Description
【0001】

The constant horsepower control is to control the tilt angle of the variable discharge pump P so that the product PQ of the discharge pressure of the variable discharge pump P and the discharge amount always satisfies PQ ≦ set value. It is.

When one of the switching valves is switched and the actuator is operated in the above state, the load pressure at that time is guided from the second pilot line 15 to the other pilot chamber 14 of the regulator valve RV. The regulator valve RV attempts to switch to the lower position in the drawing by the pressure action of the other pilot chamber 14. In any case, in this hydraulic control circuit, the tilt angle is controlled on the discharge side of the variable discharge pump P so as to maintain a pressure higher than the maximum load pressure of the actuator by a set pressure.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional hydraulic control circuit as described above, the following inconvenience occurs when a large load pressure is generated at the time of activation, such as a swing motor of a power shovel. For example, when a large load pressure, that is, a starting pressure is generated at the time of starting as described above, the constant horsepower control function is exhibited and the discharge amount of the variable discharge pump P is reduced.
[0015]
In this state, when other actuators are operated simultaneously, the required flow rate is distributed to each actuator while the discharge amount of the variable discharge pump P is reduced. Eventually, the flow rate supplied to all the actuators is smaller than the operation amount of the operator. However, since the operator is operating with expectation that a sufficient required flow rate is supplied to each actuator, there is a problem that the operation of the actuator feels strange.
[0016]
In this type of hydraulic control circuit, since the switching
[0017]
A first object of the present invention is to provide a hydraulic control circuit that prevents a discharge flow rate of a variable discharge pump from rapidly decreasing even when an actuator activation pressure is generated.
A second object is to provide a hydraulic control circuit that prevents a shock or the like from occurring even at the initial stage of movement of an actuator.
[0018]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention controls a variable discharge pump, a discharge pressure of the variable discharge pump, a regulator having a constant horsepower control function, a closed center type switching valve connected to the variable discharge pump, and a connection to the switching valve Actuator. Then, the pressure on the upstream side of the switching valve is guided to the regulator via the first pilot line, and the load pressure of the actuator connected to the switching valve is guided via the second pilot line. Furthermore, the hydraulic control circuit is configured to keep the pump discharge pressure higher than the load pressure of the actuator by a set pressure by the action of both pilot pressures.
[0019]
In the first invention, a timer valve having a release position and a throttle or closed position is provided on the second pilot line, assuming the above circuit. The timer valve includes a first pilot chamber that directly guides the pressure on the load side and a second pilot chamber that guides the pressure on the load side through the throttle, and a piston is provided in the second pilot chamber. The spring is bent in accordance with the movement of the piston, and the throttle or closed position is maintained until the piston moves and the spring force of the spring increases.
[0020]
In the second invention, a plurality of closed center type switching valves are provided, and selection means for selecting a load pressure of an actuator connected to these switching valves in a tournament form is provided in the second pilot line. The selection means selects the highest load pressure of the actuator and guides it to the regulator. On the second pilot line, the timer valve is upstream of the selection means for determining the final selection pressure by the tournament. Is provided.
[0021]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, a timer valve having a release position and a throttle or closed position is provided on the second pilot line and downstream of the selection means for determining the final selection pressure by the tournament. The timer valve includes a first pilot chamber that directly guides the pressure on the load side, and a second pilot chamber that guides the pressure on the load side via the throttle, and a piston is provided in the second pilot chamber. The spring is bent according to the movement of the piston. The throttle or the closed position is maintained until the piston moves and the spring force of the spring increases.
[0022]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, a timer valve having a release position and a throttle or closed position is provided on both the upstream side and the downstream side of the selection means for determining the final selection pressure by the tournament on the second pilot line. Yes. This timer valve includes a first pilot chamber that directly guides the load-side pressure and a second pilot chamber that guides the load-side pressure via a throttle. Moreover, a piston is provided in the second pilot chamber, and a spring is bent according to the movement of the piston. Then, the throttle or closed position is kept until the piston moves and the spring force of the spring increases, and the spring force of the spring of the timer valve on the downstream side is changed to the spring force of the spring of the timer valve on the upstream side. It is weaker than.
The selection means in this invention is a shuttle valve, a check valve, or the like.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The first embodiment shown in FIG. 1 is characterized in that a timer valve TV is provided in the second pilot line 15 a connected to the switching
[0024]
The switching
The timer valve TV has a release position a and a throttle position b, and directly guides the pressure of the second pilot line 15a to one
[0025]
The
While the pressure of the second pilot line 15a is guided to the
[0026]
Now, when the turning motor m is started, the starting pressure at that time directly acts on one
[0027]
Next, the operation of the first embodiment will be described.
First, the timer valve TV normally maintains the illustrated release position a by the action of the spring force of the
However, since the starting pressure is also guided to the
[0028]
In any case, when the starting pressure is applied as described above, the timer valve TV is switched to the throttle position b, so that the timing at which the pilot pressure is established in the second pilot line 15 is delayed. If the pilot pressure due to the starting pressure is led to the second pilot line all at once, the regulator valve RV is operated to increase the discharge pressure of the variable discharge pump P. At this time, if the starting pressure is very high, such as a swing motor of a power shovel, the discharge amount is reduced in order to keep the horsepower control cylinder 11 at PQ ≦ set value.
[0029]
However, according to this embodiment, the timing of the discharge amount reduction of the variable discharge pump P can be delayed by this starting pressure. If the timing is delayed, the load pressure of the swing motor is lowered during that time, so that it is possible to avoid a decrease in the discharge amount.
Even if such a very high starting pressure is generated, the discharge amount of the variable discharge pump P does not decrease thereby. For example, even when the swing motor m and another actuator are started simultaneously, other actuators There is no feeling of insufficient supply of pressure oil.
In the first embodiment, the spring chamber 23b of the timer valve TV is communicated with the
[0030]
In the second embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the timer valve TV is separately provided outside the valve block V. Therefore, in the timer valve TV of the second embodiment, another tank T must be connected to the spring chamber 23b.
The configuration other than the above is exactly the same as in the first embodiment.
[0031]
In the third embodiment shown in FIG. 4, the timer valve TV is constituted by a release position a and a closed position b, and the throttle position of the first embodiment is changed to the closed position.
By providing the timer valve TV with the closed position b as in the third embodiment, it is possible to completely suppress the increase of the pilot pressure within the set time.
The third embodiment shown in FIG. 4 can be used in place of the timer valve TV of the first and second embodiments.
In the third embodiment, by providing the closed position (b), the following other effects can be expected. That is, by providing the closed position (b), for example, the response delay can be reliably realized regardless of the load of the actuator.
[0032]
In the fourth embodiment shown in FIG. 5, the timer valve TV is provided on the downstream side of the shuttle valve 19. The downstream side here is a concept with respect to the flow direction of the fluid flowing in the second pilot line 15. Therefore, the timer valve of the fourth embodiment is provided on the winning side of the shuttle valve 19. If the timer valve 19 is provided in the middle of the tournament in this way, for example, when the two hydraulic motors m1 and m2 on the downstream side of the shuttle valve 19 are activated, the increase in pilot pressure can be suppressed. it can. In short, the pilot pressures of the two actuators can be controlled by one timer valve TV.
In the third embodiment, any timer valve shown in FIG. 2 or FIG. 4 may be used.
[0033]
In the fifth embodiment shown in FIG. 6, the timer valve TV is provided on the most downstream side (final selection position) of the second pilot line 15. Therefore, as shown in the figure, the maximum pressure at the final selection position is controlled by the shuttle valves 17 to 19 by the timer valve TV.
Thus, if the timer valve TV is provided at the final selection position of the tournament, a sudden increase in the discharge amount of the variable discharge pump P can be prevented when each actuator is started.
[0034]
That is, in the hydraulic control circuit, when the switching
However, in the hydraulic control circuit, since the switching
[0035]
Therefore, in this fifth embodiment, when the switching valve is switched, the timing at which the pilot pressure led to the second pilot line 15 rises is delayed so that the discharge amount of the variable discharge pump P gradually increases. Is. As a result, the operator can have a soft operational feeling.
[0036]
Further, as in the fifth embodiment, the timer valve TV can be provided on the most downstream side of the second pilot line 15, and the timer valve can be provided in the middle of the tournament. That is, it is a method of providing two timer valves.
In this case, if the set pressure of the timer valve provided on the most downstream side is lowered, it is possible to prevent a sudden decrease in the discharge amount of the variable discharge pump at the starting pressure and to soften the operational feeling for each actuator. .
The set pressure of the timer valve is achieved by changing the spring force of the
[0037]
In the sixth embodiment shown in FIG. 7, the hydraulic control circuit of the present invention is used for a power shovel. Like the fifth embodiment, the timer valve TV1 is placed at the final winning remaining position on the most downstream side of the second pilot line 15. Is provided. In addition to the timer valve TV1, a timer valve TV2 for delaying the switching timing of the switching
[0038]
That is, a pair of stoppers 26 and 27 are provided on both sides of the switching
The position regulating cylinders 28 and 29 maintain their piston rods 28 a and 29 a in parallel with the switching direction of the switching
[0039]
When the position restricting cylinders 28 and 29 are in the illustrated final contracted position, the switching
[0040]
On the other hand, the pilot pressure of the
The timer valve TV2 basically has the same configuration as the timer valve TV1 described above. However, the communication between the position regulating cylinders 28 and 29 and the pilot line 33 is cut off when in the illustrated normal position.
[0041]
The timing at which the timer valve TV2 thus switched is switched is as follows. First, when a pilot pressure is generated in the
When the timer valve TV2 is switched to the open position, the pilot pressure is guided to the position regulating cylinders 28 and 29. Accordingly, both the position regulating cylinders 28 and 29 are extended, and at the extended position, the position restricting cylinders 28 and 29 hit the stopper 26 or 27 provided on the switching
[0042]
The position regulating cylinders 28 and 29 are simultaneously extended to bring the piston rods 28a and 29a closer to the stoppers 26 and 27. However, since the switching
After a certain amount of time has passed since the cylinders 28 and 29 are extended as described above, the timer valve TV2 returns to the normal position. The position regulating cylinders 28 and 29 communicate with the
[0043]
As described above, when the load of the swing motor m becomes very high, such as when the swing motor m is started, the opening of the switching
[0044]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first and second inventions, when a high load pressure is generated at the time of start-up as in the case of a swing motor, the discharge amount of the variable discharge pump is not extremely reduced by the load pressure. Even if the actuator and an actuator with a relatively low starting pressure are operated simultaneously, the supply flow rate to both the actuators can be secured.
According to the third aspect of the invention, the operational feeling when starting the actuator can be made soft.
According to the fourth aspect of the invention, the operational feeling at the time of starting all the actuators can be made soft, and even if there is an actuator having an extremely high starting pressure, the supply flow rate to other actuators is not affected thereby.
