Description
In recent years, demands for reducing the thickness of electronic parts and various parts have increased as a result of requests for lightness, thinness, and miniaturization. In order to meet this demand, as a method for manufacturing a resin molded product using an injection mold composed of a molding space adapted to the outer shape of each product and an auxiliary space surrounding the entire circumference of the molding space, For example, there is a method for producing a resin molded product as described in Japanese Patent No. 3044027.
In this conventional method for manufacturing a molded article, molten molding resin is injected from a gate portion into an auxiliary space portion surrounding the entire circumference of the molding space portion, which is a space formed by two molds arranged opposite to each other. After that, the molding resin is injected into the molding space part through the auxiliary space part to obtain a resin molded product, and the resin can flow into the molding space part from any direction of the auxiliary space part. It is said that even if the portion is thin, it is possible to easily allow the resin to flow uniformly.
Here, FIG. 50A shows a schematic cross-sectional view of each mold in a state in which each space is formed by the above two molds, and further, the molten molding resin into each space in FIG. 50A is shown. A schematic plan view showing the flow of the molding resin at the time of pouring is shown in FIG. 50B, and the conventional manufacturing method will be specifically described with reference to these drawings. As shown in FIG. 50A, the above-described two molds, that is, the
That is, the molding resin injected into the
However, in such a conventional method for producing a resin molded product, the decoration is post-processed such that the resin molded product is decorated after the resin molded product is formed. However, there are problems in that the production efficiency is poor when the number of layers becomes multi-layered, and when the molded product has a three-dimensional shape, printing cannot be easily performed, or a pattern requiring accuracy may not be applied.
Further, the molten molding resin injected from the
That is, the tip portion of the molten molded resin containing a large amount of gas gathers at the center of the
Further, the molding resin melted through the
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to solve the above-described problems, and a decorative film is disposed between a first mold and a second mold that are arranged to face each other, and the decorative film is disposed as described above. According to the fourteenth aspect of the present invention, the molding space is

According to the fifteenth aspect of the present invention, the molding space is
A first product molding space;
A second product molding space communicated with the first product molding space;
The molding resin is injected from the outside of the molding space, and the injected molding resin is injected into the first product molding space and the second product molding space to fill the molding resin. A mold for simultaneous injection molding decoration according to a ninth aspect, comprising: a common resin injection molding space portion to be performed.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, in the method for manufacturing an injection-molded simultaneous decorative article, the molding space is a product molding space and the resin discharge into which the molding resin injected into the product molding space flows. A molding space portion, injecting the molding resin into the product molding space portion, while discharging a part of the injected molding resin from the product molding space portion to the resin discharge molding space portion, By filling the product molding space with the molding resin, the molding in the product molding space from the injection position of the molding resin toward the discharge direction to the resin discharge molding space. A resin flow can be formed. Therefore, in the product molding space where a molded product as a product part is formed, the molding resin does not flow from all directions, but the molding resin flows in a direction so that the molding resins do not collide with each other. Can be regulated. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent welds from occurring in the product molding space.
In addition, since a part of the molding resin filled in the product molding space is to be flowed into the molding space for resin discharge, even if the above-described weld occurs, Since the weld is not used as a product part and occurs in the resin discharge molding space, which is a part to be removed, no particular problem occurs.
Further, since the gas contained in the molding resin also flows into the molding space for resin discharge and accumulates along with the molding resin along the regulated flow direction, the product molding space It is possible to prevent resin burning due to gas without generating a gas reservoir.
Therefore, the quality of the surface of the molded product formed by the product molding space as the final product part can be improved without causing welds or resin burns.
Moreover, since the weld and the resin burn can be prevented, the surface of the molded product formed in the product molding space can be decorated with a decorative film together with the molding, and efficient decoration can be performed. Can be realized.
Furthermore, by being able to realize simultaneous injection molding using such a decorative film, even if the decoration becomes multicolored, the productivity is hardly affected. In addition, since the decorative film is formed following the shape of the mold, it is possible to decorate a three-dimensional surface, which is difficult with normal printing, and to perform highly accurate decoration efficiently. Can do.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the molding space portion further includes a resin injection molding space portion into which the molding resin is injected from the outside of the molding space portion. The molding resin is injected into the resin injection molding space from the outside, and the injected molding resin is caused to flow from the resin injection molding space into the product molding space. The molding resin can be injected into the mold. In this way, the injection hole portion where the molding resin is injected is not directly provided in the product molding space portion, but is provided in the resin injection molding space portion which is another space portion. The decorative film can be prevented from being damaged by the injection pressure of the molding resin injected from the injection hole, and the injection of the molding resin into the product molding space is made more uniform. Can do.
According to the said 3rd aspect and 4th aspect of this invention, even if it is a case where the said shaping | molding space part is provided with the two said product shaping | molding space parts, the manufacturing method which has the above-mentioned effect can be provided. . Further, in the molding space portion, for example, the resin injection molding space portion and the resin discharge molding space portion may not be individually provided for each of the product molding space portions. By providing the resin injection molding space part and the common resin discharge molding space part, the respective space arrangements in the molding space part can be efficiently performed. Therefore, it is possible to provide an efficient method for producing an injection-molded and simultaneously decorated product such as downsizing of a mold and effective use of a molding resin to be used.
According to the fifth aspect to the seventh aspect of the present invention, various molding methods used in injection molding can be applied to the method of manufacturing an injection-molded simultaneous decorative article of the present invention. For example, by injecting the molding resin into the molding space in a sealed state, the molding resin exposed to the mold peripheral portion can be eliminated, and after the injection of the molding resin, By reducing the volume, even when the molding space is a thin space or the like, the molding resin can be injected well and the density of the injected molding resin can be increased. And a high-density molded product can be manufactured.
According to the eighth aspect of the present invention, in the injection molding simultaneous decorating mold, the molding space portion is for product discharge and the resin discharge into which the molding resin injected into the product molding space portion flows. The molding resin is injected into the product molding space, and a part of the injected molding resin is discharged from the product molding space to the resin discharge molding space. However, the molding resin is filled into the product molding space, and the molding is performed in the product molding space from the injection position of the molding resin toward the resin discharging molding space. It is possible to realize the production of a molded product that forms a resin flow. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent welds from occurring in the product molding space. Even in the case where the above-described weld occurs, the weld is not used as a product part, but is generated in the product molding space, which is a part to be removed. Absent.
Further, since the gas contained in the molding resin also flows into the molding space for resin discharge and accumulates along with the molding resin along the regulated flow direction, the product molding space It is possible to prevent resin burning due to gas without generating a gas reservoir.
Therefore, on the surface of the molded product formed by the product molding space, which is the final product part, the injection molding simultaneous decorating gold that can improve the quality without causing weld or resin burn A mold can be provided.
According to the ninth aspect of the present invention, the molding space portion further includes a resin injection molding space portion into which the molding resin is injected from the outside of the molding space portion. The molding resin is injected into the resin injection molding space from the outside, and the injected molding resin is caused to flow from the resin injection molding space into the product molding space. It is possible to realize a method of manufacturing a molded product in which the molding resin is injected into the mold. In this way, the injection hole portion where the molding resin is injected is not directly provided in the product molding space portion, but is provided in the resin injection molding space portion which is another space portion. Injection molding that can prevent the decorative film from being damaged due to the injection pressure of the molding resin injected from the injection hole, and can more uniformly inject the molding resin into the product molding space. A mold for simultaneous decoration can be provided.
According to the tenth aspect of the present invention, the arrangement of the decorative film is held while removing the slack of the decorative film by bringing the decorative film into close contact with the film holding portion. Therefore, it is possible to reliably perform decoration at a predetermined position on the surface of the molded product without forming a wrinkle or a slack trace of the decorative film on the surface of the molded product. Accurate injection-molded simultaneous decorating products can be manufactured.
According to the eleventh aspect of the present invention, in the film holding portion or in the vicinity thereof, a plurality of suction portions that suck and hold the decorative film to be contacted are provided. The holding can be made more reliable.
According to the twelfth aspect of the present invention, in the first mold or the second mold, the groove portion and an engaging portion engageable with the groove portion are provided, and the groove portion and the engaging portion are provided. Is engaged through the decorative film, whereby tension can be applied to the decorative film. Thus, when the first mold and the second mold are clamped via the decorative film, tension can be automatically applied to the decorative film, and the molding space Generation | occurrence | production of the wrinkle and slack of the said decorative film in a part can be suppressed.
According to the thirteenth aspect of the present invention, each of the air vent portions is provided in the resin discharge molding space portion, so that the gas concentrated in the resin discharge molding space portion is allowed to flow into each of the air vent portions. Can be reliably removed through. In addition, since each of the air vent portions is positioned in the vicinity of the peripheral portion of the product molding space portion in the resin discharge molding space portion, the gas remaining slightly in the product molding space portion is also removed. Can be done.
According to the fourteenth aspect and the fifteenth aspect of the present invention, even if the molding space part includes a plurality of resin injection molding space parts and a plurality of resin discharge molding space parts, The effect by each aspect can be acquired.

A part of the molded resin thus formed is a space filled via the product molding space, and is a space that is always provided in the molding space of the present invention. In other words, it is a discharge destination space in which a part of the molding resin injected into the product molding space is discharged from the product molding space and flows in. The part of the resin molded product formed in the resin discharge space is mainly removed from the resin molded product as the removed portion in many cases, and the product is removed from the resin molded product by such removal. Will be formed. However, the case where it is used as a part of the product part without removing the part formed in the resin discharge space part may be used. The resin discharge molding space may be referred to as an additional molding space.
The term “resin-injection molding space” is a part of the molding space, and is formed adjacent to and in communication with at least a part of the periphery of the product molding space. It is a space injected from the outside of the molding space. Further, the molding resin injected from the outside flows into the product molding space through the resin injection molding space, thereby allowing the molding resin to be injected into the product molding space. But there is. The part of the resin molded product formed in the resin injection molding space is mainly removed from the resin molded product as the removal portion, and the product is removed from the resin molded product by such removal. Will be formed. However, the part formed in the resin injection molding space may be used as a part of the product part without being removed. The resin injection molding space may be referred to as an auxiliary molding space.
In describing embodiments of the present invention, first, a conceptual configuration of the present invention will be described in detail. In the present invention, an injection molding simultaneous decorating method is adopted as a method for decorating an injection molded product. In the simultaneous injection molding decoration method, a decorative film is placed between the first mold and the second mold of the injection mold, and each mold is clamped, and the decorative film and the first mold are arranged. A method of obtaining a simultaneous injection molded decorative product in which a decorative film is integrated with a molding resin by injecting a molten molding resin into a molding space formed by one mold from a gate portion and solidifying the injected molding resin It is. In the subsequent process, the base sheet constituting the decorative film may be peeled off. In the injection-molding simultaneous decorating method, since a decorating film that has been subjected to printing in advance is used, the productivity is hardly affected even if the decorating is multicolored. Further, since the decorative film is formed following the shape of the second mold, it is possible to decorate a three-dimensional shape surface that cannot be obtained by normal printing. Moreover, patterning is possible on a decorative film.
Further, in the present invention, the molding space portion is composed of a plurality of product molding space portions and outer frame molding space portions surrounding each product molding space portion, which are in communication with each other, for example, the outer frame molding space portion, It consists of a resin injection molding space near the gate and a resin discharge molding space located away from the gate via the product molding space, and the molten molding resin passes through the resin injection molding space. A part of the molding resin filled in the product molding space part flows into the resin discharge molding space part and is filled after the product molding space part is filled or at the same time with the filling.
In addition, since each of the space portions is formed, the first mold has a product molded product forming portion capable of forming the product molding space portion with the decorative film, and the additive forming portion. A discharge space capable of forming the resin discharge molding space between the decorative film and an injection space molded product forming portion capable of forming the resin injection molding space with the decorative film. It can be said that the molded product forming portion is provided in a concave portion formed on the surface thereof. Further, the injection space molded product forming portion is disposed adjacent to the product molding space forming portion, and the discharge space molded product forming portion is disposed with respect to the product molding space forming portion. Adjacent to each other.
In the present invention, in order to cause the molding resin to flow in this way, the molding space portion has a square shape such as a plate shape, the average cross-sectional area of the product molding space portion is S1 ( mm 2 ), and the product molding space portion When the average thickness is T1 (mm), the average cross-sectional area of the outer frame forming space is S2 ( mm 2 ), and the average thickness of the outer frame forming space is T2 (mm), S1 ≧ 4 × S2 and T1 ≧ T2 It is preferable to use a mold for simultaneous decoration with injection molding.
That is, by setting the average thickness and average cross-sectional area of the product molding space part to be equal to or greater than the average thickness and average cross-sectional area of the outer frame molding space part, the molten molding resin can be used, for example, as a resin injection molding space part. A mold that can be filled into the molding space for resin discharge after being filled into the product molding space can be configured. These numerical values can be set from the test results shown in Table 1.
In the test results of Table 1, whether or not the flow of the desired molding resin can be determined is that the molten molding resin is filled in the product molding space via the resin injection molding space or with the filling. The case where a part of the molding resin filled in the product molding space flows into the molding space for resin discharge and is filled is indicated by ◯, and the case where it is not is indicated by ×. In the case of “otherwise: x”, although the flow of the molding resin itself could be confirmed in the molding space for resin discharge, it was not considered to be completely filled. When it is done: ○ ”.
By configuring the mold having such a shape, the tip portion of the molding resin injected into the molding space is sent to the molding space for resin discharge, so that the gas generated in the molding resin is molded. The resin can be fed into the resin discharge molding space together with the resin, and the residual amount of gas in the product molding space can be reduced. Moreover, since it is possible to avoid the molten molding resins from colliding with each other in the vicinity of the center of the product molding space, resin burning due to gas does not occur. Furthermore, since it is possible to avoid the molten molding resin from colliding with each other in the vicinity of the center of the product molding space, even if a weld is generated, the location where the weld is generated is determined as a resin discharging molding space. Can be moved to. In addition, when adopting the injection molding simultaneous decorating method, a large flaw occurs at a position corresponding to the weld occurrence position of the decorative film, and the appearance of the simultaneous injection molded decorative product is likely to be damaged. Thus, the weld occurrence location can be moved to the resin discharge molding space, and this problem can be solved at the same time.
Furthermore, in this invention, the injection mold simultaneous decoration metal mold | die which can prevent generation | occurrence | production of the wrinkles of the decoration film which may newly arise in a product molded product part by adoption of the injection molding simultaneous decoration method is 1st metal mold | die. It is good also as a structure which has a type | mold and a 2nd metal mold | die, and a partition convex part is provided in the outer frame molding space part surrounding each product molding space part of the recessed part surface of a 2nd metal mold | die. In the simultaneous injection molding decorating method, a drag load accompanying the flow of molten molding resin is usually applied to the decorating film, which causes slack in the decorating film. However, when the partition convex part is provided in the concave surface of the second mold, it is possible to make it difficult for the decorative film to loosen for the following reason. This is because the molten molding resin is filled in the molding space for resin injection and then enters the product molding space through the partition projection provided between the molding molding and the product molding space. At this time, the molten molding resin is filled in the product molding space portion while holding the decorative film with the partition convex portion and stretching it. Therefore, a small wrinkle is hardly generated in the decorative film surrounded by the partition convex portions.
In addition, the formation position of a partition convex part may be provided in the position which touches a product shaping | molding space part, and may be provided in the distant position. That is, the molding space part surrounded by the partition convex part may be only the product molding space part or may include the product molding space part and the outer frame molding space part. Moreover, a partition convex part may be provided continuously like a ring | wheel, and may be provided discontinuously. Moreover, in this invention, it is good also as a structure by which a suction pin is provided in a partition convex part in the said injection mold simultaneous decorating metal mold | die. The suction pin has a function of sucking and fixing the decorative film to the second mold, air and dust remaining between the decorative film and the second mold, and gas generated from the base sheet of the decorative film, etc. There is a function to remove. The shape of the suction pin may be a square shape such as a block in addition to a cylindrical shape. Moreover, you may provide a suction pin also in the shaping | molding space part enclosed by the partition convex part.
Moreover, in this invention, it is good also as a structure by which the tension groove | channel is provided in the reference surface of the outer periphery of an outer frame shaping | molding space part in the said injection molding simultaneous decorating metal mold | die. Even if the molding space surrounded by the partitioning convex part is formed without any wrinkles, the outside of the partitioning convex part, especially the resin discharge molding space part, is still in a state where wrinkles are likely to occur. The position of the decoration of the simultaneous decoration may be slightly shifted. However, if the mold for decorating simultaneously with injection molding is provided with a tension groove, the slack of the decoration film generated in the resin discharge molding space is relieved by the tension groove and the decoration film in the molding space The overall tension is also kept moderate. Therefore, the position of the decoration of the injection-molded simultaneous decoration product does not shift. The tension groove may be provided continuously like a ring or discontinuously. However, the case where the tension groove is provided on the entire outer periphery of the molding space portion like a ring is preferable because the effect becomes uniform in any direction.
Moreover, in this invention, you may provide an air vent pin in the said injection mold simultaneous decorating metal mold | die in the position which contact | connects the product molding space part in the resin discharge molding space part. In the injection molding simultaneous decorating method, the decorative film is sandwiched between the second mold side and molded. Therefore, the molding resin gas from the second mold side is hard to escape, and the molding resin is more difficult to escape than a general injection molding mold. Difficult to escape gas. For this reason, the device for letting gas escape to the 1st metal mold side is needed. Further, a large amount of molding resin gas is contained in the tip portion of the molding resin which is relatively melted. Therefore, by providing an air vent pin at a location where the end of the molten mold resin on the first mold side finally gathers (that is, the resin discharge molding space), the gap between the air vent pin and the first mold body is removed. Molded resin gas collected in the resin discharge molding space can be released.
In particular, by providing the air vent pin at the position closest to the product molding space (that is, the position in contact with the product molding space), not only the molding resin gas focused on the resin discharge molding space but also the product molding space In addition, the molding resin gas that can remain slightly can be efficiently released. The contact width between the air vent pin and the product molding space is preferably 0.1 to 1.0 mm. If the contact width is larger than 1.0 mm, even after the injection molded simultaneous decorative product is cut into the product molded product part and the resin discharge molded product part, this contacted part remains as a trace in the product molded product part, and the appearance is poor. It is to become. On the other hand, if the contacting portion is smaller than 0.1 mm, the molding resin gas slightly remaining in the product molding space is difficult to escape. The shape of the air vent pin may be a square shape such as a block in addition to a cylindrical shape.
As described above, by simultaneous injection molding using this injection molding simultaneous decorating mold, simultaneous injection molding having a plurality of product molded product parts and an outer frame molded product part communicating with the product molded product parts. It is a decorative product, and an injection molded simultaneous decorative product in which an air vent mark is formed on the resin discharge molded product portion in the outer frame molded product portion in contact with the product molded product portion is obtained. The air vent mark may or may not penetrate.

It is the sectional view on the AA line in 2 molds.
First, as shown in FIG. 1, in the manufacturing method of the injection-molding simultaneous decorating product of the first embodiment, 2 of the
As shown in FIG. 5 and FIGS. 6A to 6D, the
Further, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6D, an injection port for injecting molten molding resin is provided in the vicinity of the center of the
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 7, FIG. 8A and FIG. 8B, the second mold has an outer shape of substantially the same size and is formed in a substantially rectangular flat plate shape so as to correspond to the
The
Here, the shaping |
As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, in the
Further, the
In relation to each of these spatial arrangements, the configuration of the

Next, when the
Here, FIG. 11A shows a partially enlarged schematic cross-sectional view in the vicinity of each
As shown in FIG. 11A, an
In such a state, as shown in FIG. 11B, when the
In the present embodiment, the

Next, each air vent pin 19 (an example of an air vent part) provided in the resin
For that purpose, as shown in FIG. 6B, the position where each
However, in practice, there is a greater possibility that the gas that can remain slightly in each
Therefore, by providing the

Moreover, as shown in FIG. 4, the injection molding
Further, since the
The
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, in the vicinity of the peripheral portion of the inner bottom portion of the
Next, a method for manufacturing the injection-molded simultaneous decorated
First, as shown in FIG. 1, the
After this positioning, as shown in FIG. 2, the
Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 2, injection of the

FIG. 13 shows a schematic plan view of the injection molded simultaneous

(Second Embodiment)
In addition, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment, It can implement with another various aspect. For example, the method for manufacturing an injection-molded simultaneous decorative article according to the second embodiment of the present invention uses a first mold and a second mold, and a decorative film that have substantially the same configuration as the first embodiment. Although it can be said that the method is the same in terms of point, the first mold and the second mold are placed facing each other with the decorative film placed therebetween, and the respective molds are opened without clamping. In this state, the method is different from the method of the first embodiment in that the molding resin is injected. That is, in the second embodiment, the molding resin formed between the first mold and the decorative film is injected in the open state (that is, the open space), and then the molding resin is injected. Each mold is clamped to reduce the volume of the molding space and compress the molding resin filled in the molding space, so-called compression molding (injection compression molding). Is different from the first embodiment in which the molding resin is injected into the sealed molding space, and then the injection molding is performed without reducing the volume of the molding space. Hereinafter, description will be made mainly on the different parts, and the description of the first embodiment will be referred to for the same parts as the first embodiment. In addition, in the structure of each metal mold | die and decoration film in this 2nd Embodiment, in order to make an understanding of the structure easy about the same component as the said 1st Embodiment, said 1st. The same reference numerals as those in the embodiment are given.
First, as a schematic explanatory view schematically showing a method of manufacturing an injection-molded simultaneous decorative article according to the second embodiment, schematic sectional views of a first mold and a second mold are shown in FIGS. And in FIG. Further, a schematic plan view of the first mold is shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 22, the
Further, the
A method for manufacturing the injection-molded
First, as shown in FIG. 18, the
After this positioning, as shown in FIG. 19, the tip of the
In this holding state, as shown in FIG. 19, injection of the
At that time, the
After that, as shown in FIG. 20, after the

In the second embodiment, the
(Example of molding space)
Next, various examples of the arrangement of the molding space portion formed by the first mold and the decorative film described in the respective embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to a space arrangement diagram.

In the
According to the first embodiment, the
(Example 2)
Next, FIG. 24 shows a space layout (schematic plan view) of the
Since the
According to the second embodiment, the generated gas can be collected in the resin

According to the third embodiment, the same effects as those of the first embodiment can be obtained, and the

According to the fourth embodiment, the same effects as those of the second embodiment can be obtained, and only one

According to the said Example 8, the effect similar to the said Example 4 can be acquired. Moreover, since the trace of the

Further, the arrangement configuration of the molding space portions according to the respective embodiments as described above is not limited to the number of product molding space portions, and is also applied to a case where a larger number of product molding space portions are provided. be able to. For example, FIG. 32 shows a space layout of the
As shown in FIGS. 32 and 33, even when six product

(Suction pin arrangement)
Next, variations of various arrangement forms of the respective suction pins 25 formed on the
For example, as shown in FIG. 42, the suction pins 25 can be arranged inside the partition
Further, as shown in FIG. 43, a large number of suction pins 25 can be arranged so as to be arranged substantially uniformly in the area between the product
In addition, as shown in FIG. 44, when the partition

In such a case, as shown in FIG. 46, the suction pins 25 may be provided on the inner peripheral side and the outer peripheral side of the four corner portions of the partition
In particular, the followability of the
