【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a structure of a linear solenoid, and more particularly to an electromagnet portion incorporated in a pressure regulating valve.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a technique in such a field, for example, there are those disclosed in JP-A-2-129475 and JP-A-2-129478.
FIG. 9 is a sectional view showing such a conventional linear solenoid.
In this figure, 101 is a pressure regulating valve portion, 102 is an electromagnet portion, 103 is a valve sleeve, 104 is a rod-shaped portion of a pressure regulating valve, 105 is a push rod, 106 and 107 are flange portions, 108 is a case, 109 is an end of the

[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional solenoid described above, a coil bobbin is interposed in order to ensure insulation between the core and the coil winding. As one of means for achieving the miniaturization, the coil bobbin core and the coil winding insulation are provided. It is conceivable to reduce the thickness of the parts, and stable thin-wall molding for that purpose requires many levels of improvement for each process, such as improving the accuracy of molding conditions and increasing molding pressure, and the production is complicated. It will also increase costs.
[0007]
Also, since the + -terminal of the connector is provided at one end of the coil bobbin, if the required number of coil winding layers is an odd number due to the characteristics of the solenoid, the coil winding must be unwound to the terminal side. In other words, the solenoid outer diameter is increased by one coil winding.
Furthermore, because the connector partly protrudes from the solenoid body, for example, when it is mounted in a very limited space such as a valve body of an automatic transmission, its mounting location, direction, etc. Has been regulated.
[0008]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned problems and to provide a linear solenoid excellent in mountability having a coil bobbin that is thin and easy to manufacture regardless of the number of coil winding layers.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides
(1) In a linear solenoid, a core constituting a part of a magnetic circuit, a cylindrical core portion mounted on an outer peripheral portion of the core, and a first flange formed at a distal end portion of the cylindrical core portion A coil bobbin made of a flexible printed circuit board (FPC) having a second flange formed at the base of the cylindrical core part, and a coil around which the coil is wound. It is what I did.
[0010]
(2) In the linear solenoid described in (1) above, a part of the second flange is extended to a predetermined length by the flexible printed circuit board, and a lead lead-out piece having a connection terminal at the tip is provided. It is what I did.
(3) In the linear solenoid described in the above (1), an external insulating cover is provided continuously to a part of the first flange.
[0011]
(4) In the linear solenoid described in (1) above, an electrode terminal at the beginning of winding of the coil is disposed near the cylindrical core portion of the inner surface of the second flange, and is disposed near the outer periphery of the inner surface of the second flange. The electrode terminal at the end of winding of the coil is formed respectively.
(5) In the linear solenoid described in (1) above, an electrode terminal at the beginning of winding of the coil is disposed in the vicinity of the cylindrical core portion of the inner surface of the first flange, and the outer periphery of the inner surface of the second flange. The electrode terminal at the end of winding of the coil is formed respectively.
[0012]
(6) In the linear solenoid described in (1) above, the coil bobbin is formed from a three-dimensional flexible printed circuit board.
(7) In the linear solenoid described in (1) above, the coil bobbin is formed by being assembled from a planar flexible printed circuit board.
[0013]
[Operation and effect of the invention]
(1) According to the invention described in claim 1, since the thickness of the FPC is about 100 μm, by adopting it in the coil bobbin configuration, it is possible to achieve a much thinner wall than the conventional coil bobbin. .
Therefore, the solenoid body can be shortened in the radial direction, and can be downsized.
[0014]
In addition, a linear solenoid that is easy to manufacture can be obtained.
(2) According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the lead lead-out portion can be integrally formed by FPC and can be connected to the connector, the coil bobbin can be used even when the solenoid is to be mounted in a very limited space. By connecting the FPC extended from a part of the flange portion on one end of the connector in the small space, electrical connection between the connector main body to be installed in a place with some space and the connector terminal of the solenoid is achieved. be able to.
[0015]
Therefore, a solenoid having excellent mountability can be obtained without being limited by space.
(3) According to the invention described in
[0016]
(4) According to the invention described in claim 4, the electrode terminals at the start and end of winding of the coil can be arranged together on one of the flanges of the coil bobbin, and a smooth lead lead-out portion can be performed.
(5) According to the invention described in claim 5, since the printed wiring is provided in the FPC layer, by adopting it on the coil bobbin, the + -terminal of the connector is only formed at one end of the coil bobbin as in the prior art. In addition, it can be provided at both ends of the coil bobbin, and the solenoid can be configured with the minimum number of coil winding layers due to the characteristics of the solenoid, and the radial direction of the coil bobbin can be shortened.
[0017]
(6) According to the invention described in claim 6, since the coil bobbin is configured by the FPC, the assembly is easy, and the coil bobbin can be used as it is.
(7) According to the invention described in claim 7, if the FPC is cut into an arbitrary shape and assembled, the coil bobbin can be formed, so that the coil bobbin can be easily manufactured.
