Description
【0001】

In order to achieve the above object, according to the first aspect of the present invention, both the switching element (42) and the gate circuit (11) are formed on the hybrid IC substrate (100), and the negative terminal of the capacitor (45) is the first terminal. After being connected to one wiring member (24), it is connected to the hybrid IC substrate via the first terminal (12c), and the cathode terminal of the thyristor (76) is connected to the second wiring member (24). After that, it is connected to the hybrid IC board through a second terminal (12m) different from the first terminal, and the first and second terminals are electrically connected on the hybrid IC board. It is characterized by having.
[0042]
In this way, by separately providing the first terminal to which the negative terminal of the capacitor is connected and the second terminal to which the cathode terminal of the thyristor is connected, the first terminal and the negative terminal of the capacitor are provided. It is possible to prevent the cathode terminal of the thyristor from becoming lower than the gate terminal due to the potential difference generated in the connection portion. As a result, it is possible to prevent the thyristor from malfunctioning due to the cathode terminal of the thyristor having a lower potential than the gate terminal.
[0043]
In the invention according to claim 2, the negative electrode side terminal of the capacitor (45) is connected to the hybrid IC substrate (100) via the first terminal (12c), and electrical connection with the switching element (42) is achieved. The cathode terminal of the thyristor is connected to the hybrid IC board via a second terminal (12m) different from the first terminal, and is electrically connected to a portion connected to the ground formed on the hybrid IC board. It is characterized by a general connection.
[0044]
In this way, the first terminal to which the negative electrode side terminal of the capacitor is connected and the second terminal to which the cathode terminal of the thyristor is connected are separately provided, and further, the ground on the hybrid IC substrate is provided via the second terminal. If it is electrically connected to the portion connected to the thyristor, the cathode terminal of the thyristor can be set to the same potential as the gate terminal connected to the ground. Thereby, malfunction of the thyristor can be prevented.
[0045]
In the first and second aspects of the invention, the second wiring pattern (100b) extending from the third terminal (403) connected to the ground in the gate circuit to the ground is connected to the second wiring pattern (100b). The second wiring pattern (100c) extending from the terminal is connected , and the electrical wiring from the cathode terminal including the second wiring pattern to the ground is the same as that of the DC-DC converter when the switching element is turned on. It is characterized by not passing through the third wiring pattern serving as a current path.
[0047]
In this way, by configuring the electrical wiring from the cathode terminal to the ground so that it does not pass through the current path of the DC-DC converter through which a large current containing high-frequency noise flows, the cathode terminal is affected by the high-frequency noise. Can not be.
