【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明はレディメイド或いはオーダーメイドのかつらに係り、特にこの種のかつらに用いるかつらベースの改良に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
この種のかつらにおいては、着用時のフィット感が得られるように、着用者の頭部の大きさに合った周縁を有する帽状のかつらベースを用いており、さらに着用者の頭部に一層精度良く整合させるため、場合によりかつら内面にアジャスターを取り付け、このアジャスターによりサイズを微調節できるようにしている。このように、かつらを着用した際、着用者の正常で自然な頭髪の生え際、即ちヘアラインに沿ってかつらベースの周縁（エッジライン）を整合させることは、フィット感を良くするうえで極めて重要なことである。

ここで、図５は従来のかつらベースの構成例を示している。このかつらベース１は一般的な頭形状に合うように全体が帽状に膨出しており、主として合成繊維製のネット部材を用いて、着用者の正常な自然なヘアラインにほぼ沿ったエッジラインを呈するよう形成される。すなわち、かつらベース１のエッジラインは、図５を参照すると、着用者の前額部からサイドのこめかみを経てもみあげまで下降し、もみあげから直線状に上がって耳上部・耳後部を通り、うなじにかけて再びほぼ直角に下降し、首後ろの盆の窪の下方を経るように形成されている。

このような従来型のかつらベース１にあっては、サイドプロテクタ１ａにおけるこめかみ部近傍から、エッジラインに沿って、後頭部の所謂、盆の窪の下側のえり首付近に位置するネープ部１ｂにかけて、伸縮性を有するテープ２がそれぞれ左右両側に配置されている。この伸縮性のテープ２は、サイドプロテクタ１ａ側の端部２ａとネープ部１ｂ側の端部２ｂにてそれぞれかつらベース１の周縁に固定される。また、サイドプロテクタ１ａには、型保持部材として金属線材などの耳芯３が介挿され、サイドプロテクタ１ａの浮き上がりが生じないようにしている。

このようにしてサイドプロテクタ１ａからネープ部１ｂにかけてのかつらベース１のエッジラインに沿って、伸縮性テープ２による弾力性を付与し、着用者の頭部の大きさの大小に対応し得るようにしている。
かつらを装着する場合、着用者の前額部の生え際に添わせて帽状部分を被り、後頭部のネープ部１ｂまで引っ張って装着する。このとき、かつらはそのエッジラインに沿って、伸縮性テープ２により伸張状態で頭部を若干締め付けながら前額部と後頭部の特に盆の窪とで引っ掛けるようにして装着されることになる。
なお、実公平５−３２４９１号公報に開示されているように、伸縮性テープ２に代えて、又は伸縮性テープ２に加えて、うなじ付近に多段階にサイズ調節可能なフック手段を用いた締付調整機構を用いることもある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、図５に示したかつらベース１において、特にサイドプロテクタ１ａと伸縮性テープ２との連接部分（端部２ａ）は角張っており（図示例ではほぼ直角）、かつらを着用した際、端部２ａ付近が耳上部の付け根や耳後部に当たったり耳に覆いかぶさったりすることがある。このように角張った部分が当たったり被さったりすると、耳上部，耳後部まわりを圧迫したり、或いはかつらの浮きが生じたりして良好なフィット感を得ることができない。

一方、耳のかたちに整合するように、耳上部乃至耳後部に対応する部分を湾曲（Ｒ）状に切除して所謂「くり部」を設け、端部２ａ付近が耳に接触したり被さったりしないように工夫されたものも知られている。このようなくり部を設けることにより、かつらのサイドからネープ部にかけてのエッジラインを自然な毛髪生え際形状に沿った形状にすることができる。

ところが、このような従来のくり部を有するかつらベースにおいて、柔らかい合成繊維等の素材により形成したネット状のかつらベースにあっては、かつらを装着すると、例えば前述のテープ２もしくはこれと同等な部材の弾力により主として頭部の前後方向に引っ張られるため、くり部の湾曲形状も一緒に伸びてしまって、そのままではくり部の湾曲状態を所定の形状のままに保持することが困難であった。その結果、このタイプのものでも、図５のかつらと同様に、延びて直線状になったくり部が耳上部の付け根や耳後部に当たったり、サイドプロテクタ１ａの浮き上がりが生じたりするのを防止することができなかった。

そこで、着用時に頭髪の生え際に沿ってくり部の形状を保持すると共に、頭皮からの浮き上がりがない密着感を得るために、くり部の湾曲形状に沿って厚肉の金属線やプラスチック材等の剛性部材又は弾性部材を挿入添設したり、或いはくり部を樹脂材で硬化することにより、くり部の伸びや変形を抑えるようにしている。しかし、このように剛性部材等によってくり部を補強すると、くり部が強張って嵩高になってしまい、柔らかな感触が得難く、フィット感を損なう等の問題がある。また、その部材の種類によっては、装着時にやはり、くり部の伸びや変形が生じて、その結果、金属線などの耳芯３を介挿してもサイドプロテクタ１ａが浮き上がったり、逆に耳上部に圧接したりする場合もある。

本発明は上記の点に鑑み、適正且つ的確に装着し得ると共に、快適な装着感を与えるかつらベースにより形成したかつらを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項１に記載のかつらは、着用者の耳上部に嵌め込まれるようにほぼ自然な毛髪生え際形状に沿って湾曲形成されたくり部をサイド部に有するかつらベースに、多数の毛髪を植設して成り、前記かつらベースの少なくとも耳上部における前記くり部のエッジラインに対応する領域に、着用者頭部の前額髪際中央部及び盆の窪間の仮想延長線に沿うようなラインにて又は該仮想延長線とほぼ平行したラインにて直線状の非伸縮性伸止め片を付設したものである。

請求項２に記載のかつらは、前記伸止め片を布テープで直線状に形成し、これをかつらベースに縫着したものである。
請求項３に記載のかつらは、前記布テープをかつらベースの表裏両面から添設して該かつらベースに縫着している。

また、請求項５に記載のかつらは、前記くり部の前側に連設されたサイドプロテクタの所定部位に耳芯を設けると共に、前記伸止め片の一端を前記耳芯と交差するように設定するものである。

請求項６に記載のかつらは、前記くり部の後端からネープ部にかけての領域のエッジライン適所に、前記前額髪際中央部及び盆の窪間の仮想延長線とほぼ平行して弾性部材を設けたものである。
また、請求項７に記載のかつらは、前記かつらベースが、合成繊維製の柔軟なネットを主体として構成されるものである。

本発明のかつらにおいて、かつらベースに耳上部の毛髪生え際に対応するくり部を形成することにより、着用時にかつらの周縁が耳にあたらないようにする。この場合、かつらを装着するとくり部は弾性部材によって引っ張られることになるが、伸止め片はくり部自体が伸びるのを抑制し、これによりくり部の所定の湾曲形状を保持することができる。その結果、かつらベース全体として頭部にぴったりと装着しえ、しかもくり部が耳の付け根に当接して擦ったり、或いはくり部やサイドプロテクタなどの浮き上がりも生じるようなことがなく、頭皮に密着した状態で生え際に沿ってかつらのエッジラインを維持することができ、良好なフィット感が得られる。また、本発明によれば、くり部自体を厚くしたり、樹脂で硬化するなどで補強する必要もないので、違和感のない装着感が得られる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図１乃至図４に基づき、本発明によるかつらの好適な実施形態を説明する。
かつらベース１０はこの例では基本的に、頭髪の一般的な自然なヘアライン、即ち前額部から左右両サイドのこめかみを経てもみあげまで下降し、もみあげから耳後部を通って、うなじにかけて再び下降し、首後ろの盆の窪の下方を経る毛髪の生え際状態にほぼ一致するような形状に形成されている。このように人の頭髪全体を覆うように形成されたほぼ帽状（キャップ）のかつらを所謂、全かつらと称している。勿論、例えば前額部のエッジラインを後退させた形状としたり、或いはネープ部やサイドプロテクタを省略或いは変形した形状としたりすることは着用者の希望或いはヘアデザインにより任意であり、全かつらとはこのような変形タイプのものも含まれる。さらに、部分かつらであっても、サイド部に少なくともくり部を有するタイプのかつらであれば、本発明の適用範囲内である。なお、本発明はオーダーメイド或いはレディメイド何れのタイプにも適用可能である。

かつらベース１０は好適には、合成樹脂製の単繊維素材により形成された柔軟なネットベースを主体として或いは部分的に軟質合成樹脂製の人工皮膚を配設して構成され、図示を省略するが、人工及び／又は天然毛髪が植毛されるようになっている。

かつらベース１０のエッジラインは、上述したように典型的には毛髪の生え際とほぼ整合するように形成され、図１に示すように、かつらを着用した際、前額部からもみあげ部（サイドプロテクタ１０ａ）を経て耳上部に至り、更に耳後部からネープ部１０ｂに至る周縁を有するように形成される。

ここで、かつらを頭部にどのように装着したら好適なフィットを得られるかについて、本発明者は種々に検討を行った。その結果、かつらを頭部に装着したとき、着用者の前額髪際中央部Ｐ₁及び盆の窪Ｐ₂間を結ぶ仮想線（これを仮想延長線Ｌ₁と称する。）にほぼ沿ったかつらの前後方向に最も大きな張力が生じることが計測され、この仮想延長線Ｌ₁に沿った頭部の前後方向の張力によってかつらベース１０は頭部の所定部位に安定して被着・保持されることを見出した。なお、この張力は、かつらベース１０自体の弾力性により、或いは後述する弾性部材の弾力により発生させることができる。

そこで、後頭部の盆の窪Ｐ₂が後頭部の膨出した凸部分の下端と首部の境界の中央部に位置していることから、かつらのフロント部を前額髪際部に沿って位置決めした後、かつらのリア部をかつらベース１０のネープ部１０ｂの連接線１０ｂ₁にて上記盆の窪Ｐ₂に引っ掛けるようにすれば、前額部との間で張力が安定して生じることに着目して、本実施例では、かつらベース１０のフロント側のエッジライン１０ｃを前額髪際中央部Ｐ₁に合わせ、リア側をネープ部１０ｂの上記連接線１０ｂ₁で引っ掛けるようにして、リア側のエッジライン１０ｄをネープ部１０ｂを設けて襟足のヘアラインに合わせるようにして形成している。

しかし、ネープ部１０ｂを設けない場合、かつらベース１０のリア側のエッジライン１０ｄは前述のように、盆の窪Ｐ₂の位置になるように形成すればよい。ただし、かつらのサイズをそれ以下に形成し得ることも勿論可能であり、その場合も本発明の範囲内である。かつらのリア側エッジライン１０ｄを後頭部の中間付近になるように小さなサイズに形成した場合は、かつらを頭部に固着するために例えば別途、頭髪を挟着する止着部材等を用いればよい。

本発明によれば、かつらを着用した際、着用者の耳にあたらないように、かつらのサイド部の耳上部乃至耳後部に対応するくり部１１を有している。このくり部１１は特に耳上部乃至耳後部にかけてのヘアラインに合わせて湾曲（Ｒ）している。そして、くり部１１の前側には、サイドプロテクタ１０ａが垂下するように連設されている。また、かつらベース１０はサイドプロテクタ１０ａの所定部位に設けた耳芯１２と、くり部１１の後端からネープ部１０ｂにかけてのエッジラインに沿って設けた弾性部材１３と、を有している。

耳芯１２は、この実施形態のようにかつらベース１０が柔軟なネット素材で構成されており従ってサイドプロテクタ１０ａ部分も柔軟である場合に、その浮き上がりを防止するための補強として有効に用いられる。なお、特にサイドプロテクタ１０ａの周縁に沿って補強材を設ける場合など、サイドプロテクタ１０ａ自体において一定の剛性を有しているものにあっては、必ずしも耳芯１２を設ける必要はない。

耳芯１２の配設位置としては、多少の個人差はあるが好適には、頭部の所謂ゴールデンポイントＰ₃と称されるつむじ部付近及び顎部Ｐ₄間の仮想延長線Ｌ₂とほぼ一致するように設定するのが効果的である。耳芯１２は、例えば変形可能な金属片或いはプラスチック片をサイドプロテクタ１０ａの表面或いは内面から付設することにより構成することができる。

また、弾性部材１３は、例えばゴムバンド或いはゴム紐をかつらベース１０に伸縮自在に取り付けることにより構成される。そして、かつら着用時に弾性部材１３による弾力性を付与し得るようになっている。なお、かつらベース１０のほぼ全周縁部を伸縮性を有するような繊維にて編織することもでき、十分な弾力性を有している場合には、弾性部材１３を省略することもできる。

図２は本発明の要部構成を示している。前額髪際中央部Ｐ₁及び盆の窪Ｐ₂付近の間の仮想延長線Ｌ₁に沿って又は仮想延長線Ｌ₁とほぼ平行して、少なくとも耳上部におけるくり部１１のエッジラインに対応する領域Ｌ₃に、直線状の非伸縮性伸止め片１４が付設される。この伸止め片１４は、図示例のように耳上部にてくり部１１の湾曲Ｒと接するように配置されているが、両者の接点Ｐ₅を起点として少なくとも領域Ｌ₃をカバーする長さを有している。

この例では、伸止め片１４の一端１４ａが耳芯１２との交点Ｐ₆付近に設定される長さを持たせると共に、他端１４ｂを弾性部材１３の端部１３ａに対応する部位に設定する（つまり、この例では伸止め片１４は、図２の斜線で示される領域に設定されている）。耳芯１２を設けている場合には、前記したように伸止め片１４の一端１４ａが耳芯１２と交差する交点Ｐ₆付近に設けることが好ましいが、耳芯１２を設けないときは、伸止め片１４の一端１４ａは、少なくともくり部１１が湾曲しはじめる位置の仮想延長線Ｌ₄と仮想延長線Ｌ₁との交点（上記交点Ｐ₆にほぼ一致する。）付近に位置させることが好ましい。

このように、伸止め片１４を仮想延長線Ｌ₁に沿って又は仮想延長線Ｌ₁とほぼ平行して配設するのは、前記したようにかつらを頭部に装着したとき、最も大きな張力がかかるのが仮想延長線Ｌ₁にほぼ沿ったかつらの前後方向であることから、かつらを装着したとき、特にくり部の湾曲形状が張力に従って前後方向に伸びることになり、この伸びを抑えるのに最も好適な部位であるためである。

伸止め片１４は好適には、布又は樹脂材料或いは金属等により形成した薄手の非伸縮性テープ状片をかつらベース１０のネット素材の表裏両側、或いは表裏いずれかに固着することにより構成することができる。或いは、仮想延長線Ｌ₁に沿って又はこれとほぼ平行に、少なくとも領域Ｌ₃を含む長さの細紐又は縫糸等をかつらベース１０のネットベースに縫い込むことにより、構成してもよい。

上記構成で成る本発明のかつらにおいて、図２に示すように、耳の付け根２０（図２、一点鎖線参照）の至近位置、すなわち、耳上部のヘアラインに沿ってかつらベース１０のくり部１１の湾曲Ｒが設定される。このように耳の形状に合わせて、その付け根２０から余裕を持たせてくり部１１を設けていることにより、くり部１１を深く抉ることができるので、着用時に耳にあたらないようにし、かつらベース１０全体として頭部にぴったりと装着することができる。

ところで、かつらを装着すると、くり部１１まわりは、かつらのフロント部とリア部の、前額髪際中央部Ｐ₁から盆の窪Ｐ₂へかけての大きな張力により弾性部材１３の弾力によって引っ張られ、図２に示されるように仮想延長線Ｌ₁に沿って矢印Ｆ方向の張力が生じる。伸止め片１４はそれ自体非伸縮性であるため、かかる張力Ｆによってくり部１１が前後方向に伸びるのを抑制し、これにより該くり部１１の所定の形状を有効に維持している。従って、かつら着用時にくり部１１の湾曲形状を適正に維持して、常に違和感のない良好なフィット感を得ることができる。また、この例のようにサイドプロテクタ１０ａにおいて耳芯１２を設けている場合、矢印Ｆ方向の張力は、耳芯１２を側頭部にぴったりと押し付けるように作用し、サイドプロテクタ１０ａが側頭部に安定して被着するので、サイドプロテクタ１０ａの浮き上がりも生じることがない。

また、上記のようにサイドプロテクタ１０ａを安定して被着することができるため、サイドプロテクタ１０ａの先端からくり部１１のエッジラインまでの奥行Ｌ₅（ほぼ、耳芯１２の長さが対応している）を大きく確保することができる。これにより、くり部１１の湾曲Ｒを大きく抉り込むことができ、くり部１１が耳にあたるのを確実に防ぐことができる。
これに対して従来のくり部を有するかつらベースにあっては、耳芯を長くするとサイドプロテクタが側頭部から浮き易くなってしまう。そのため、くり部を十分大きく形成することができず、しかもくり部が前後方向に伸びてしまうことによりサイドプロテクタが耳にあたらざるを得なかった。これに加えて、着用時に生じる張力のためにくり部自体が変形してしまい、そのくり部の奥行を十分に確保するのが困難であった。

本発明によれば、奥行Ｌ₅を十分に大きく確保し、且つ伸止め片１４によってくり部１１の湾曲Ｒを適正に保持することができる。更に、このようにくり部１１における所定の湾曲形状を保つことにより、図３（Ａ）のように眼鏡の使用時においても、くり部１１まわりに違和感が生じたりサイド部が浮き上がったりすることはなく、良好な装着感を得ることができる。従来のものでは、図３（Ｂ）のようにくり部の奥行が少ないことから、眼鏡の柄枠にあたってしまい、サイド部の浮き上がりやズレなど違和感をもたらすことがあった。

【実施例】
ここで、図４は本発明のかつらベース１０の具体的な実施例を示している。かつらベース１０全体は基本的に、所謂モノフィラメント（単繊維素材）により形成された柔軟なネットベースを主体として構成されている。また、各部の好適な寸法例が図中、両矢印を付した数値（ｃｍ）で示される。例えば、前述したくり部１１の奥行Ｌ₅は５ｃｍ程度に設定されるが、この奥行Ｌ₅が浅くなるにしたがって耳にあたってしまう場合がある。本発明では、かつらベース１０を柔らかい材料により形成し、且つ耳にあたらないように寸法設定することができ、優れたフィット感を得ることができる。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように本発明によれば、装着時に耳上部に嵌め込まれるように湾曲形成されたくり部を有するこの種のかつらにおいて、柔らかい素材を用いて着用時に耳にあたらないような好適な形状に形成することができると共に、伸止め片によってそのくり部の所定の湾曲形状が伸びることなく適正に保持することができる。従ってかつらベース全体として頭部にぴったりと装着することができ、特にくり部まわりにおいて違和感のない良好なフィット感を得ることができる。また、くり部の湾曲形状を深く抉り込むことができるので、かつらの周縁が着用者の耳の付け根に当たったり擦ったりすることなく、違和感なく安定して装着することができる。
