本発明は、ベッドのボトム上方に跨ぐようにもたらして使う、脚部折り畳み機能を有するテーブル装置に関し、特に、部品点数も減らして組み立て工程も容易とした、脚部折り畳み機能を有するテーブル装置に関するものである。

従来より、病院においても家庭内においても、ベッドのボトム上方に跨ぐようにもたらして使う、オーバーベッドテーブルがある。
かかるオーバーベッドテーブルとしては、特開平7−265134号公報で開示されるような折り畳み機能を備えたものが提案されている。
すなわちこのオーバーベッドテーブルでは、左右一対の伸縮脚の折り畳み中心軸と、前記一対の伸縮脚を同期的に伸縮させる機構である、線条体を掛け渡してなる上側滑車の回転中心軸とを別々に構成して、伸縮脚の折り畳みに伴って、前記線条体が緩むように、折り畳み中心軸を前記上側滑車の回転中心軸より水平方向内側に配置するようにしている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このように、上記オーバーベッドテーブルの伸縮脚の折り畳み構造では、双方の伸縮脚を同期的に伸縮させる機構を構成する線条体が緩むように上側滑車の回転軸より内側に折り畳み軸を別個に設けたことで部品点数が多く、加工工程数も増加する結果となっている。
本発明は、このような不都合を改善するために提案されたものであって、脚部をより簡敏な折り畳み機構とし、部品点数も減らして組み立て工程も容易とした、脚部折り畳み機能を有するテーブル装置を提供することを目的とする。

前記した課題を解決するために、本発明では、請求項1において、一対の脚部により、テーブル板受具を介してテーブル板を支持してなり、前記テーブル板受具の両側箇所に、テーブル板受具中央に指向して下降傾斜させるように傾斜長穴を設けて、この傾斜長穴に移動可能に挿通した支軸を中心として前記脚部を折り畳み可能に構成し、前記脚部は、それぞれ第1の脚杆に対して第2の脚杆を進退可能に構成して、前記第2脚杆を同期的に昇降させる昇降同期手段を具備し、この昇降同期手段は、前記脚部における折り畳み中心軸である支軸を回転軸とする上部プーリと前記第2脚杆下端側内面に軸着した下部プーリとこれら上部プーリ下部プーリ間に線状部材を掛け渡して、この線状部材を前記第1脚杆側に固定する構成とした脚部折り畳み機能を有するテーブル装置を提案する。
