本発明は耐火スクリーン装置に係り、火災時に煙りの拡散と延焼を防止するものに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の耐火スクリーン装置としては、耐火シートを下降して被遮蔽部を遮蔽するシート下降式の耐火スクリーン装置が知られている。このシート下降式の耐火スクリーン装置は、通常は被遮蔽部の天井に耐火シートを巻き取り及び巻き戻す巻取機構を内蔵したスクリーンボックスを収納し、前記被遮蔽部の両側壁部に相対して前記スクリーンボックス内から巻取機構にて巻き戻されて下降する耐火シートの両側端部を案内する上下方向のガイドレールをそれぞれ設ける構成が採られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記従来のシート下降式の耐火スクリーン装置では、被遮蔽部の天井にスクリーンボックスを収納する比較的大きな収納スペースを必要とし、被遮蔽部の両側壁部に耐火シートの両側端部を案内するガイドレールを必要とし、全体的に構成が複雑になり易く、また、火災発生により避難する際に耐火シートが頭上等に急激に降下する等の不測の事態が生じるおそれがある、という問題がある。

本発明は、このような点に鑑みてなされたもので、火災時に難燃性耐火シート体を被遮蔽部の一方側の壁部から他方側の壁部に引出して被遮蔽部を迅速に遮蔽することを可能にし、全体的に構成が簡単で、火災発生時の避難時に難燃性耐火シート体が頭上等に急激に降下するような不測の事態を防止できる耐火スクリーン装置を提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1記載の耐火スクリーン装置は、被遮蔽部の対向する両側壁部の一方側の壁部に引出し可能に設けられ引出し時に前記被遮蔽部を遮蔽して全閉する難燃性耐火シート体と、非火災時は前記一方側の壁部に前記難燃性耐火シート体の引出し端部を保持し火災時はこの火災熱によりこの難燃性耐火シート体の引出し端部の保持を解除する感熱手段と、この感熱手段にて前記難燃性耐火シート体の引出し端部の保持が解除された際に前記難燃性耐火シート体を他方側の壁部に向かって進出させるシート体進出手段と、を具備し、前記難燃性耐火シート体の引出し端部には、上下方向の難燃性の可撓性縁片が固着されており、脱出の際には、前記難燃性耐火シート体の下端部が押動されることにより前記可撓性縁片が押動方向に湾曲して非常口が開口し、脱出後には、前記可撓性縁片の復元性により前記難燃性耐火シート体の下端部が復元し、この難燃性耐火シート体の引出し端部及び可撓性縁片が前記被遮蔽部の他方側の壁部に当接し、この難燃性耐火シート体にて前記被遮蔽部が気密状に全閉されるものである。
