伸縮応力を付与するので、着用者の身体形状に応じて各身体の部分に個別にフィットし、着用者を圧迫することなく効果的に漏れ及びずり落ちを防止することができる。

【実施例】
以下に、添付図面を参照しながら本発明の好ましい実施例を詳細に説明する。先ず、図１〜図３を参照しながら本発明の使い捨ておむつの参考例を説明し、次に、図４を参照しながら本発明の使い捨ておむつの一実施例を説明する。図１〜図３に示す参考例は、本発明の使い捨ておむつとは、ウエスト開口周囲部における背側部と腹側部の応力が同じである点のみが異なり、その他の点については同様の構成を有している。従って、図４に示す実施例については、図１〜図３に示す参考例とは異なる点を中心に説明し、特に説明にしない点については、図１〜図３に示す参考例についての説明が適宜適用される。
参考例のパンツ型おむつ１は、その展開した状態を図１及び図２に示すように、液透過性のトップシート２と、液不透過性のバックシート３と、これら両シート間に配置される吸収体４とを有する本体５を備え、該本体５は、着用時に着用者の腹側に位置する腹側部６と、背側に位置する背側部７とに区分されており、腹側部６と背側部７との両側縁部６ａ、６ｂ、７ａ、７ｂを接合固定して、図３に示すパンツ型を形成し、ウエスト開口周囲部Ａと一対のレッグ開口周囲部Ｃとが形成されるようになっている。更に、ウエスト開口周囲部Ａと一対のレッグ開口周囲部Ｃとの間に胴周囲部Ｂが形成されている。ウエスト開口周囲部Ａと、各レッグ開口周囲部Ｃには、それぞれ、吸収体４から一定の距離をあけて伸縮部材１１ａ、１１ｂ、１２ａ、１２ｂが張設されており、ウエストギャザー１３、レッグギャザー１４ａ、１４ｂが形成されている。また、胴周囲部Ｂには、ウエスト開口周囲部Ａ及びレッグ開口周囲部Ｃと同様に、伸縮部材１７ａ、１７ｂが張設され胴周囲ギャザーを形成しているが、該伸縮部材１７ａ、１７ｂは一端が吸収体にかかり、他端が両側縁部６ａ、６ｂ、７ａ、７ｂまで延出されている。

吸収体４は、略中央がくびれた砂時計型形状に形成されていることが好ましく、長手方向の長さＬ１が好ましくは３００mm乃至６００mm、参考例では約４００mm、くびれ部分の幅Ｌ２は好ましくは８０mm乃至１１０mm、参考例では約９０mmに形成されている。吸収体４の腹側、背側における幅Ｌ３は、好ましくは１２０mm乃至３５０mm、参考例では約１６０mm、吸収体４から延出するサイドフラップの幅Ｌ４は好ましくは１０mm乃至１５０mm、参考例では約１００mm、両側縁部Ｌ５は、好ましくは５mm乃至３０mm、参考例では約１０mmである。
